Very good dealership to work with. Was able to negotiate price a good price as well as prematurely end the 2017 Pilot lease for the 2019 Pilot Black edition. While there are loads of review on the Pilot, most of them are a cosmetic white wash - as they really don't deal with key issues drivers face: Here are pointers most reviews don't cover The Good: 1) The black edition has incredible appeal. Looks hot and like a muscle car 2) LED lights - excellent - and the auto-high beam that kicks in over 45Km/hr a big improvement from having to mickey mouse the setting. They are also auto-levelling which means one always has the lights at a fixed point on the road no matter the car dips or rises. 3) Navigation screen - Huge improvement from the 2017. Gone is the cartoonish finish. It even has the elevation on the screen - which I really like. Only negative - the maps don't seem to be that accurate - it thinks you are off road - on roads that were good in the previous edition. The redesign of the screen helped. The extra power switch - doesn't impact me either way. I never use it as I always access it from the steering. 4) Can now stow a suitcase comfortably in the back after seating 7. Comes at the price of the front row. They have trimmed a few inches in the front - which taller people like myself notice immediateluy 5) The sound system is A1 - even has DTS enhancement. Makes Sirrus sound very good. First car where I can stand to listen to Sirrus. The volume control for centre speaker and the sub-woofer big bonus 6) Side mirrors are heated and auto-dimming at night. Depending on the Left/Right switch position, the respective mirror dips down when reversing. 7) Performance - much better take response and the transmission is way better that 2017 model. Really worth the upgrade just for that. 8) The wireless charger is in, but we lose one USB port in the front. 9) The display cluster I like with the digital tach. I also like the torque to the wheels display. Places for improvement: 1) The remote control - lost its home in the ceiling. It now sits in the back pocket and is a good candidate to get lost Love the car - I think it will make Pilot a lot popular that it is and answer a lot of the previous complaints.

Linda, our sales representative, was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our needs. She understood our preferences and guided us through the features and options available. Upon delivery, Linda spent time with us to ensure we understood our new vehicle's features, upgrades, and anti-theft security features. Her professional, calm, and friendly demeanour made the entire process enjoyable. Narong, the finance manager was friendly, transparent, and made sure we understood all the details involved. I was going to Ottawa Honda (same owner) for years to get service on my two Honda vehicles. When Barrhaven Honda opened it was fantastic to have them close by. The service I have been receiving has been continuously well above par and more than I would expect. The service team has been outstanding! I had recalls last year, a few frustrations for them as well as me but they just kept getting to the root of the problem in a open and straightforward way. Just recently I have gone in twice, had a couple of extra things that were concerning me, Roger and the team just took care of it for me because they appreciate my business. I trust and will pay for good service in a world where many people think things should be free. I am finding that Barrhaven Honda does not take my business for granted. But voice was still there and even worse. I went to different place and they said pad clips was missing in the break pads in all tires and one of rotor was shaking. Please guys check your breaks that clips really important and they are saving your pads, rotors and also your lives. I ask honda why it is like that. Their answer was yes they are aware of it and thats it. They don’t wanna take action at all and they service manager said he doesn’t care and said I can do What I want. This is how you serving to the people. To be honest if they would say sorry and lets fix problem I would understand them.

My husband Nick and I were just going to put our names down on a list at Barrhaven Honda last week, when salesperson, Alex Lavigne told us that there were two Honda Accords right there in the showroom for us to choose from. We were offered a white (platinum) Honda Accord Hybrid and a grey Honda Accord gasoline car to purchase right there and then. We jumped at the chance to buy a hybrid car. (We had heard that the waiting time for a hybrid can be up to 2 years)! We picked it up on Friday, and we love it. Alex is an amazing young lady. She knows her stuff too! I highly recommend Alex Lavigne to you, in order to buy your next Honda car. Also the dealership is a very prosperous one. There are lots of sales people on-site. Not like other ones that we have been to. They are keen to help you find your next vehicle - both New and Used.

Signed off my first lease today. I used to own all my cars so far. Because this is the first time I'm leasing a car, I was a little bit nervous about the process and unknown to me all kind of fees. I brought my 2011 Honda CRV in for the first time due to a Safety Recall for Rear Frame Corrosion. The Service Advisor asked me to sign a release of the vehicle in the event that the corrosion was excessive. They would then keep the vehicle, offer to purchase and shuttle me home. I was not given the right to a free temporary rental as per the recall notice and Honda Canada Customer Relations. This would leave me stranded without a vehicle. I decided not to sign or follow through with the inspection. I will be keeping my vehicle until a suitable replacement can be found other than Barrhaven Honda.

My sister in law bought a 2017 Honda Pilot from here and the engine needs to be replaced at 70k. The shop she took her car to said it’s a known issue with Pilot engines and that they have recalls on these but Honda are not standing behind their product and won’t be replacing it for her. They also have a Honda Ridgeline so if this is how they treat loyal Honda customers, I don’t even want to imagine what they would do with non-loyal customers. Absolutely horrible!!! Buyers beware!!

After bringing to their attention it was cleaned up but having to wait an additional 30min to have someone vacuum a mess that was made is crazy.
