Guys, I went today and honestly, I don't recommend it. If it's worth the tip, I came here from Novo Hamburgo and they didn't have the Danish pastry... I arrived super early at 3:00 pm, they also didn't insist on making the product for me to take or giving me any additional information... the waiter who served me Juliano He was not at all helpful and was clearly upset that I was sad about the lack of the product. He said he didn't know when it would be available again and he also wouldn't ask because all the customers just wanted to know about that Danish guy. When my sub finally arrived, it came with pure milk without any chocolate with a loose piece of coffee inside (which wasn't even part of the order), my sister and brother-in-law's orders were wrong, but they were changed, the special cookie came with a huge piece of aluminum foil, luckily we saw it and didn't consume it. When paying the bill we realized that the waiter had placed all the orders in duplicate, we objected so they made the discount due, there was no change, as the one who served us was the bakery employee who, after verifying that we had been waiting for a long time at the register and that it was completely empty/abandoned, she would have to attend to us. The computer was covered in dust, which gave the impression of careless cleaning. First time I've been so disappointed with a coffee shop that apparently is a reference in the Moinhos de Vento neighborhood. Note: the person responsible for the place responded to me and was very helpful asking me to get back to her.

Fomos num domingo a tarde, e o atendimento precisa ser revisto. Fila na porta para conseguirmos mesa, mais de 20 minutos esperando, enquanto as mesas iam ficando livres e não vinha ninguém limpar, o que atrasava mais ainda. Quando conseguimos uma mesa, o atendimento, por mais que cortês, é lento e desorganizado. Saímos de outra cidade, mais de 40 km, para provar a tão falada sobremesa denish, e estava em falta. Fiquei muito decepcionada. O garçom então sugeriu o croassant de chocolate, o que aceitamos. Realizamos o pedido junto com os salgados. Depois de mais de 40 minutos que terminamos de comer os salgados, chamei um garçom e perguntei sobre o meu croassant doce que não havia chegado. Mais 15 minutos se passaram até ele retornar a mesa e informar que havia acabado e tinham esquecido de me avisar. Assim, foram 1h esperando um pedido que nunca chegaria. Por todo esse incômodo, nada me oferecem. No mais, os pratos que consegumos comer eram excelentes, de muita qualidade. Uma pena mesmo a desorganização e falta de produtos.

Se fosse possível daria 4,5 de 5 estrelas. É uma excelente padararia e cafeteria. A localização é ótima com bela vista nas mesas externas. Outro ponto positivo é o atendimento e grande parte das opções de doces e salgados. O expresso é de boa qualidade. Provei o Apple Crunch Muffin que estava sensacional, já o pain au chocolat tem que procurar o chocolate (não que tenha que ter muito) e é destoante do francês original em gosto como um todo além de ser EXCESSIVAMENTE caro (16,50). Esse último ponto reforça o motivo de eu não dar 5 estrela: os valores estão bem acima da média levando em consideração cafeterias de padrão similar por Porto Alegre.

Maravilhoso! Nunca comi um sanduíche tão bom na minha vida, de SIMPLES não tem nada!!! Atendimento maravilhoso, a moça que nós atendeu, a Vivian, falava com muito bem e com um brilho no olhar sobre o lugar e os produtos, o que não é difícil, pois é bom mesmo e quando o produto é bom, não precisa nem se esforçar pra vender, por que é falado com gosto e de coração. Reflexo de que o Barbarella Bakery não é apenas agradável aos clientes, mas também aos funcionários ❤️

Fomos na Barbarella tomar café da manhã. A tendente era muito querida, mas tivemos sérios problemas. A comida demorou um pouco mais do que estava previsto e além disso o queijo estava MOFADO. Questionei a atendente e devolvi o pedido, já tinha comido um pedaço, e simplesmente não fizeram nada a respeito. Ainda quando estava indo embora queriam me COBRAR todo pedido, questionei e paguei apenas o que estava consumível, o café. Desrespeito fazerem isso, ainda me cobraram a xícara de café e o serviço.

