I would say this Bank of America is absolutely terrible management especially the lady in this photo She actually called the police on me for complaining about her management skills. Of how on a Friday at 345 she has two people as tellers and 7 people in her lobby holding there hips including her and the line was 20 deep And I felt it needed to tell some one. The whole ordeal started with no bath room I had to go pea at another location in the shopping center and when I returned no one had moved in line so I brought it up to her And I was told that no more staff are suited for teller Yet it is the first job they give you in a bank. When I got told I would just have to wait the long line I took a photo of her cause she insisted on staring at me in line and then she threatened me She said she was gonna call the police on me so I left because only 3 people was helped after almost 35 minutes on property And the odds of me getting to my other 6 errons before 6 pm was not gonna get done. I do want to say This lady was EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I started speaking in Spanish because most all my witnesses where Hispanic. She insisted on one call the police I wasn't trying for her job But come on BANK OF AMERICA DO YOU REALLY WANT TO CONTINUE THIS WITH YOUR LOCATION HERE.

Like A LOT of people here, I wish I could give 0 ⭐️ My husband had an issue with the lady at the main entrance. He went in after going to different places about a money order we made to the wrong place. We needed to cash it out, or put it back in our account. My husband went to the place where we purchased the money order and got told to go fix it at our bank, so he went in and She told my husband he couldn't do it there, so he went to a money gram right by the bank and was told we could deposit it at our bank. So my husband went back to the bank, told her what happened and what the lady said at the money gram and she got bothered, my husband was trying to ask for a manager but before he even finished his sentence she interrupted him saying "I am the manager" so he left, went to a different BOA and got that money order deposit in less than 2 minutes ! Smh. This is RIDICULOUS! Either train your management the right way to do stuff, or at least teach them to be Polite!

The security guard is rude. I asked him how long the wait was to get inside the bank since they make customers stand outside and wait. He rudely replied, "As long as the line is." I asked again if he could provide an estimated wait time because the line provides no details about wait times. Once again he told me to look at the line and that's how long the wait would be. Bank of America you all need to do better. Customers should not have to wait outside in order to get into the bank. You all need to hire better security because Old Mr. Otis was rude. I left and went to another location. Customers didn't have to wait outside. There was no rude security guard. The service I received was excellent.

Every single time I come to this location, the service is poor. The branch manager gave me inaccurate information twice. Even after I advised her that I'd already called customer service and they told me local branches could provide my requested service. On my THIRD visit, I was able to get assistance bc the branch manager was gone. Right now, I'm in line waiting to get a document notarized. I called in advance to ensure they had a notary, but no one answered the phone. They have only two notaries here, and the two here are also the only inside customer service reps. So an action that usually takes less than a minute is going on 20 mins.

I should have really taken seriously all of the crazy reviews for this place. I have to say that I don't know how on earth this place hasn't been shut down. It is by far, the worst business of any I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. I thought the drive-thru was bad, but ry standing in line for an hour, to finally getting up to the teller who walks aways for almost20 minutes. I had enough after she came back like I was the incompetent one. Go to Hulen, or anywhere else. They need to fire th whole places start from scratch! Wish there was a -5 stars

Been waiting in line for the commercial line since 12:44pm and it’s 1:15pm and I’m still 5 cars back. I get having to deal with larger amounts of money and didn’t business issues arise, but you either need two lanes open for business, or you just need to go faster! Chase bank spends less than 5 minutes per car, and have public restrooms for their customers! Lastly, I understand the value of money, but when it comes to a Business, Customers are the first priority, and sitting in line for 35+ minutes waiting on change isn’t okay!!

Customer service was horrible older Lady name Laura sitting at Front entrance desk is so unprofessional + rude she acts like she's helping people for free and that's totally not the case.. She's getting pay to give the customers a great customer service not to sit there and be rude as she was to us for the pass 3 time we been by there my fauther and I... We Ask the questions we had to ask and her answer where back to us like if she was upset for some reason I dint understand her way of been to us honestly bad bad experience..

