I bought a new car from Bayside. Shortly after getting the car, an issue arose and I took it back to Bayside where we had a truly bad service experience that took three weeks, didn’t fix the issue, and nearly resulted in us returning our brand new vehicle. I only feel comfortable writing this now that the issue has been fixed, almost immediately, by another service center. Bayside did not know how to fix our car and failed to provide good customer service in every way. They would not tell us what they were doing on the car, could not tell us when they were going to look at it, almost never followed up with us when they said they would, and at times they were rude and dismissive of us, hanging up on us and giving us the run-around. At one point, my advisor told me to come pick up the car the next day and when I arrived the car wasn’t there and neither was he. He was road testing it, but ended up not even being scheduled to work the next day, didn’t tell me that, and the car was still not fixed. I should mention that they do not have loaner vehicles at Bayside and didn’t help us get a rental vehicle from the manufacturer, so we were taking public transportation to and from the dealer. At one point our advisor told us that we should return the car and get a gas vehicle because there are always issues with electric cars and the computers they put in the cars. They said it could it take a week or 5 months to fix our car and that he had 35 other cars to deal with, so too bad for us. Ultimately, Bayside claimed to have fixed the issue and had us pick it up. They returned our car dirty because it spent most of those weeks sitting on a residential street under a tree (we could see this because we had access to the vehicle location through an app). They didn’t actually fix it though, they just cleared the engine codes. The issue came back within a day so we took the car to another service center which identified the issue, ordered the part, gave us a loaner for the day it took to do the repair — not because they had to but because they wanted to — and kept us informed about the repair with respect and expertise. The issue seemed to be extremely common and the service people at this other center knew how to handle it immediately after doing a one-minute diagnostic scan. Meanwhile, in the time Bayside had our vehicle it’s almost impossible to know what they did to the car because they took such bad notes (according to the other service center) and they would not help us in any way when we tried to get details. I’ve honestly never had a worse customer experience, even though I spent over $60K buying a vehicle from this place. I tried to document just the facts of my experience above. There is clearly very poor communication within their department, no attention to customer service, too many cars in their shop, and very little knowledge about the new cars that they sell. I don’t know what else to say except they need to change. My experience at the other service center was the complete opposite: open, respectful, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would never bring my car back to Bayside in a million years.

Mind u i already have scaned the issue nd i git the acurate error codes , prior for theyr BS diagnosus charges!! Anyway, i told him is not what that us requiered but ill come to ouck up car as for them stating it will cost me 9,000$ to fix it but parts are backorder nd dnt knw when they will arrive! Nd if i keep car there i will pay day storage as well!! SMH , so i go pick up my car to take it to a soecialist who i knw will fix wgat i daud was to ve fixed on car!! Dealer charged me 1032$ total for nothing done to car nd 15 days waisted so that they can say it took them 15 days for 1032$ to diagnose car!! Total SCAM to say the least man!! DO NOT TRY TO GO HERE ! They will ripp you off legaly w fine print. I take my car back pay Brain the 1032$ bill for diagnosis nd go to a difrent soecialist shop were they fuxed my car for 535$ total no diagnosis fee nonharness changed no pcm chanfed no nothing !! That goes to show how this dealer operates when theres no kire waranty on ur vehicle nd u pay cash for repairs!! A DMV report will be opened on this and a case showing the receiot nd the bs they been pooling in costumers charging ppl 1032$ for diagnosis !! SMH , and mind u 15 days there my car got 3 tickets as they parked it outside!! So b carefull !! I will let STATE NYC DMV shake these cliwns down in these kind if operations they poool on ppl!! Nd they eill osy theyr summonses from the STATE when they will get served the richest way.

