Went to ask if they cash checks from other banks and they offered me to open an account, I explained them and showed them the check I wanted to cash and they said it was ok and only $50 out of the whole amount was gonna stay as a deposit to open the account; enriching was ok until after they made me wait in the waiting area for a banker and started the process, the banker tells me that they need to put the whole check on hold for 10 days....really people? Why don't you explained since the beginning and made me lose 20 min of my time? I have things to do and places to go!

I recently started a new account. Did the mobile deposit of a payroll check from the largest employer in New Mexico. Now I'm being told that my check will be put on hold for 7 business days. Because it's a new account and I did the mobile deposit. This is not how a bank should do business. I have bills to pay and need gas in my car to make it to work. I have no way to get my money. I had no problems before this cashing my checks at Walmart maybe I should have just stayed banking with Walmart money center and just paying cash for my purchases.

I went to withdraw money and it literally took me 20 minutes of sitting there while they all stood around and talked about what make up they have on giggling and laughing, not even paying attention. Took me TWENTY minutes JUST to withdraw money. And I stood right in their faces the whole time they stood around talking to each other laughing. They didn’t care. Worst “professionals” I’ve EVER dealt with.

Bank of Albuquerque is refusing to print my real name on my new debit card . This is the 21st century and they can't deal with a hyphenated name. Why are women discriminated against at this bank because they want to keep the name their fathers gave them? I have had this name since I married over 20 years ago, but now they can't do it?

Next time they should of put signs which lanes were open.came 45 min early to wait in the lanes.they tell me that my lane was closed.im planning to move to Wells Fargo at least their nation wide and have more lanes open.after so many years with these guys.this happened at blue water and coors. …

Great service from the bank teller’s!! Management and who they refer to as a business specialist, I could think of other words. But after 20 years of banking with Bank of Albuquerque, I decided my company and myself deserve better!! If you own a business this is not the bank for you!

Victor is the best teller, and that’s saying a lot because all of the tellers are fantastic, helpful, and above all else take their job as bank representatives seriously. It’s not just a bank, it’s a family. Not really, but it’s a solid atmosphere nonetheless.

My dad was with them for over 25 years. I went with them, walked away, and went back. Simple banking for simple people!