9 people in line for only 1 cashier. On a separate occasion Worst service ever was on hold for 50 minutes when someone stole my business credit-card. On a separate occasion They canceled my credit-card when I perches some NFL tickets, I called and waited for 30 minutes just 2 someone hang up on me called again & wait for 20 minutes with no answer. Now I'm trying 2 reach them at multiple locations & no one picks up. I'm done with Bank of America I will be Taking my personal and business accounts elsewhere .

If I could leave no stars I would horrible customer service. You would think dealing with everyone’s money they would treat u better manager had a real bad attitude and all I was trying to do was cash a check she was much more concerned about getting me out of her way and running me off I’m glad I got chase they go above and beyond to help u with a positive attitude regardless if hey can’t solve ur problem I would never recommend this bank just based on service alone a positive attitude goes along way

If I could give a zero I would. I never write a bad review ever...until now. At the drive thru while in the commercial lane and even tho no other lanes were busy, after doing my business transaction, the teller REFUSED to make a withdrawal from my personal account. She actually said we had to drive around the block and get on a regular line. Then as I was asking for a courtesy she shut the window and turned off the speaker? After seeing all the complaints just want to say, HEY CORPORATE! DO SOMETHING!

No help at all bank hours have changed making it hard for people to get seen, lost my debit card so I couldn't deposit and got charged over draft fees , bank hours say 9am and Google maps hours say 10am. I've been trying to go since Thursday to get a temporary one but unfortunately every time I go its closed or theres too many people that by closing time you cant get seen. Very unprofessional will definitely be closing out my account that I've had over 5 years with them.

Horrible location, very poor customer service. They really just need all new staff. I went to have them notarize some documents and they had about 3 different people huddled around my paperwork like they were confused. They ended up only notarizing half my documents because they said it was against the company policy for them to do the other ones, I went to another loca and got it done without any hassle. On top of that they’re always just rude in general.

Made an appointment to put a P.O.A. On file, the appointment was at 3:00p.m. I arrived at 2:53p.m. clerk was helping a customer, and I was patiently waiting behind him. 10min. Later, I told her I had an appointment. She looked at her watch and told me I was late and they were closed. This was the second attempt. After I went out of the door, I noticed the same clerk helping other people. Sad Case, bad business.

This is the worst branch Bank of America has nationwide. Management at this branch do not care about customers or employees. You always have to wait over 45 minutes to do any transaction. The worst part is the culture. When you make a suggestion Or give them feedback to help them improve, they say that they do not appreciate those comments and that we should understand because they are short staffed. Who’s fault is that? They need better management

I was impressed with the online account opening. it didn't let me open it and account because I couldn't correctly answer questions concerning past vehicle tag numbers I had. Thanks for looking out for my identity It's worth it to come into the branch to open the account. I worked for Bank of America in California many years ago. They show the same excellence here as the California locations.

This is the WORST Bank of America that I've been to, the manager Laura basically told us that we were wasting their time, she walked in our appointment with the banker and told us that he was not gonna waste his time with us, it was humiliating! This lady is arrogant and needs urgent retraining, on customer service, Joshua was very polite and professional.

This location was very busy on a Saturday morning. A lady from the bank came outside to serve the customers in line My teller was extremely helpful and courteous, and told me about the banks direct deposit services and helped me greatly! Thank you arasella. Sorry. I know I spelled her name wrong.

This is the bank I use as my primary banking center. They have ATM services, drive-thru services and inside banking services. They offer credit cards, Merrill Edge investment services as well as auto loans and mortgage services. Also savings accounts. Just a good full service banking center.

Every time I come into this bank no matter what time there is always a boat load of people and very slow service. Be ready to spend at least an hour to talk to a banker. And make sure you have an empty bladder because their restrooms are off limits to the customers.
