I only had a relatively small job under $500 to be completed and Ballard's Plumbing were exceptional. I asked for a quote via Facebook page, they responded within a few hours and came out same day for quote. Job now completed and they cleaned up after themselves and let me know what what was happening during and after as I was not home. Even sent me pictures via text of the job during the various stages and called me with any problems. Came recommended on several community Facebook pages and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tim helped me resolve a longstanding stormwater drainage issue. Even though it was not urgent he was quick to respond and on site within a few hours after my initial contact. Great communication. He was very responsive to my further calls and worked with me to find a lasting solution. It was a large job requiring excavation, concrete cutting and the installation of two rainwater tanks in addition to general drainage plumbing. Tim and his guys were on site for several days to complete the huge task. The guys were always polite and considerate. I highly recommend Ballard's Plumbing.

My property is located downhill which results in catching rain water from everywhere during rains. During last hazardous event of continuous rains We faced a problem with seeping water in sub floor. We discussed over phone with Ballard's Plumbing and Timothy Ballard visited my property and suggested solution which sounds logical and practical. He and his team improved my property's subsurface drainage and surface runoff drainage with professional diligence and good quality work. I am very satisfied with their work and of course will recommend them with 100% confidence.

Tim came out to look at our ensuite sink drain which was leaking water. He fixed the leak and reconfigured the plumbing so the sink would drain better and avoid debris getting clogged. We also got him back for a follow up to reconfigure our main bathroom sink so it would drain better as well and match the ensuite. Tim was on time, polite, professional and his service was excellent. I will be recommending any friends or family who require plumbing works to Tim.
