Found this wonderful spa off of Groupon for a hydrofacial and I’m not going to lie, I was very skeptical of the great deal but trusted the previous reviews on here and they did not disappoint!!!! This spa is clean and very well maintained. My sister and I both got the hydrofacial with microdermabrasion with Savannah Q. and she was amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and very sincere. We will be returning for a second round with friends and family. Ps. They’re also running a great deal for first time customer and I believe returning for a second treatment on their website.

This was by far THE BEST Facial I’ve ever had in my life. Sarah is not only one of the sweetest, kindest women I’ve met, but she is truly passionate about what she does and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’m dealing with pretty bad skin issues and I know for sure she will give me my skin back. Ingot the Hydrafacial + Ozone Therapy + Microdermabrasion & can already see a big improvement. I will keep going to Balm & Bubble and I‘m already recommending it to everyone I know.

Sara is so kind and knowledgeable. From the first appointment she took the time to explain the current state of my skin, what she would recommend, and why. Her prices are reasonable and she's incredibly thorough. My skin feels so fresh and clear after every visit and she doesn't push on you services that you don't need. She is also incredibly accommodating with regard to scheduling. She is very personable and considerate - I highly recommend giving her your business!

I received a hydro facial with some light microdermabrasion. The treatment was extremely relaxing and the staff was super friendly and took their time while pampering me. My skin is glowing, soft and supple. It was an extremely enjoyable experience and I look forward to seeing them again soon. They didn’t have any pushy sales tactics or pressure me into additional services or products. I really loved their botanical face wash and will likely buy it on my next visit.

What a favulous discovery, it starts with Sara McCarthy educating the benefits of Ultrasonic cavitation is uses to correct excessive local fat deposits through ultrasonic waves over fat tissue. Sara also shares before and after photos and my results in just 30 minutes was remarkable! The Medspa was also immaculate, rlegant and Zen line. Balm & Bubble is a fantastic place to get your beauty treatments done! The location is extremely convenient and I really love the setup of the treatment rooms. I was very comfortable and Sara did an amazing job! My face was so smooth and shiny for the next few days. My friends even noticed it! I highly recommend this place and there are lots of different treatment options, depending on what you're looking for. I rate this place as superb!!!

Savannah Quinn Is very unprofessional and made today the worst experience. I’m pregnant and just wanted a nice facial to relax, so I bought a groupon for balm and bubble. I was told by Savannah Quinn that I could not use my Groupon and would have to pay full price for the service because she wouldn’t be making any money off of it.. I left immediately stressed because I drove 45 minutes to this appointment. I will not ever go back to this place

awkward getting told to tip after. i was about to leave when she asked me to send her money on zelle. i didn’t think the facial was super amazing enough to give a tip. wish it was a choice. instead i felt weird and put in a corner. horrible. to the facial person, if someone doesn’t ask to give you tip, that means they weren’t thinking of giving one to begin with. don’t go asking customers for more money. that’s practically panhandling

This spa + Sara (who I had) was amazing! They numb when doing Microblading which I very much appreciated. Sara did a great job of prepping me for the process. She did an amazing job of shaping my eyebrows and making them look natural. She measured multiple times and definitely has a system for how this is done. I'm so glad I finally pulled the trigger and got microblading. If you're on the fence, do it - you'll love it!

Sara was amazing. I got the Fat Cavitation and lymphatic drainage. She was very professional and welcoming. I definitely saw a change in my body and was extremely pleased. I feel this hydrofacial w dermabrasion was more effective than others I've had, she really took time with everything. Price is very competitive for Austin market. Location was cute, bright, and clean.

Sara is absolutely amazing! Went for my first visit today and loved it. The diamond tip microdermabrasion with hydro facial was fantastic. Very impressed and very happy with the results. Going back for the vampire facial on Wednesday the results of her prior clients was Phenomenal. She is AWESOME!

I have used Sara for several facial treatments as well as microblading eyebrows and eyeliner. She is very attentive and gentle. She is attentive to her client's wishes and does a good job of following up to make sure you are happy with her work. I recommend her highly.

Jo Ann did a wonderful job with my hydrafacial! I highly recommend her because she was thorough in the work she did and detailed in explaining each step. My skin felt really soft and cleansed after and it was also the least painful blackhead extractions I've ever had.