Tinha muito sol no momento em que chegamos, um dos garçons falou que não era possível arrumar o guarda-sol para que ficassemos mais confortáveis. Pedimos um chocolate e um café gelado. O café veio totalmente branco, conforme foto e o chocolate não estava gelado. Pedimos para trocar. Veio a mesma coisa. Quanto aos pratos, quiche bem sem graça. Baguete boa. Vi em redes sociais o pessoal divulgando e pensei que era bom, mas chegando lá, me decepcionei. Acho que o atendimento e as próprias comidas vêm diferente para os blogueiros de plantão.

Great options of sandwiches and sweets, but the waiting time to prepare simple products is quite long, even on a not very busy day (on the menu, all products have an estimate of the time it takes to reach the table, but it was much longer wait than estimated). Anyway, the chicken pie, although small, is very good and really worth its reputation!

We went to Poa em Dobro and ordered hot cheese, simple colonial and Danish pastry; I confess that we ordered bis in the savory dishes, excellent. The Danish is a great size and I couldn't eat it alone, it has a cinnamon base and the chocolate inside balances out the brigadeiro and chocolate on top. Good service and quiet atmosphere (on a Wednesday mid-morning). Note: if you had this pressed MEGA cheese with salami it would be great.

Fomos em um domingo. Lugar maravilhoso de tomar um café. O chá não estava bom, porém a baguete com manteiga estava desmanchando (sabem fazer pães maravilhosos). O bolo de cenoura é DIVINO, principalmente se você gosta de canela e cravo! Vale muito a experiência!

Amazing food, but staff makes a huge effort to have the worst service in Porto Alegre. They are always out of products, and make no effort to increase production. The place lacks cleaning and delivery canceled orders even after I called to confirm it. It could be the best bakery in the city, but it seems the owners simply don’t want or don’t know how to manage the business.

O atendimento pela Viviane foi muito atencioso! Pedimos um Mata Hari, que estava divino, apesar de um problema no sistema que acabou causando um pequeno atraso! Voltaremos com certeza!

Located in the heart of one of the most trendy neighborhoods of Porto Alegre this Bakery could offer a little bit more in terms of services, food it's average with some original french sweets , coffee its just ok. Upstairs it's a good option for some working, and outside makes a nice option for a coffee with a special one

O pão é sensacional! O melhor momento para ir é em um sábado de manhã, em que tudo está fresquinho e há um clima de descontração agradável. A equipe é muito capaz e explicou a história do local e do cardápio, em especial a Viviane. Do pão mais simples a receitas estrangeiras, tudo estava uma delícia! Super recomendado.

Café e sobremesa maravilhosos. Além de tudo o ambiente é muito agradável. Os funcionários Eduardo e Juliano que me atenderam foram muito solicitos e simpáticos. Mais uma vez que venho e o atendimento e comidas e café sempre bons. Bom atendimento do Alessandro!

Sensacional! Tudo que comemos estava maravilhoso, com destaque absoluto para os pães, todos excelentes. Além das comidas, o ambiente é muito legal e bem decorado na temática que dá o nome do lugar "Barbarella", e o atendimento foi ótimo também. Não tive o que reclamar da experiência aqui, indicação garantida.

Perfeito! Viemos conhecer e nos apaixonamos! Atendimento primoroso do Jonathan, atencioso, solicito, discreto, querido… músicas muito boas, ambiente bonito, pratos muito bem feitos, ingredientes de primeira e, sinceramente, eu nunca provei um pão tão bom (baguete ou croissant). Recomendo muuuito!!

Good food, but very pricey. The ambiance is great, the service too but the food wasn't that special. Also the menu doesn't have a full description of the dishes, I wasted the chocolate that was on the bottom of my Capuccino because I didn't know it was there and that I was supposed to stir it.

Great bakery in this area. The street and the location is very nice and I definitely recommend sitting outside for coffee and the amazing selection of pastries they have to offer. Their crossaint is not the best I have had but other pastries are amazing.

We went to know the space through Primeira Mesa and we loved it. The menu is quite varied and the dishes we tried were very tasty. A highlight for attendant Jonathan who is super attentive and kind.

Terrible experience. They gave our meal to another table. There is no system here to verify what someone ordered. The food also takes forever so be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more.