Took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee for some work. Made an appointment a month in advance, 6AM appointment. Showed up on time, was told it takes minimum 48 hrs for them to touch my car and if I waited there, they won't touch the truck, I must drop it off. Had me waiting 5 hours for a technician to come out and talk to me regarding my issue. Out of 3 issues I had with my vehicle, they were able to fix just one, the other 2; screen freezes and AC fan makes unusual noise came back in 2 days. It took more than a week for them to return my jeep. They parked my vehicle out on the street for all those days. I had to call multiple times to get an update. I wasn't going to write a review and let this go, because I'm not taking my vehicle to this dealership again. But after receiving a text message from them trying to bribe me to leave a positive survey for $100, I am pissed. First of all, I used a 3rd party warranty that another Jeep dealership sold Instead of selling me MOPER (I don't know why) with $0 deductible and this location still charged me $100 even though I showed the service manager the contract when I dropped off my vehicle. The warranty paid out more than $4k and + I paid $1200 out of pocket on the service that extended warranty didn't cover. When I picked up my vehicle, it was dirty and had a funky smell inside. I had to get the interior shampoo washed to get rid of the smell. I mean they left my vehicle out on the street for 7 days in the middle of a public housing complex around 43rd avenue & 210 street. I understand there is a technician shortage throughout the country, but don't take on more customers than you can handle. People need their vehicles for work and expect to get service done in a timely manner. So no thank you, I'm not filling out your survey for your $100 bribe money. You took $100 extra from me and another $150 I had to pay for cleaning my vehicle to get the smell out that you guys left.

Uptade: Sunday I bought a car from there again it was my 2nd car from this dealership. When I been there to take look for the car I been upstair in the lot and you even don’t have a space to walk. So I take look generally in the car front engine and in inside it was look great. But I didn’t take look in the back side. Cuz I didn’t wanna give them hard job make them to move all car around. So after we sign the paperwork’s they bring the car out so when I see back side the trunk with big scratch I was shocked. I understand the 2nd hand car will have little scratches I wouldn’t mind. But you can’t sell a car with 39k with big scratch like that. However sales person told me that they will fixed. So I call them today ask the sales person he was off. They transfer me to the service department manager and he spoke to me like I’m p.o.s. I immediately close the phone. It’s not gonna cost to fix that scratch much but That’s not the way how to run the business guys! I was suggested you few times to my couple of friends to buy a car from there but not anymore 2years ago: When I buy car from them they said I will have a life free inspection… that was so nice ! So today I was for the inspection and they said I can’t pass because windows tints and said they will remove it for free because I bought from them like that ! Okay still there they was nice too After when my car was done and I took i go to the highway and my windows was down and when I moved them up it was horrible dirty … I know it was for free but you shouldn’t leave them like that .. so upset that I didn’t make a picture because immediately I run to the car wash … So why I give 4 star 2(sales department) 1(customer service) 1(for the car I bought) So I hope from right now you guys will be more carefully with service department..

Came to this dealer on the 5th of July because my car needed Service as the transmission keeps slamming into reverse and isn’t shifting gears well. But I do have a lease and since the service area is directly connected to their new cars I’d thought I’d check them out to go over my options. Well initially I was speaking to a sales man and we seemed to come an agreement after some negotiation to 450 a month for a 2021 grand Cherokee. Now my friend who just went there with essentially the same car I have now (2019 grand Cherokee limited) just upgraded his vehicle with 0 down and came out with a lease of 489 a month. Well after I was coming to an agreement with my salesman he came back with a different manager named Giovanni. The manager said that he couldn’t possibly let go of the car for less than 732 a month for 36 months not knowing that he was the same manager who approved my friends deal for an insane amount cheaper. We’re talking about a 233 dollar a month difference. This was incredible sleazy salesman vibes. The salesman before told me that the numbers he gave me before from his initial manager we’re wrong all of a sudden. So essentially, they wanted to take my trade, the equity on my trade and then give me their highest possible payments while for some reason only giving some clients their equity. I have to say when I came to this dealership three years ago it was a completely different experience. And the fact that they try to take advantage of potentially returning clients is insane to me. Like where’s the loyalty? Beyond that to be a client with outstanding credit at the same time. Crazy how the salesman there are afraid to negotiate and will literally let deals walk right pass them because of greed. Last time I buy a car from this place.

