Worst.... worst...after sales service... I don't have a negative value to give. After billing the service is so bad and worst. After 3 days of buying, the product is not yet delivered. When called they didn't pick the phone . When finally picked up, the speak rude and disconnect the call. Without any choice we have visited the show room again. The guy Hussain who sold the refrigerator was hiding and didn't come out. We have spoken one guy raju . He was initially asking us to wait for 10 more days. Was not willing to refund. After some time he hold it will take one month for delivery. After lot of fighting, we got our cash back. But, we lost our entire day. And we have seen many customers fighting for the same reason. It was a terrible, horrible experience. Strongly suggest to go for other show room instead of this useless showroom. I am going to take this to higher management.

I am giving a 1 STAR as there is no option for 0 star. Worst ever service and not having any ear for customer complaints. I have booked a cooler on 6 May and the delivery was promised on 7 May. But till day (09 May) it not delivered. No one is there to respond to queries. The numbers given on the bill and google are switched off. I tried calling their customer care 1800 102 5963 (9.00 AM To 6.00 PM), which is listed on the bill and their website. These guys reply saying that they will only respond to product related queries and that too after we receive the product. These guys also give us a free advice to visit the store again and resolve. When I try to see any other contact details, I am seeing many complaints registered on these guys. This company is the best example for a worst customer service. Shame on you!

Recently i bought samsung washing machine from this showroom. The worst service i have ever been received from this showroom. Firstly, the guy who explained about product not aware of the full information about the product and provided the wrong information about the product and made me to buy that(and even my fault is there for blindly believing the information provided by him). I have received the damaged product and it took 10days to replace the product, i have struggled to followup this. i went to show room 2 times to replace the product. And after replacing the product i got wrong user manual and for replacing that also i went to showroom, that kind of service they have provided. worst service.... i recommend not to buy any product in this showroom....

We bought a Voltas Cooler with Remote Control from this place on 27th Feb 2021. First Issue - We had selected this Voltas Mega cooler with Remote since it's a TATA product within budget of 10k. But the Product delivered was different than the display piece they had and when contacted them, they said it's a new model better than the display piece. I was taken a back with their response and have been following up but there is no call back from their end. Second Issue - Within two days, the cooler fan stopped working and now we regret our decision of buying a TATA (trusted brand) and second thing buying it from Bajaj Electronics. No customer service!! Wasted my money.

Worst customer service. Store opens at 10 AM sales persons will come by 11 or 11:30 AM. We wanted to purchase one plus phone but they have damage piece so we thought of buying samsung phone after sales guy convincing us and we agreed but no stock available. Finally we thought to buy iphone 12 white colour for my mom then after taking all details they told system is not accepting emi option for white colour due to IMEI number and they told to take some other colour. After spending 3 hrs there we couldn't buy any phone got frustrated. Don't know they want to do sales or not. Wasting customer time useless store don't go to there and waste ur valuable time.

Worst Service Dear All , it's very very casual and unprofessional behaviour after purchase, they promised to deliver products (Hitachi ac & Samsumng ) within 48 hrs, which is just 4km away from showroom . Already it's 2days over and no one is responding to problem, apart from this they are telling why your not able wait for 4- 5 working days. And while purchasing products told that installation will be free, now they are telling u have to give installation fee also, Guys online purchase is best go for that. At least they are transparent . Don't trust This Branch go Madinaguda branch. They better service.

I have problem with mobile camera I visited the store and said to sales person the problem that I had....he said u need to take pictures in 1 feet distance only...if u extend that distance u can't get picture clearly....and their manager also saying the same thing...will not suggest to buying any products at Bajaj electronics at Nexus mall after sale they didn't respond to queries very worst sales I have ever seen

Worst sales service, I went to the OnePlus counter and had a plan to buy the phone in 2-3 days for my wife's birthday. The sales guy asked me when do you have a plan to buy? I said in 2-3 days Later they guy said please come after 2-3 days Whats a service? I know bajaj will say the guy is not from our side he is from Oneplus. If that is the case please escalate because it happened in your store. It was an embarrassing moment for me and left. Now I'm ordering online. 0 behaviour, 0 customer service, 0 customer handling skills.

