Open 24/ 7 and on a busy intersection, they do stay fairly busy. The 4 hand wash bays are what I usually do my car in with the occasional trip through the automatic washer. What I don't like in the hand wash bays are the foaming brush which always seems worn-out and gritty even after a blast from the high pressure hose. The other thing is the grease and mud that you get on your shoes then onto your car mat and then the carpet at home. This has happened to me a few times here now, very disappointing. The brushless auto wash uses high pressure water to clean the car and does a pretty good job. Just a bit expensive is all. But you stay in side your car, no sweat. There are also vacuum cleaners and rubbish bins. It all sounds like what you would expect but wait, what's that in the corner over there, it's a bloody dog wash no less. All in all a good car wash and don't forget to check in for your free fragrance with Yelp. UPDATE: will not honor the free fragrance with Yelp, downgraded to 1 star.

The touch free carwash had to be one of the worst I've ever been through. My girlfriend paid for the $15 option, we drove in, had 4 people working there watching the wash being performed, obvious they were nervous about what they had set up. During the blow dry, I thought I noticed something go flying off my girlfriends Mazda 2. After we left, one worker came running across Bayswater road, asked "did you just use the carwash?" (Pretty telling as the car was still not in the slightest bit clean), and proceeded to hand us over the two roof rails that had been blown off. Good place to go if you want to have your car damaged and watch the owners /workers argue for only $15!

Was disappointed with this car wash. Firstly the cost per minute is higher than most washes.. Then the change over between wash selections takes took too long, using up your valuable time /money.. The foaming conditioner didn't work on my wash bay. I put money in the vending machine to get glass cleaner , but nothing came out. I went to see the attendant, but attendant was not there. A sign on door reads "back at 2pm". It was 1.57pm so I waited. 2.10pm still no attendant so I go to the toilet. OMG. It was a disgrace. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Didn't want to go anywhere near it. 2.20pm still no attendant. My suggestion, try another car wash!

Went to this car wash a few days ago. I used my card for the car wash but unfortunately I picked one that didn't appear to be operating. Couldn't get it to work. I saw that $30 had been taken out of my account, but a few days later the full amount was put back in as I didn't actually get to wash my car. I gave the place a call just to double check and he gave me a call back the day after and kindly explained to me how it worked. I would go to this car wash again though if I was in the area. Just a shame I didn't get to use it! (i couldve moved to a different wash bay but i didnt realise it wasnt operating properly, i thought i wasnt using it right).

I use this car wash all the time and definitely recommend it, especially the automatic if you are a person who always wants a clean car but doesn't know how to wash it like me! Best part is they have a loyalty card system so every sixth wash is free! Throughout the years I have had 2 occasions that there was an issue of the soap not washing off properly and both times I have contacted the phone number at the machine at this place and the lovely owners were very apologetic and sorted it out straight away.... unlike other companies who have no care about you once you have given them the money. I am really glad that this car wash is close to where I live. I would have gone to another one, but having it close to where I live is a bonus. The day I went, I was in between jobs, I ducked in to use the vacuum facilities and gave my car a quick clean, as I was picking up clients, driving them to appointments. I work in "Aged Care and Disability" so I have clients I see who are still at home in the community, so I need to be able to keep things tidy and having the car wash facilities is really good to be able to use conveniently.

Wouldn't bother. Paid for the super delux razzle dazzle wash or whatever its called, as I had mud all over the front and side of my car. Should have known trouble was coming when it didn't give me a receipt. Waited and went through the whole cycle and it cleaned some of my car, missed all the bottom, missed mud on the windshield and across the bonnet. Very average clean and had no number to call to let them know so guess it has to happen on here. You can see all the mud still on my side window and windshield in the below photos.

I went to car wash today on 30-06-2019 automatic car wash Bayswater . The wash took of the coating of the wheels and also some boby chips . I have called the number twice but no answer. Please call me after seeing the message . The water pressure is too high taking off the paint and coat. I have tried several time to contact the owner tony he is not replying back . He said I will call back but I did not get any response from him very very bad service and not worth to do car wash over there . IT WILL DAMAGE THE CAR.