I wish I could post something positive since I have been dealing with Bayside Jeep for over 9 years but unfortunately I do not find them to be honest about the work that needs to be done when my car is brought in. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because I do get free oil changes and yearly inspections, but these extras were added into the cost when I purchased my vehicle. This visit I went in for was an oil change and inspection. My car did not pass inspection because according to Jeep it had oil leaking in 3 places. I did not believe this because I park in a driveway and there is no oil so I brought it somewhere else and it passed no problem. Another time they told me my brakes were bad and needed to be changed asap so I brought it to a break place near me and was told I had over 70% life left on my breaks and this isn’t the only time a situation like this has happened. ***************UPDATE 2023 Inspection ******************** So here we are again a year later with another issue during my inspection. My car did not pass inspection because my passenger side back up light (small white light) was not working. Totally understand why the car did not pass, my problem is how it was handled. I was given a quote of $486.00 and told by John that I had to change the entire Side Tail Light Assembly because there is an LED strip in the backup light section and not a bulb. This is NOT true; it is in fact just a lightbulb and it took my husband less the 5 minutes to change. Its literally just popping off 3 tabs and unscrewing the light bulb cover. We watched a YouTube video. I get people make mistakes, we are all human but there seems to be a pattern of dishonesty and trying to rip off the customer here.

Not great experience I have been calling from out of state trying to finalize a Car deal Yet I am not getting positive resolution to either finish the deal or not. I have left a deposit so only thing left to do finalize the rate, with down-payment versus no down payment. We can overnight the contract I get it notarized then forward the paperwork back. I am almost 60 years of age I have never experienced any thing like this . I have called to speak with the sales manager Sal Fazio for which I have not received a call from him. Yet I have an email from the dealer with his name basically asking how was my experience and how could he serve me in buying a vehicle and feel free to contact him. I am still waiting to finalize this transaction. I await a phone call because when I call no one replies except for Mr. Sal Faraci who as an internet Manager was outstanding. In addition to taking a deposit on the vehicle from my credit card I was informed the listing would show pending sale yet it's still being listed for sale. I am approved by two lender's for financing so the only issue should be to finalize payment options. The salesman I should have working with me has been horrible and unprofessional. How do you charge a person credit card and state I will forward a copy of receipt for transaction for a car deal Yet the vehicle was still listed for sale.

Horrible sales tactics, lies and total unprofessionalism! I called to ask if they had a specific unit in stock because their online listing only shows digital renderings of the vehicle. I was assured they had it in stock but couldn't send me actual photos because "it was in a different lot and would be hard to get to". This was either a lame excuse or a lie about having it in stock. The specific vehicle I'm looking for is not in inventory at most dealership, so I think he was a lying about it actually being there. The salesmen also didn't know or care about the exact specs and trim level I am looking for. When I was trying to clarify the specs, (I don't want to drive over 4 hours roundtrip to see the wrong vehicle) he said "yea, it's the 156 or whatever that is..." referring to wheelbase, which is the INCORRECT spec for the unit I'm looking for. SMDH... totally unprofessional!! It only got worse when the salesman started to tell me that because these units are "so hard to get, and we actually got one", they would be charging an additional $5000 over MSRP. In my opinion, this is an absolutely scummy sales tactic, and I would never patronize an establishment that operates this way. Not sure if this place is a dealership or a circus because it seems to be full of clowns...

Charged me $500 to hold the car so they could get the paperwork ready so I can pick it up another day because I couldn't wait all day then kept saying they couldn't refund it like told and didn't put it as part of the down payment. Took me 2 weeks to get my $500. Also went there knowing exactly what car I want and price it was going for and they tried to mark it up by $7,500 and also told me my trade in was worth less than the same car is selling for in dealers in the area. When I told him the price I'm willing to pay for the car he said that he didn't know if they could do that because it was marked up and his manager is a "money motivated man" which they way it was said in the conversation made it just seem that they were trying to rip is off. Then he said he needed my credit card to give his manager my offer which I know is a tactic they use to keep us there negotiating longer. I only went to Bayside because they were the only dealer that had an pacifica pinnacle awd anywhere near me and it was still a drive for me. I may have gotten it under sticker but I think I would have been better off ordering it from a different dealer, paying sticker and waiting than using Bayside. Never recommending them to anyone.

