Bad customer , bad attitude from a teller ,I went to put my money in my landlord account she was asking me questions about the landlord that I don't all I know is her name and her account number nothing else I don't know where she lives , she was asking me 20 questions she told me I have fill a paper out ,what ,I never do that , they do for me cause I don't bank there , I will not go there again I'm done with this bank I do go to the one on farm Rd sometimes but I don't know more cause they always have one teller and the line is out the door so I got the one on Durango but since that lady ask me so many questions I guess I won't be Turing there either

Terrible customer service from tellers! The sit down bankers are very pleasant, but it's an entirely different story when it comes to the tellers. The woman with the phoney British accent is the worst offender. She's totally smug in telling she can't even help me w the most basic of banking tasks, which seems to be the norm with this branch. I have gotten a bad attitude from every single one of them everytime I have ever gone in. From now on I will go to another branch.
