I brought my 5 year old here when we learned that he needed extensive work including several crowns and fillings. Anxiety doesn't begin to describe how he responded to being in the dental chair and I was so impressed by how Dr. Subramanian and her assistants handled everything. My son did not respond the way most children do to the nitrous and conscious sedation (demerol), he continued to have anxiety even though the maximum dose for his bodyweight had been administered (I myself have the same problem with anesthesia). Dr. Subramanian and her assistant were incredibly patient and nurturing towards him through the very last moment and went above and beyond to perform all of the work he needed. Being a parent and having lots of concerns about the dental materials used in fillings, it was wonderful to have Dr. Subramanian (a specialist in dental materials) who could explain the pros and cons of each. Many dentists will deflect your questions or direct you to call the manufacturer, but she was able to discuss all of the materials honestly and in detail. Rosario, who handles billing and reception was a great comfort throughout. She was cheerful and was enormously helpful in discussing the costs, insurance issues and helping us figure out our options. The zirconia crowns, stainless crowns and resin fillings Dr. Subramanian did turned out perfectly and my son and I are very happy with the work.

My son's autistic, non verbal, so treatment isn't easy. His second to last visit here went exceptionally well surprisingly. The last visit today was our wake up call that he'll need specialized dental treatment moving forward, or just a better dental office. The reality check came in the form of embarrassment from the staff. Once again, my son is notably on the spectrum, but there was no reason for the staring, laughter and side comments from the staff as my sons struggled to follow the dental assistants directives. I gave a stare back to one of the dental assistances who watched us like a zoo exhibit. She didn't think I heard her when she jokingly suggested giving my son candy to her other co worker, followed by laughter. That was the comment that made me abruptly refuse further efforts and began to walk out. The lay out made it worse. There's no privacy with 5 dental stations all in a 500 sqft room. In a nut shell, the change of staff and new location resulted in a decline in quality of service.

Dr. asu ran her practice like business. If it’s not profitable she won’t take care of you. My daughters were her patients for 4 years. I decided to leave as I couldn’t take how her and her staffs provided service. I had dual insurances. She said that she only billed primary insurance. I have to file claim with secondary as it’s time consuming for her staffs to do so. Delta dental secondary insurance told me that they don’t accept the claim directly from patient. They also said that this is part of dentist’s responsibility and dentist should submit claim to insurance on patient behalf. My new dentist said the same thing. This practice runs for profit but not place to get treatment and service you deserved.

We came in for a emergency scenario, where my son knocked off his front permanent tooth. It was very horrifying scenario for us. Dr Brinda did not make any false promises but provided with details that relevant facts and answered our questions to complete satisfaction. She provided the treatment plan, and possible scenarios. Everything worked out well for us, and our kid's tooth was saved. As they say that moment of panic and chaos, we had somebody who was talking sense and providing correct answers and doing the right things. Thanks Dr Subramanian.

Awesome place for kids dental work. From last 4 years(my son is 6 year old now), we are following Dr. Brinda's recommendation and we have seen a good results for his Teeth. All the staff is very helpful and answer our questions/concerns in timely manner. They make every effort to have your visit comfortable since sometimes kids do not co-operate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brinda to everyone.

I am really happy i found this place for my little one .Dr Su is very good and and has lot of patience which make the overall experience good for both parents and kids . The play area is a good addition to distract the kids if they are scared and makes it look like fun place. I highly recommend this office.

I'm so glad I found this pediatric dentist. Doctor Su. Is the best. I'm so thankful I found her. She has alot of patience with the kids. They give you options for the little ones that have anxiety or are scared. I highly recommend this office. I will be taking my three children here from now on.

We've been going there for 2.5 years. Rosario at the front is terrific -- helpful with billing and finding appointments. The dental team clearly has a lot of experience with children, which is helpful especially when a child is feeling a bit afraid.

Really careful and smart dental care for my daughter. We have loved the doctors and they have taken extra care with our anxious child.