THEY REPLACED THE GEAR SHIFT - STRIKE 2 GO FOR A OIL CHANGE AND THEY BROKE THE CLAMP ON THE HOOD OF THE CAR THEY HAD TO REPLACE THAT! TIME FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION EVERYTHING COME BACK OK 3 DAYS LATER A FOUL ODOR COMING FROM MY CAR I TAKE IT BACK THERES A CRACK IN MY RESERVOIR TANK… “You guys just did an inspection on everything and now there’s a crack 3 days later?” - “oh yes Mam things can just happen” STRIKE 3 THEY REPLACED THE RESERVOIR TANK CRACKED THE SUPPORT CLAMP REPLACED IT WITH RUBBER AND DIDNT TELL ME UNTIL I HAD TO RETURN THE CAR TO THEM BECAUSE I HEARD RATTLING IN THE CAR.. STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PIECE FOR THAT. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN MY CAR JERKING AND SMOKE COMING FROM IT AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THE AIR COMPRESSOR IS CRACKED OH AND THE RUBBER THEY TEMPORARILY PUT IN THE CAR FELL OFF AND THEY CANT FIND IT ! EVERY-TIME I LEAVE THIS PLACE SOMETHING GOES WRONG! IM OVER IT!

Ok where I do I start. I gave 1 stars due the incompetence of the service department. First I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment for a factory recall. They told me I had to have my vehicle in at 600am. I thought that was a bit early but ok I was there at 600am. I call them at 430pm for them to tell they are not done with vehicle yet and I may have leave it due to their under staffing. I said can I get a loaner since you have keep mine due under staffing. Answer was no. I told them I needed my vehicle to get home. They said they will not be able complete the required service. So when I arrived at 530pm they told they were only able to replace 3 wiper blade 2 front 1 rear and change oil. Mind you they had my vehicle since 600am. And attitude and lack of caring was very pronounced. After waiting another hour I was able to take possession of my vehicle and end this nightmare. NEVER AGAIN Bayside Jeep. Oh did I mention they were more concern with ordering bagels with cream cheese while I was standing there waiting to check my vehicle in. The entire service department needs to be replace with more professional individuals.

Late August of this year, I received a notice of recall for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I then called Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge and scheduled to have the recall fixed on 9/23/2022, at 6:00 AM, which was the next available appointment. I had to take a day off of work in order to make this appointment. I received a voicemail message last week reminding me of the appointment and yesterday I received a call and confirmed my recall appointment. Today, I arrived at the dealership at 5:30 AM and when the service department opened, I was informed that the dealership did not have the part required for the recall and that I should have called to confirm the part was in stock prior to the appointment. I now have to schedule another day/time, which will likely require me to take another day off of work. Both individuals I spoke were nice and respectful; however, without knowing or being made aware prior to an appointment that I would have to confirm a part was in stock is not fair to the customer. Additionally, taking a day off of work to have a scheduled appointment not be taken care of is not good practice for a dealership I trust.

Their service attitude is terrible. I tried to make an appointment for maintenance on the mopar official website, but when I arrived at the store, they told me that their system was not connected. The next available time is a month later, and it can only be walked in after 4pm every day. A few days later, I arrived at the store at 4:26pm and asked for an oil change (pre-paid) and a tire rotation ($25). They told me it would take two and half hours and contacted me when they were done. When no one called me at 7:30pm, I went back to the store and was told it was still under maintenance. Eventually they told me at 8:19pm that it finished and no need to pay. When I asked about that $25 tire rotation fee, they said they didn't give me a choice because the mechanic was injured. I understand the mechanic was injured, but it also meant I waited four hours for just one oil change. I went back to the car to check my dash cam and found that they parked my car around 4:30-7:30pm, and when I returned to the store(7:30pm) to ask about status, they drive car back and start maintenance. This is the worst maintenance I have ever had.

