I ordered at 11:45, I was told it would take 2 hours. I agreed to that. 3 1/2 hours later I got my food. I ordered them a few days ago, basically the same order of drunken noodles. The noodles the first time were good and also came later then expected. Today the same order came and is different from what I got the first time. I called and explained I got something different the first time, they told me I got pad Thai and they sent me a pad Thai. The pad Thai I just received is still not the noodles I got Friday… Long story short the noodles I got on Friday were the best meal I’ve had from them but I believe they were a mistake or something. Today has been chaos and nothing is really good. Also at no time did they say they would just refund me. I’d prefer that.

Food is good but if you want it spicy, make sure you mention it several timesand different ways because customer service is not the best. I have ordered a few times and even if I ask for more spice they always give everything mild. Last order today, once again I asked them only one dish to be mild and the other medium but when picking up all of them said mild again. The lady said there is no difference between mild and medium so she just ordered all mild for me?? Even when I made the difference clear by phone? And just to ask for more spice next time even if am already doing that. The very first order I ever made, they got it right with same requests but something must have changed since then.

Food is not consistent. Pad thai has been ordered several times in the past year, and each time it is different. This order is incredibly spicy with no actual pad thai sauce. Sometimes, it's made perfect or mediocre however, it was clearly sold as if a gaijin wouldn't know the difference. Other food items such as curry or burgers are not consistent in flavor. We like how convenient it is to have around, but we just ask for consistency in food.

Very good thai food. I just dont like the hard pieces of lemon grass and ginger in the soups i wish they removed them after cooking prior to serving to the customer. The ginger can be made softer or ground instead.

I tried the Typhoon Burger Special today for lunch. The double patty burger was delicious and with just enough heat. It also came with a heap of fries and a drink at a great price. I will return and sample more of their menu. I am already a big fan of their padthai. I returned and enjoyed their lunch special. So good. I recommend this establishment.

I walked here in the rain from lodging and had their chicken fried rice. They were nice enough to add in some chili and basil for me. It tasted alright as most fried rce does, but you know nothing to write home about. I'm sure I'm going to forget about it soon. The portion was humongous - no wonder everybody's fat on this bace.

They can be a hit or miss depending on the day of the week. Have seen them burn onion rings to a crisp and serve it like they were fine (litterally black onion rings) and have waited over 30 minutes for my order as I watch others order after me and eat before me. I really do like their yellow chicken curry, but it's getting harder to justify the trip sometimes.

The Thai dishes are well made, the American dishes are well made. The price and quantity of food you get is very good. I was very surprised to find it in the bowling alley. This will be a regular place to visit for a meal.

Really good food especially for on base and in the bowling alley. Our favorites are the yellow curry with chicken, the red pork fried rice, and the drunken noodles. If you want to eat in the tables are very clean and properly social distanced. The bowling alley also might be the nicest in the Air Force.

I lived in yokota from about 2009 to 2012 and have been looking for pad Thai as good as at the Bangkok Express ever since. No seriously. Every pad thai that I eat I compare to this pad thai. BANGKOK EXPRESS IF YOURE READING THIS PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR RECIPE

Food was in small portions and over priced. It was good, but if that's the only option well what else is there to say.

Not sure what happened but the quality is dropping. Sometimes they won't pick up the phone. If you want deliver expect a min of an hour and longer. They run out of food often.

A good taste of Thai food and American food. Be careful not to fall in love or you'll be courting diabetes and hypertension.