I had purchased Symphony touch 55 cooler but after i paid the amount through card swiping, executive said the price of the cooler is more than the already said amount and i refused to purchase the cooler. the executive said ok and cancelled the purchase but till now i have not recieved the amount which is i paid through the swiping my debit card. he is saying the amount will come to my account from that day onwards but till now i have not recieved amount and when i call to the showroom no one will give the proper response.

Service is very poor. I went there for the sound bar demo .the executive there is rude . They don’t even know how to talk with customer. I waited there for 15 minutes for the person to give me demo . Then The person came with name sheik and I asked for demo of sound bar of Sony . He said no stock. I asked for demo of existing Sony sound bar but he is hurry to escape initially. After I force him to give demo , then he had no choice . so he came and switched on sound bar , but not even single point explanation from him.

I should check all reviews first before purchasing AC here. Please you also check all reviews then decide. I purchased an AC 2 weeks back, they delivered within a week with hefty delivery charges for 4 kms. And still I'm waiting for installation. If you call them, they will reply that this will be installed by today and after a couple of days they started saying that Kindly call AC service providers for getting this done. I would strongly suggest for somewhere else, but not here or any Bajaj Electronics.

It's the worst experience. The executive of OnePlus mobile is most unprofessional. I was looking for OnePlus 11 16/256 Varian.....he was most uninterested to show....and he was not even trying to show the models. The kid of body language and the tone with which he spoke is not acceptable. Even the other executives,though did not interact, can be seen to be un interested to deal with customers. I don't know about the product but if this is the behaviour with the customers, then it won't survive long.

This review is not for the product, but for the customer service this store offers. The guys over there can go to any extent to convince you, but once they swipe your card, they are least bothered about your concerns. They'll not even respond to your queries/ calls even in situations when you don't get your product delivered as per their commitment. Just a small suggestion, pay them only once your item is delivered at your door step. Simply don't trust them!

Worst experience with AC purchase. The salesman are misleading customers with false information. We thought of buying Voltas 1.5 ton 3* AC which comes with life time compressor warranty. The idiotic salesman Mahesh has said VOLTAS AC’s are 2020/2021 manufactured one’s . Recommended us to buy LG which is feature rich and 2022 manufactured AC. After purchase we are shocked to see 2021 Feb manufactured 5 in one convertible AC. Disgusting behaviour

I visited just the One Plus store and it was a disappointment, to put it mildly When they had their exclusive store, the staff were far more courteous and willing to listen and offer solutions. I had been to this store to enquire if batteries were available fir One Plus 7T, and I was told that they didn't have it. I was advised to buy a new phone, because they had no idea if batteries were available or not anywhere for this model.

Not living up to Bajaj's name. Horrible customer service. I have purchased more than 15 lakhs worth electronics from here but they have zero gratitude even towards old customers. They demand immediate payment but delivered a item after 4 days. When asked for a return.. they have a procedure to follow and keep checking for days with the company. Not going shopping here again. Sorry not sorry. Don't even want to give this one star.

I recently went to buy Panasonic AC400, straight forward purchase. While coming out I wanted to enquire about dish washers but even after calling several times, that particular salesman didn’t respond, busy with his mobile. Just walked out angrily and then thought I should inform the manager. Called the number mapped to google, it doesn’t work. Doesn’t bother customer complaints. Too many complaints I suppose

Worst Customer service after buying and Please dont buy the Bajaj Allianz extended warranty from this showroom. They made 3months delay in addressing simple issue and still its not fixed . they will ask to speak with Bajaj Allianz and will wash their hands . Till i buy the product they were after me and after purchase of 1.2 lakh worth LG refrigerator ,they left on the roads with no fix till now.

Too much expensive pricing recently we bought LG refrigirator 345 liters on 15/11/2020 . We bought tv worth 100000 in the same shop so they told your buying tv so we give the discount and best price on refrigirator . They quoted 37 k but the same refrigirator in the sonovision they quoted 35 k . This is how these people deceive people on pricing with lies .

Very bad customer service, they run these cash back sales promotions but don’t care about it once sale is done, almost feels like a potential scam. I bought Samsung QLED TV in Sep 2029 and was expecting a cash back after 90 days, it’s 5 months now it’s not credited. They blame it on banks and banks blame it on the seller, beware of such offers!
