I called the night before from the Pilot to see if they had overnight parking He said no I told him my appointment was not intill 1900 the next night he said if I got there 5:30 am they'd load me. Told him my 34hr restart will be up at 5:30. I'd be there more like 6:30 he said we'll make it work. Got there and was greeted by my loader operator and docked was done loading in 10 min. Love coming to this shipper as they care about your time as a truck driver and they know how to operate super efficiently as well. Always in and out in about an hour and yesterday they only had 2 people working and still in and out in 45 mins...they definitely know what they are doing and I wish all shippers and recievers were like them. Staff super friendly as well. One of my favorite places to come to! Would give a million stars if I could!

I'm currently her still being loaded and have nothing but 5 stars for this receiver.... I decided to come to the business early to see if they'll take me leaning on goof faith and they seen my appointment was for tomorrow and without hassle they took me early ..... I decided to look around and go to the bathroom.... Literally the cleanest I've ever been to friendly staff and clean place it was a pleasure to actually step in in this place

Came here a few days ago to get loaded and they did not disappoint! Gentleman greeted me with a smile, got me checked in, loaded and out all under 45 minutes which if your a driver, you know is practically unheard of these days! Very easy backing in, even the construction across the lot didn't give me any issues with backing in. I will absolutely be coming back!! Definite 5 stars!!

Great facility to get loaded. I got there early and they took me right into the door for loading. I had to leave after my 7pm loading and start my drive to the nearest pilot on I 10 east to hopefully find parking for the night. When I mentioned this to Juan in shipping, he said, if I like I can park here for the night and start my drive in the morning with a fresh clock. These guys are Awesome.

Bay logistics they had some really nice people that work there I got there early low on hours they say I can hang out there tomorrow appointment time and till I get enough hours to move they saved me a lot of time looking for a place to park and they save me time to get to my appointment in the next day ❤️❤️❤️ like people that appreciate your time and value your time

Staff were super friendly. Check-in was a breeze. My appointment was for 15:00, I checked in at 08:40 and was immediately given a door. Loading took less than an hour, and I was on my way. Thank you to all the staff for making my life just a little easier. I appreciate the effort and care y'all put forward.

CMV drivers...I showed up 2 hours before my appointment time and they took me right in. In fact, they suggested in future pickups, to simply get there as soon as possible. Load time was fast and I had zero complaints about the personnel.