I'm only giving one star because one of the people I dealt with was ok. Otherwise the experience was so bad I've contacted Chrysler headquarters. This place is full of rude and disrespectful employees who do not belong in a customer service business. They are brusque, at best, and generally rude, hostile, and disrespectful. I do not believe that they are honest as their recommendations for service are not the same as Chrysler's. I also reached out to the dealership where I originally purchased my car and they also confirmed Chrysler's recommendations. As a result, I did not receive what I should have received in terms of where I am in my mileage - so now I have to go somewhere else to get that done. I would NEVER recommend them. EVER. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau, the city, and FTC. It was that bad. They are lying to customers to get them to service their car more often so they can make more money. Also, their waiting area was meager and felt old and dirty. I don't remember the names of the people I dealt with. I will say that the woman that checked me out was pleasant.

We had an excellent experience getting a hellcat at this dealership. When we learned that they had one of the last few hellcat durangos in stock, we pretty much rushed there the next day to test drive it. Our salesman was great (Neil Gao) and I loved the fact that he was looking to get a muscle car for himself as well. They gave us a really hard time before letting us test drive the car. They just wouldn't let us test drive it. That made it a lot more difficult to get convinced to buy it. However, in hindsight I appreciate that I got a new car with only 30 miles on it. So I'm glad that they didn't let anyone else test drive it before us. Almost makes it feel like they kept it on hold just for us! We ended up paying a lot over msrp. That's the one thing I didn't like and I would have given four stars for that but our salesman Neil was really great with following up and being helpful so I'm still giving 5 stars. I've attached some pics of our hellcat - it's much faster and yet much cheaper than a Lamborghini. Highly recommend this dealership.

Set up an appointment over the phone to see a specific vehicle. Was told if we don’t make it in by the appointment time, it would be okay. I drove over 2 hours to see the specific car I wanted only to be told it was sold the NIGHT before! The salesman was apologetic and asked us if we left a deposit, even though the man who set up our appointment never mentioned anything about a deposit, which I would have done. The appointment was scheduled with our desired vehicle saved in their system, so it was more infuriating that we haven’t gotten a call to let us know the one car we were interested in was no longer available, and even more so that the man who took our appointment knew we were coming to Queens from PA. Before leaving, the salesman was scrambling to find another vehicle to sell me knowing I was only there for the vehicle they sold the night before. After already having spent so much time, gas, and tolls on the trip to get this specific car, it was like pouring more salt on a wound.

Very Poor service from front desk. I came in for an oil change in morning after a long night of work. Drove far to this location, they kicked me out saying walk-ins are 4pm to 8pm which is disrespectful to the customer. Thanks to shop supervisor, he sent me and another customer who was told to leave back in to get our vehicles serviced.He further told the front counter who told us to leave to take us in . What’s the point if we are here and you are sending us home when our vehicles need to be serviced and mechanics are available. if I wasted gas to come to this location to be kicked out I rather go somewhere else, plus there is no mention in the email that you really need appointments in morning the front rep said “we don’t send email to customer?” Very disappointed, poor coordination within this dealership and poor communication with customers. I don’t recommend this dealer to anyone. Get your priorities straight.

Took my DURANGO SRT 2020 to service regarding the factory defect "water" inside the tail light 6/2/2023 6:30am. Two guys working at service was EXTREMELY RUDE & disrespectful. They told me that they were privately owned & told me that they didn't have to service my car since i didn't purchase from their dealership & it would cost me $1,200 to fix the problem without carefully checking the car in person. I called CHRYSLER to make a complaint. Case number was created & as investigation went on, Bayside Chrysler LIED & said i never showed up. They even printed out my car info for me at service. THE MOST DISHONEST & DISRESPECTFUL dealership i ever been to. I almost bought a DURANGO SRT (white) from them until i saw the mileage on the car (5,000+) miles. They tried to sell me a used car at a full price. They claim that the car was new & no discount can be given. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A CHRYSLER BRAND AGAIN.

