Giving this a three stars because the ATM on the outside is usually not working as often as it is working, so it's not ideal. This is a small bank located right at an intersection of a pretty busy area and there's no parking anywhere near, so you'll either have to park on a footpath somewhere and hope you don't get clamped, or try to find a parking lot somewhere close and I'm not sure if there are any. Customer service is fine– no complaints. Enough ATM's to keep the flow of people going quickly enough on the inside.

For months now (since they closed Phibsboro branch), their outside DAB machine doesn't work for lodgement 95% of the time. You better be lucky to be able to reach this branch during their opening hours or you are stuck. It is a disgrace. And the other branch (Drumcondra) only has indoor DAB. Unacceptable!

Revolut is becoming a better option for banking by the week. The more card and online orientated boi and other banks are becoming the more expensive it seems to be to be with them. That being said i've been with boi all my life and have never really had any issues at all with them.

All I wanted was to withdraw cash from the ATM. This was easy and the bank was good at social distancing and provided hand sanitisers.

Terrible customer service. Moreover, sometimes they do not follow covid safety procedures.

ATM is a disaster.I have given one star which I feel is even too generous.

ATM out of service again! And again today. What kind of ATM is this!

  • John Connell

The cash machine at this branch is regularly out of order.
