The costumer service we received yesterday from the store manager was the worst. We bought a big helium balloon and as soon we got out of the shop, it started getting flat. We immediately took it back to the shop and approached the girl who served us and showed it to her. She found a little crack on it and said She will replace it. Soon after she called the store manager on duty. He checked and said you hit it somewhere and it can't be replaced. There was no politeness in his words. He was not cooperative and his behaviour displeased us. Moreover, he was asking us that why we didn't buy plastic bag for a balloon because it's very delicate. We replied to him that the girl who served us, should have suggested us or asked for a bag because as a seller you are aware that this can happen and we aren't. We were surprised to hear his silly reply that the bag is required for a bunch of balloons and not for a single one and it's not free. I didn't expect that silly reply as you were giving me advise that you should have bought a bag and now changed your words. As a manager he could have approached us in a different way. He could have politely told us that sorry I can't replace it because it was not faulty and you have might hit it somewhere, instead of showing attitude. The girl who served us was fantastic, rather she apologised many times. We really appreciate her. We feel that the store manager should learn some manners and customer service skills from that young girl who apologised many times but he didn't even do it once and walked away with his so called attitude. The moral is if you want to replace or return the damaged item please be prepared for the arguments with this manager who has spoiled our mood on a very special day.

Great party supplies at affordable prices here. A balloon inflation and decoration service is also available with the latest balloons (rose gold, metallics...) at much cheaper prices than most. It's also a variety store with Reject Shop style products. Many overseas equivalent labels at a discounted price. Unfortunately the quality isn't always the best. Occasionally they have the overrun on limited edition flavours of chips at really cheap prices. This is great if the flavour is delicious because you can buy a box. It's worth popping into because you may find expensive products dropped drastically in price. Ample parking if Bingo isn't on.

The customers service we received from Ravi was appalling. We hired a 100 balloon helium tank for our son's 18th birthday and when we went to use it, it was not working. We had to rush on the day of the party to take the tank back and get a new one and when we got home they gave us a 50 balloon tank! When we ask for compensation for the inconvenience of having to take 1hr out of our very busy day to take the tank to get replaced and for giving us a smaller tank, he said he could do nothing! So moral of the story is if you get anything from here make sure its what you paid for or else they won't compensate you.

Fantastic for shopping and getting the best value for money. Really there's a lot of bargains in a lot of departments to be had. If you want to save money on some groceries, kitchen products such as washing up liquid, plastic bags, cooking appliances (sometimes ) , toiletries, party products and lots more then this place is worth a look. What cost me say $6 in the supermarket cost me $1 there. You just have to look and be prepared to go back every so often to get different bargains. By the way, the staff are friendly.

I work near this location so I go in as often as I can! I found the cleaning products, gift items and general foods and drinks to be of a good selection but you really have to check use by dates on food and drinks. Fabulous prices ( found a huge bag of bubblegum for $1.50). I have enjoyed buying Carmans, Kelloggs, Allens, coca cola here for cheap prices. Similar to NQR. Fabulous customer service from the staff. Bring your own bags!

Often visit this store as I've found real bargains in the past. Lots of impulse buys to browse through and has Party Products at low prices. Dropped my review by one * as I find the range of food products is no longer as good as it once was. Yes, I know the products continually change as they are clearance items however, the offering isn't as good as it used to be (i.e. Sara Lee Cheescake seconds anyone? etc.)

Love this place. A lot of cool random products. I bought alot of household cleaning items here and interesting little gadgets. Reminds me of alot of products you see on informercials. Also a good place for a person who likes snacking or is setting up for a social gathering. Always something nice that is marked down to less than a dollar. Highly recommended, always a fun browsing experience.

It's great but there was some people coughing and I wasn't happy about that the worker just walked around them with all that's going on people coughing should not be able to get in and they should also no to stay at home very frustrating I don't get it I would have given 4 or 5 star but yea …

I have been shopping at this place for several years and it has never disappointed. You may end up getting big cosmetic brands at less than half price if you happen to be there at the right time. Tbh this place has almost everything at fractional cost. Definitely try it out! Cheers

Love this place! There’s always an interesting selection of goods here. Some items change regularly while others are continuously restocked. The prices are very reasonable, often cheaper than places like the $2 store. One of my favourite shops to visit in Melbourne.

Can always find a good bargain here. Great if you're having friends over for a BBQ or party. Great for a browse when you don't really need anything but then you find something that you will need. LOL Don't pretend you don't know what I mean... haha

I was at this shop today, and when I was at the counter to pay, someone asked me to check my bag! That was fine for me because I believed that’s part of their policy. So then I looked around and somehow I was the only one who got checked.

I do not blame you putting a policy of no returns or exchanges for poor quality goods, but I blame who is responsible for protecting the consumers?, and so did I when I chose you wasting my money for the first and last time .

We went to see the store because we really like the Cranbourne one. This store was just as good, very clean, great products and excellent service (praise to the person who served us, I think it was Shaban?).

Everything is so cheap here They have great cleaning products and toiletries really cheap, current and saves so much money when you get these items from Bargain Depot instead of going to Woolworths or Coles