I used the hand car wash service with my debit card. It came to $10.75 On accessing my receipt it would not give me one so I tried to enter the details again to take a photo of the screen. It did not work. There were no staff around to get assistance. I later realised I was charged $20 on a wash that would usually cost $7- tops. Just an absolute rort and scam. Don't ever use your credit/debit card for these dodgy services. Really disappointing and off putting to use their services again. Not happy. :( Rachel.

Went here twice in one week. This place has a laser wash and three different packages to choose from. $15 will give you a full service which lasts for approximately 10 minutes. Just go into the drive through and pay via the machine on the right (card only) and follow the electronic instruction signs. This place opens 24 hours. The actual car wash was good, however the machine took my $20 note and then didn’t proceed to respond to the fact it had taken it. I ended up having to pay with card as well on top of the $20. Couldn’t find anyone on site to help and ended up calling the contact number to leave a message. As far as I was aware, didn’t get a call or contact back. Would love the $20 extra I paid reimbursed

Machine ate my money and the automatic wash cycle never started. Tried to call the landline on the machine and the phone is disconnected. Called the mobile number on this google listing several times and it just rings out, even though they say to leave a message. Pretty disappointed, it’s my local but if there is no fault resolution then it’s not worth it.

By far top 5 auto car wash I've ever used!! $15 for the top car wash, super thorough, pressure wash did an amazing job the soap decpencer wasn't really working on my side of the car but that's okay it still did an amazing job nonetheless. Had a terrible experience with my car completely scratched including the windscreen possibly requiring a complete paint job. Seems like it was possibly the foaming brush and when I complained was told I should thoroughly rinse the foaming brush before use. I have used car washes plenty of times before never had this problem.

I visit this business often (once a week for nearly 2yrs) & can not fault anything, the auto wash is great, the vacuums good and the bins are never overflowing. My dogs looove the dog wash, they have a run up ramp instead of a tub.. you will get wet but my dogs smell better and stay cleaner for longer using this wash

Good car wash, only problem was I bought an air freshener from the machines and it took my money and never gave me the air freshener, tried calling the number for faults and just goes directly to voicemail. Would rate this place better if they made it easier to contact them to fix issues.

Unfortunately the self wash was pretty underwhelming and didn’t remove the grime on my vehicle. It was as though the cleaning fluid in the high pressure wash and brush had been turning right down… you know like you had a hearing aid in and were listening to your mother in laws voice.

Super seedy joint did the prepaid option it took two lots of $20 out of my account. I would have thought pre paid meant charge my card for $20 then refund the difference not charge me $20 and It eats my money (I was also double charged no idea why) I won’t be going back here again.

These legends were getting a sign fitted and the automatic car wash was blocked off. I desperately needed my car cleaned today and they arranged for me to be able to reverse in and get my car washed, free of charge. Will definitely be back after such amazing customer service!!

Washbays are clean but you only get 1:30 per $1 and 20 of those seconds are wasted while the chemical comes through the line. Also the soaps and wheel cleaners are so diluted it has minimal effects. Would rather go to the next carwash with better chemicals and more time per $

Only been once - absolutely going again. I was figuring out the drive through car wash, when I was greeted by staff with a loyalty card. The price is great, the drive through machine top class. Drove away with a clean car and happy customer. Adds value to the Bayswater area.

Cheap but not well kept. Change machine to convert $5, $10 or $20 notes to gold coins. Seems to accept cards but requires minimum $30 with remainder reimbursed later. Each $1 buys 1:30 time at self serve. Self serve pressure guns worn out and seem ineffective. Poor lighting.

I cannot speak highly enough of this car wash! Staff (particularly Peter) go above and beyond. I thought I may have thrown my debit card in the locked bin, so Peter assisted me in going through all the rubbish to see if it was there. Vacuum and car wash are fantastic too!

Excellent place to wash you vehicle, is reasonably priced compared to alot of places in shopping centers especially and doesn't take to long to do whatever kind of wash your interested in doing. Can get very busy on weekends so allow for this though is my suggestion!

For self-serve carwash this place is good. The owner was on site and was very helpful and even gave me a refund when the machine gobbled some coins. Foaming brush was CRAZY! SO much soap! Vacuum sucks hard. I was in and out in 15 minutes paying $9. Can't complain.

