This is the WORST office! I opened my case about a year and a half ago . I WOULD NEVER get any phone calls, me and my husband would always be calling constantly and would always just tell us they were waiting on a response from other people. I called to get an update and alondra just told me my case was denied and that she has in her notes they called me back in November of last year And that I did not answer (no voicemail left) and that “someone else spoke to me and I said it was ok to send the letter (mind you I NEVER spoke to anyone )!!!! I was really upset about this whole situation and on top of that told me she had been keeping my husband updated when in the contrary I’ve been with my husband multiple times reminding him to call her on a daily bases just to hear the same response on “we are waiting on the other company”. She tells me If anything I need to talk with my husband to be on the same page ! My husband was listening and we couldn’t believe how she can guarantee she has been calling updating him when NOT ONCE DID WE EVER RECEIVE A PHONE CALL from them It was only once and it’s upsetting to see how much we left “a message” with who ever was answering but never called back and now they just read their “NOTES” and tell me it’s not them it’s me who wasn’t answering really frustrates me !!!!

If I could I would leave 0 stars. Don't come here if you need any legal representation for yourself or a family member. My family and I worked tirelessly to get the money to get Roscio to take the immigration case. She took the case. We would call for updates and she would never pick up or her secretary would always say that she was out. Not once did she even talk to my uncle who was being detained. Once he was deported we only found out through a friend he made at the detention center. When we called Roscio, she had no idea about his whereabouts. She practically took our money and didn't even do her job. Please save your money and get a real, legitimate representation for you or your loved one. We feel like we got cheated by her. Response to the owner: You have it wrong. She took our case and did nothing with it. We wasted our hard earned money for no legal assistance. We are livid.

This lawyer did nothing for me. I wanted to take it to court and her legal aid told me "why do you want to take it to court. Are you willing to risk everything and come out with nothing?" I told her "risk what the money they want to give me is nothing". That's not what you tell a client.Also she almost cheated me of a thousand dollars. She corrected it and added the thousand to my settlement. If I wouldn't had double check the deductions she would be a thousand dollars richer. Her office said they would call me once they received the check. No one ever called me so I called them and my check had been ready for pick up a week ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY!! I have never seen or met her. Hell I haven't even spoken to her. Everything was done through her legal aid who was not very professional.

We feel entirely let down by this law firm. Aside from doing as much as we could we didn’t feel represented correctly. Our price break down was not properly explained which made us run threw our retainer extremely fast, and when time came to make another payment came the let down. We did good on payments but couldn’t meet their demands on making another large retainer, and payment plans were off the table unless retainer was met at their demand. Again all contact came from us alone. When mediation came we were pretty much screwed. Forget trying to reason with this law firm because that’s when their claws came out. Directly to the wrong side of the party. Save your money and really take the time to look.

I am so happy with basu law firm, I hired them a year ago for a ticket I had in spring valley court and apparently no one else takes these cases and now I know why. I had to leave the country so they had to reset my court to an earlier date but my case was not finalized even after I left the country. They went above and beyond to fight my case so I wouldn’t have any problem with this ticket and it wouldn’t affect my record. They kept fighting until they got it dismissed even without me in the country. I am so happy I hired them for my case now I know my record is clean. 100% recommend this law firm for any traffic tickets.

Nope! VERY unprofessional, the girls who work here are VERY ill mannered, trying to speak to the attorney is impossible. Once after two years I got to speak to an attorney she herself said that she wasn’t getting her messages, this attorneys office will not fight to get you what you deserve, all they do is push paper they do not and I repeat THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL WELLBEING! The attorney will walk away with more money with the first offer. Look around talk to different attorneys do not use this law office, biggest mistake I ever made was not looking at their reviews.

This is the worse service ever the secretary name Andrea and Michelle are extremely rude when they call me for my case and they will do anything to make you pay for the full amount of the Divorce no communication with them or the attorney they just call you when they ask you for more money I find out by my ex husband that I was Divorce not from this people so if you want to have a attorney that feels that they not on your side on your own case hire Basu law firm. I was there this afternoon and I had a consultation and Alondra the person who was there was very rude. I guess because the person who she had talked to before make her mad because he didn't wanted to pay the 30 dollars for the consultation. She was very aggressive and arrogant making faces and instead of helping saying something positive or in a nice way she had her attitude, I never said I wasn't gonna pay the 30 dollars she just make her own conclusions.‍♀️‍♀️