I already got service from here 2 times Just oil change my Jeep Wrangler 4xE 2022 model It’s pretty new so nothing critical yet But all that sudden I had wobble issue yesterday while I was driving speed at 45 It was about 6-10 sec and goes away It happened twice during that trip Anyway I want to discuss about this issue with service advisor or service manager and I called this bayside service department I don’t know her name but She said manager or service adviser won’t be around any day afternoon so call back in the morning and she said ONLY who lease or purchase customers here in Bayside Jeep can get service here lol I said already got service before and she goes well it’s protocol I am going to call them tomorrow morning again So If I need any service my Jeep I have to go to where I lease or purchase from? She just made a good represent of Jeep brand Is it true? then I will remove this one star

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I brought my Jeep for service due to a factory recall and because I had a leak from the roof and by the driver side. They kept my car for 5 days and called me to pick it up my car supposedly because everything was fixed. It rained the next day and I had the same issue, I called them and again they told me to bring it back for service which I did. My car was there for 3 days and I called to check the status of it and guess what!!! They told me, they haven’t ven taken a look at my car. So after 8 business days they couldn’t fix the problem. They’re ridiculous. I’m not saying don’t buy a Jeep! But, please please try to avoid taking your care for service to this location. They don’t care about you and to be honest this is not being professional. They should bring new people in there. People who actually care about their customers.

I had to bring my car in for an oil change and added a tire rotation onto that that last minute since i had vouchers from my purchase. Everything was fine. Everyone is pleasent as usual. My only complaint is that i asked upon arrival what my wait time would be and my estimated time was 1 1/2 - 2 hr wait time. Which i was fine about. That turned into a total of 3 hours and 40 minutes. I didnt pay for any of work done so i dont have much to complain about and was fine with the wait time- i only wish i was told when i asked or had updates from someone there. I couldve taken a cab home and come back if i knew it wouldve been that long from the start. I did have a sitter so personally it wouldve been better for me to have a more realistic wait time. But when it comes to the work and the staff everyone has always been amazing, knowledge, and very friendly.

I just got my second lease 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is the six car I have gotten from this dealership. Turgo Tropnasse helped me get my car which wasn't easy during Covid. He made sure I got my lease for a great price. Not everything goes smoothly and I had to wait extra time for my car but they made sure I got taken care of. Called and asked about a particular Jeep. I confirmed that they carried the model I wanted. I asked for the total price. I was told to "come in for sale prices!" The vehicle I was looking for was NOT THERE and there was NO SALE. they tried to convince me to buy something different and pay in a different way. It took multiple people on-site to even get a price. This place is not where I can buy a car. **Follow up** Someone say the review I posted and the manager called me twice and provided the pricing via email (I had already received the pricing but only after arguing for it with multiple salespeople for it onsite). Then AFTER that call, I received a reply to my review above. That review asked me to call the man who had already called me twice...

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Jeep at Bayside. We stoped there by coincidence and ended up buying the car on spot because of Ian’s great service. He was kind, informative, supportive and above all he didn’t make us feel rush or pushed into anything. Parents took in their 2008 Jeep Compass with powertrain issues on 6/14. Car was sold with Limited Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. But Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram refused to acknowledge the warranty (claiming its only for 3 years) and refused to work with my parents who are not native English speakers. When I asked my parents to patch me thru the service reps on phone to discuss, the 2 service reps refused. WIthin 5 minutes, they asked my parents to leave. It even took 2 months to even get this 6am appointment, for which my parents had patiently waited for. To be so abruptly dismissed and ignored after having been so patient... Terrible customer service, and most importantly, a brand / dealer you should not trust.

Had my Jeep recently serviced and was told it would take over a week- but to my surprise they had it back in 3 days! My AC was having issues- but now it works great! “Brian” at the service desk was polite, professional, and very helpful with questions I had! He also kept in touch with me throughout the process. Also- was having issues with a secondary key fob which they helped me out with! I absolutely love my Jeep- and just began to finance it after a lease! “Avi”- in sales is amazing! My husband also began leasing a Jeep as well when I went to finance mine- again- “Avi” was so helpful! You gotta ask for him if you plan to buy or lease! And hopefully you get “Brian” at the service desk- he’s a delight!

