I’m not sure if it’s all BofA or just location but it is terrible. I had a check to cash from a reputable dealership. So I went straight to their bank to cash it to make it easier. I go through the drive-thru to be told that’s only for members and I had to go inside. So I advise them to hold the check and I would be right in. I left my HUSBAND and my three month old son in the car to go inside. There is a long line when I get in there with no signs of it moving. I stood there for about 10 minutes (in the same spot mind you) when a manager goes around acting like she is trying to help. She asks me what I’m in for today, I tell her to cash a check. SHE PULLS ME OUT OF LINE TO VERIFY THE CHECK! I ask her if she will put me back in the same place she pulled me from since my son is in the car. She has the nerve to ask me if I left him in there alone THEN proceeded to ask me if I wanted to sign up for and account with them! Ummm how about no. She placed me back in line in my spot. 25 minutes later I finally make it to a teller WHO THEN REVERIFIED THE CHECK. It was so ridiculous. I would never bank with them. Absolutely rude and beyond slow.

Always - everyone has been helpful and understanding. It aggravates me to no end when other customers (we all need to get to somewhere or wish not to stand in line) become irate and begin to start speaking derogatory words and phrases because they "have to wait"..... One must understand that your monies are of the utmost importance to the individuals who are serving you. Your individual situation will be completely dealt with by the employees/individuals servicing you and your money. These people/employees/friends of this neighborhood want only the best for each and everyone of "US". They are all Rock Stars and I've only ever experienced such commitment and enjoyed the commitment of a banking service that which BoA gives at this location on the other side of this world. They deserve an applause and each of ours grateful gratitude. Well Done BoA at 1604 and Bandera!!!!!

The only reason I give this branch 2 stars, is the wonderful tellers. They are all constantly busting to get through the lines, as quickly as they can. My issue, however, lies with the fact that every time I come in the line is long, the tellers are busting, and then you have a group of 3 to 4 managers/sales associates shooting the breeze with one another by the front door. You are lucky to have them break in conversation long enough to say hello, then they walk around with a clipboard asking if you have your deposit slip ready to get the line down faster. How about crosstraining those folks to get them behind the counter to help out the tellers? I've been in customer service/retail for over 10 years... this place does it wrong on so many levels.

0 start for services If I could. I been there this morning and ask for the check images statement deposited for all year, is a proof of income to show my mortgage, She told me to call the bank online, Online bank told me told her, at the end I left with nothing in hand, I try to do by myself the pictures of the checks are not load. What should I do, I have the other banks never difficult to ask for check images or statement, Why bank of America so hard to work with, Otherwise, I put the money in saving, they keep send me letter told me don't touch the money in savung account ? I can't touch my own money ? I don't have contract or what benefits I have to keep money in saving . I'm done bye bye BOFA

I've been a customer for over 20 years and am considering changing banks because this branch is so poorly managed. I'm sure I'm not the only person that goes to the bank on their lunch break. This branch never seems to have more than 2 tellers at any given time. The manager does nothing to help them and just stands around while the line gets longer instead of helping them out behind the counter. They cant even open the drive thru because of being short staffed on tellers. I would give a zero if I could. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Tellers are not helping and refused to listen our needs. Came in yesterday to deposit credit check. The check got approved by local manager and on the phone. We have done the procedure many times The teller was stubborn and saying the credit check can't be deposited even the approval from BofA assistance on the phone Very dissatisfied with this customer service and teller service. We have been BofA customers for 14 years and this is first time I experienced this. What a waste of our time and my business.

Without a doubt, the most incompetently managed branch of Bank of America in San Antonio. The ATM's never work. The drive-through is always closed. They open late. Just horrible service, horrible availability of their drive-through services. Just badly managed. Every time I come here, I end up having to go to the De Zavala branch, because the De Zavala branch actually knows how to operate a bank.

I wish i would not even give this 1 STAR they do not worth it. Mortgage officer and manager of this location very unprofessional, they have no idea what they are doing. It took them 8 month to deny refinance OF MORTGAGE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. WHAT A WASTE EMPLOYEES HAS BANK OF AMERICA!!!!! BANK OF AMERICA PLEASE RE----TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!

When I read the comments made before I was a little hesitant to go to this branch and open a bank account, but I never regretted it after I went. Thank you to everyone, but especially to Ms. Eva Vega, who helped me open my account. She is so friendly, smilling and very positive person. Thank you very much to her again

Worst BOA that I have been to. A wire transfer took them over 45 minutes. Then I opted out of seeing a financial adviser because I don’t want all my money tied up at BIA so the manager came in. She was very rude. I did not get a survey for this visit, which is odd. I will never go to that location again. Extremely poor customer service.

This BoA is awful. They never answer the phone, they state they have drive up services, which they DO NOT. They have two ATM's and a drive up window designated for business with a giant closed sign. They removed the all drive thru machines and employee's now use these areas for parking. Management at this location should be evaluated.

One of the worst banks to bank with. I lost my cards and they couldn’t even help me. Just gave me a phone number to call. I don’t want to spend a long time on the phone waiting for my turn to be assisted. The app asks me to put in the security code I don’t have memorized. They are useless. They’re Customer service is also terrible.

CAN'T CASH A CHECK UNLESS YOU HAVE ACCOUNT WITH THEM !!! RIDICULOUS OH AND IF THEY DO CASH IT THERE'S A "LIMIT AMOUNT" I WOULD NEVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING OPENING AN ACCOUNT , ANYONE YOU WRITE A CHECK TO WILL HAVE A HARD TIME CASHING IT !!! Again, totally slow.. I came out from my lunch break to cash a check and the teller os very slow and with 6 people in line, no one came out to assist the teller... My wife has a direct deposit chase and then there is a long line, the manager comes out and work as a teller... Man, BOA customer service "SUCKS"

The worst BofA I have been to, for over 6 years. Management runs this location very poorly. It takes an act of God to get something done. If you are looking to do drive up service with the bank it's not available, they have the employees block drive through lanes also. Don't waste your time …

Yes I too have the consistent displeasure of having to deal with both bank manager Martha and Abraham rudeness. I mean at what point is it unprofessional? In their minds the tardiness, the lack of respect when addressing you. It's to no end and a perfect mirror of what Bank of America is: RUDE.

Save your self go with wellsfargo accross the street. This place has been short staffed for over a year and no efforts of improvements seem on their way. Drive throughs never open. Literally one teller to a 20 person line. Minimum 45 min wait just to deposit.

This bank is terrible. The tellers don't greet you, employees come in late, and you're forced to wait most of the time. I came to close my account for good and even then it took me an hour to do that. Put your hard earned money at a credit union instead.

I checked google maps this morning to see if the bank was open and it says it is open. Granted it is a holiday....not a major holiday (Martin Luther King Jr). BOA & Google need to get information correct even on holidays!

Very under staffed unless you want a loan. It's Friday and only 1 teller. Cross train your people or send people from other locations. Horrible customer service to have only 1 teller

Alway has a line out the door, short staffed on the weekends. Takes 25 min to make a deposit. Business line is closed on Saturdays
