Michael glued my wife's sole back very well and on time last week. He's just put new soles and heels on my beloved Clark's 9-year old leather slip ons on time and very nicely done. Really don't know what the other people are moaning about but would suggest if he tells you to come back on Monday maybe add a day like I did.

I went there yesterday to have 3 keys cut. None of them worked. Went back today to ask them to replace them and cut new ones which he did. However, again, all 3 keys don't work. I'll just call it a lost cause and rather go somewhere else.

Racist old white man working at Barksole, Strand. I complained to Barksole head office and they never even as much as got back to me. Pathetic franchise, will never see my money again.

Bad service, was told to collect my item at 11:00. Had to stand there and wait while other people were helped. My item was only finished after 14:00.

This is the second time I've taken shoes here. Terrible service. They can't find your shoes. Then the workmanship is really bad. Never again