Do not waste your hard earned dollars on this car wash, automatic super wash doesn't even wash cob webs off, comes out dirter than went in, think I could blow harder than the blower, and as for the fragrancer takes money and should say thank you for your donation

Honestly this is the best carwash in Melbourne.its always clean walls and floors, and bays.automatic machine is great. Powerful machine cleans awsome .would recommend too anyone friendly staff aswel.great vending products.and the automatic is very offordable.

You have to watch out for idiots, I pulled into a space and was confronted by a man that said I stole his spot and proceeded to kick my driver's side mirror smashing it, he scared the hell out of me so I will not go back again I'll wash my car at home.

A good place for a quick wash and vacuum. Problem is you need to bring your own coins because the change machine is unreliable. The prepaid wash looked promising but never works. The only real advantage is the location. Overall, not a great experience

Pay $15 for car wash and car came out terrible. Told the guy and now he is hand washing my car! What a waste of money and he asked when was the last time I had hand wash my car, like its my fault. Car washes should wash the car, never to return here!!

The low pressure soap spray would work better if I used a 2 buck spray bottle from Coles. Almost no soap came out. Wasted 8 dollars and my time. Should have stopped at the basin car wash like I knew I should have. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Hands down my favourite car wash in the area. I've been to other local ones and get problems where half the buttons don't work or are faulty etc but here its always functioning and usually have staff if things go wrong. I go once a week almost.

Staff are amazing there! I left my bag behind after vaccumming and didn't realise till hours after and they had grabbed it and held onto it before it got stolen. Very greatful! They are super friendly aswell! Definetly reccomend going there!

Put $10 into a machine that did not work. Voicemail message left, but no one has gotten in touch with me to resolve the issue. No on-site assistance and the landline never seems to be answered. Really disappointing - absolute rip off.

Rubbish joint paid the $15 dollars for a wash and it never started. Called the customer service number with no answer and have left 3 messages since with no return call. Check your voicemail simpleton and give us a call back cheers!

Although the machine for card payment was down, the manager/maintenance man was in the process of rectifying, he ,Bryn ,was courteous, friendly and willing to leave off his task to speak to me. Whole place clean and immaculate.

When customer service is around they are helpful. Unfortunately my coins got stuck in the machine and i lost in the end. This place does get busy too and line can be from the main road. best go earlier or later in the day.

Little to no chemicals dispersed from hose, foam brush and splatter wax nozzle. High pressure soap was just high pressure water. Bins were full but looked past that as long weekend. But paying for no chemicals no excuse.

Well maintained car wash with 4 self service washing bays and an automatic wash option also. Open 24/7, well lit and accepts debit and credit cards. It is a bit more expensive than other car washes in the area however.

I regularly use this carwash. It has hand wash bays, vacuuming facilities and a brushless auto wash. The prices for the brushless wash range $10-15. I generally use the brushless wash which results in a good clean.

Dog wash facilities are good except you have to pay $10 for 15 mins. Sometimes my girl only needs a quick $2 rinse. Automatic car wash seems old and antiquated. Doesn't compare to some of the newer ones around

Can be busy at times but generally you can get a spot here quickly either for the DIY wash or the automatic wash. You can use both coins and card to pay. It has a coin changer facility as well which is great.

First time I went there was frustrating as the machine wasn’t working properly but has since been fixed. Would recommend bringing cash and using the coin machine unless you want to be pre charged $20.

Great Car Wash. Always well maintained and Conveniently located on the Corner of Bayswater & Canterbury Rds. Be nice if people clean Trail Bikes & 4x4s would hose the bays out after they finish.

Went the $15 auto wash and was extremely disappointed, the bottom half of the car barely looked touched. An absolutely dreadful experience and job and a complete waste of time and money.

The wash bays are usually filthy. And the vacuum cleaner is hit and miss. Sometimes work or just doesn't. You won't know until after you've put your money in. And you can't get it back.

Every time I go through the auto wash and pay for the super was never have I got what I paid for. No wheel scrub, the pre soak , you might as well throw a bucket of water at the car.

Upon trying to vacuum my car the machine wouldn’t work, took the money, called for help no response, bins overloaded and smelling badly. Ends of vacuum falls off before use.

Dont use the coin change machine. Its eaten my money on 3 separate occasions. On the plus side the water is heated so makes washing the car easier
