We came to this branch and waited at 2:05pm, the rep said 5-10 minutes, and then said it was more like 5 minutes but then it ended up being over a 20 minute wait and when I asked him why it's taking so long, he said that normally at this branch it's over an hour wait, which is ridiculous. There was a growing number of people coming in and in fact waiting for only one customer service rep on duty, so who knows how long the wait will be for them when you are waiting for just one person on duty. The extra star is for the person who was on duty though...Anthony G. deserves 5 stars. He was patient, professional, and efficient. Oh yeah, they also charged me money for losing my debit card and I have never been charged for a lost card before. It's a busy holiday season with so many people needing to come to the bank so it shouldn't take that long. My father banks elsewhere and said that he was disappointed with this bank and that he personally wouldn't bank here. I told him that BOA is normally a lot better than this....he seemed to be in better spirits though after meeting with Anthony. I was informed that they are completely remodeling this location so it will soon be closed and they are transferring all of their employees to other BOA locations, which is why there were hardly any employees there and still, so many customers.

The WORST BOA to open an acct with in NY! They have closed off basically every in person office branch. I went on Monday just to get a direct deposit Void check and I had to wait 30 to 45 mins in between having to ask for the second time a male in the office I was directed to, how long he will be. After some time he escorts me to a female teller who then has me waiting while she finish up whatever she was doing, to go over to another female teller who was Extremely helpful to me. Now mind you, the female in the office I had first approached when I arrived was the one who had me waiting for the male in the other office who had me waiting all that time to (waste my time) when she could have just told me to go to the bank teller to get the direct deposit form in the first place. They are VERY Disorganized so in my opinion you should bank some where else if you want a bank you can depend on to get Great service!

I went in at 4PM to speak to someone about getting a ballot notarized. There was no one else waiting, but I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone greeted me. Meanwhile, 4 to 5 employees had gathered into one office and were chatting about. When someone had finally noticed me, he had unhelpfully informed me that their notary had just walked out the door and was on his way home. Had anyone taken a single moment to ask what I needed merely 5 minutes ahead, I could have gotten my document notarized within a minute. I’ve been banking with BoA for decades and this was the worst encounter I had the misfortune of experiencing.

Don't open an account by bank of America Basically to find a open branch is almost impossible even when u see online it's open doesn't mean it's open finally was going around for an hour till I found this location open Was Waiting in the line to make a deposit there was 2 ladies but only one was taking clients in the middle the one that was taking clients left the other lady didn't bother to take her over Was waiting for like 10 15 minutes till someone came to help me make my deposit

I WENT ON 3/27 & THIS BRANCH IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED. YOU’D THINK THEY WOULD MENTION THAT HERE IN GOOGLE MAPS AND THE BOA A WEBSITE. NOOO. JUST TRASH AND A WASTE OF TIME

Unreal! 20 minutes each time I go in this bank. There are times they don't even have quarters. Always one teller. You don't see this in the Chelsea locations

There was 1 teller and a line of 9 people that took over 30 minutes as one customer was activating an account. It’s ridiculous; a complete waste of time.

The staff at This Bank of America is friendly and professional...VERY WARM AND ENVITING..not to mention GOOD LOOKING...LOL...GOOD JOB GUYS

Everytime I've been here, the wait and line were fast. This is me go to location. It takes me time to get there but worth it!

This place is bad, long lines out the doors and only 2 tellers... the staff is great but the wait time not so much