This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I picked out a new vehicle to buy and it took 8 hours of being stuck in the dealership waiting for the finance guy to be available, since the other finance guy decided he didn't think it'd be busy that day and chose not to come in. Then I was offered a free oil change after purchase and when I showed up for it they said it would take 5 hours. FIVE HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Lastly, my gas tank is faulty and needs to be replaced. When I asked them to look into it they said it would take about 2 months to have their service technicians diagnose the problem. I took my vehicle somewhere else and it took them one day to diagnose. This business is a fraud.

It is one of the worst things that can happen to one, to go to this place where people make fun of you, I took my vehicle to have it fixed, I left it. I told them that my vehicle did not start at once and they told me that they were going to call which never happened they never called me I left it for 2 days I rented a vehicle when I called after 2 days they told me that it was ready when I got there they told me that they only did an update what a sadness the problem is mechanical I also have a guarantee that I paid almost $5,000 and this company doesn't want to fix you, I took it away and the car remains the same if something happens to someone like that knows what I'm talking about

If there’s 0 star option in rating, I’m not giving the 1. I sold my car to Nelson Santos on a Saturday, 2 weeks ago. He said it was Saturday so accountants were not there to issue check for me immediately, so I requested to have the check mail to me on Monday once the accountants come to work. However, I’m not getting any money from them yet, it’s been 15 days. I have contacted this Nelson Santos for 3 times in the past 2 weeks. He’s making excuses and saying will get back to me; but never happened. I’m still not seeing the check of my sold car. And they are not showing any care to pay me. I have to put this comment here and let everybody know how they treat their customers.

My lease is almost up and I'm getting messages from them about coming in and getting into another lease. But everytime I try to get information, it seems if they can't make a deal right off the bat they don't care about helping you. I called numerous times and get shoved off to a different salesman each time. All smoke and Mirrors. To add, just went today for an appraisal appointment.the person didn't show face or do the appraisal just passed me off to another salesman. Can't say I'm surprised . I don't know how I ever got 2 leases with them. I don't think I will. Sal is a nice guy, but doesn't care. Promised me free oil changes when I got my Durango. Never got them.

I've been going here few times since 2015 with my challenger. Back then I didnt have a spare key for my auto start so had to go to dealer for something so I shelled out 350$ for a spare key. That actually has never worked. It can open the doors of my car, but start it? Yea. Ok. No. I never needed it so far so kind of blew it off. Today I went in for a recall, and exactly 3 hours later came out with a scratch on my car. Drove it home right after and saw it. So what would you say about this dealership? If I do have to go back to a dealership, it will not be the one in bayside and I will drive way out of the way to long island and cross my fingers. Disappointing. Smh.

DO NOT DO YOUR INSPECTION HERE! My s/o just walked out from here after doing an inspection and found they stole his cologne from the car. Although just a cologne it is the principal that your car goes to be inspected and you are trusting your items are safe in your car. We will no longer be giving them any service as this is the third time this place has disappointed us. Point blank they are thieves and stole something from the car. They told us if we brought a receipt they would reimburse us which means they acknowledge it was stolen under their watch. How about you hold your employees responsible for stealing. Is my van dealer serviced vehicle? Yes. This is my just serviced 2017 Pacifica Hybrid from the bayside Chrysler dealer. My vehicle has replaced two engine mounts and transmission mount. They held my vehicle for 3 weeks to be repaired. They parked my vehicle outside on the street and got a parking ticket. Right after I picked up my car and I heard some noises from the bottom of my vehicle while I was driving. Look what I have found. There are missing cover nuts and the covers was hitting the road...... no professionalism at this service dealer. What a shame.....may junkyard shops do service better!

Not only was my oil change, tire rotation, and recall on vehicle completed in a timely manner, but they also took care of my inspection sticker which was going to expire at the end of the month, WITHOUT ME ASKING! Bayside Jeep denied to accept and service my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4XE which stalled and shut off on me on the Whitestone bridge. After waiting 3 hours for roadside assistance to show up, they dropped of my Rubicon at bayside since it was the closets location. Despite the fact that I purchased 2 Jeeps here at this dealer before, they refused to service my Rubicon because I did not buy it from them. Made me call a tow truck again and take it to another dealer. I called corporate office and emailed Jeep Execs. I will never visit Bayside for any future deals. Terrible service, and zero empathy.

I handle multiple shops, so we more than often call to get the parts from Parts department. Romina there, is very professional. She tends to go out of her way to help our stores out. She’s polite, helpful and very quick with what we need. She often provides us with pictures just so we can get the right part in the first try and it saves me a lot of time. If you need parts or help finding the correct part, she will be there to guide you through the process. I have all my stores calling this location and because of her customer service this location will keep getting more business.

I can't say enough about how much this service department has improved since last I was there. My service advisor, Jay, really took the time to listen and understand my vehicle issues. Within 24 hours my Jeep was back to running like new. Westbury Jeep had my vehicle on and off for 2 months and only managed to cause more damage which Bayside fixed in a single day. If you've had reservations about going to Bayside Jeep service then I suggest you give them another Try.. My only issue is the lack of courtesy or rental vehicles for those who purchased from Bayside sales.

Went to this dealership about 3 weeks ago, they said I needed to deposit $1000 in order to get the paperwork started, run credit and get the interest rate. I didn’t like the numbers, I’ve been trying to get my deposit back ever since, they keep putting me on hold for 15+ minutes and then hanging up. Called two weeks ago and tried to make an appointment for an oil change. The associate advised me that no appointment was needed as long as the car was dropped off after 4 pm. I arrived today and was told that was incorrect and that the "girl is new" and that she was still learning how things worked. I was then turned away from service for not having an appointment. It is absolutely unacceptable, and they show no accountability what so ever.

On another topic Jeeps are very unreliable. I have 5 friends and family that bought Jeeps around 2016. We got there at 7pm on a Friday and the staff greeted us with energy and a smile. They explained what they were going to do during the service session. They let it us know approximately long we would be waiting and they were done a lot quicker than they said. When we went to pick up our car, they went over exactly what they did. I just ran into Look and with in two hours Avi my salesman and the sales manager made me feel very comfortable and was very competitive with their pricing and they gave me a good price on my trade so I ended up taking the last call call He’ll Cat and was in and out in like two hours with the financing already done. I had an appointment at the showroom at 6.00 pm for an oil change, I waited 4 hours. I don't know why, but there's no queue here! My car was the last one left and I saw that there were other cars behind my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! I keep hearing, 15 more minutes, 10 more minutes! tragedy!

Went in for an oil change everything was going well. When I got home my car was dripping a bit of oil on the ground. Brought it back and the seal on the oil filter wasn’t good anymore. Wish I didn’t have to waste my time going back for a second time but they were able to fix the issue.

Usually I have great experiences but last time I took the car to be inspected and seat heater fixed…I got the car back with a broken seat frame. NO IDEA when this will be repaired. It’s a safety concern because dresses and clothing gets stuck to the edge and causes harm.

I recently came in because my tire was low in air and it turns out it had a terrible hole that could not be repaired. Customer service was excellent. Jay gave me a quick lesson on tires. Jay was extremely helpful and customer service department and I bought a new tire.

The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Consistently and constantly lied to about being called back, had to beg just to have a status update after car being in the shop for 4 days. Would never take my car there for service again, nor would i recommend to anyone.

I had no issues during my purchase. However the wait time for an oil change is too long. I had an appointment, arrived prior to 7am, waited on line, and car was not ready until almost 11am. I appreciate that the oil change was free, but the wait time is too long.

Where to start, by far one of the worst dealership I had dealt with. Nothing but bunch of rip-off’s and lazy people. Lease return manager had the nerves to tell me to call him later because he was having breakfast and didn’t like to be interrupted.
