It's usually quite busy, which on its own isn't a big deal. However, once you pull up in drive you have to be prepared to wait as you can't get back out unless our lucky enough to not have someone pull up behind you before.you change your mind. The DIY car wash is a bit better with the new foam wax added, however the brushes still will scratch your car. And the worst is the time to takes for the program to change from one stage to the next when you turn the knob to move to the next part of your washing cycle. It can take up to one minute for example for the hose to start spraying wax, or cleaning solution and vice versa for it to stop and start clean water to rinse. That's very cheeky considering every second costs. I do like the new laser car wash, it's costs $10-$15 depending on which wash you choose and it gives a good clean plus dries your car. Again there's no backing out though once you pull up in that drive either. Being the only carwash in the area is consumers loss. Without competition to keep establishment fighting for your business. There's also a problem with some of the machines eating your money and not giving you the product you chose or your money back.... And nobody to help when/if this occurs

Have not returned since! Auto car wash malfunctioned during wash leaving white soap residue all over car! Due to their wait times of up to half an hour, going back through for rewash right away not feasible. Even after rinsing at home and going back through their auto wash the following day, powdery white soap residue remained. Had to be really scrubbed off by hand which I’m sure is not good for paint job. Staff had the audacity to place blame us for the malfunction accusing us of moving the car inside wash even saying that they reviewed the cctv however the hand brake was on the whole time and why would we even do that? Silly and makes no sense, been through many auto washes before both here and others and never had an issue. Bad experience when you just want your car cleaned, very time consuming to fix!

Not the greatest car wash but not the worst. Usually very busy and queues are long. Online payment is a great addition however it does not work all the time. It is very annoying to queue up for 20 -30 mins just to find out that you cannot pay via the mobile phone app. I have not seen signs indicating this is broken. Automatic car wash is okay, however, on several occasions, I was charged multiple times and when I tried to contact the merchant, all listed phone numbers were not connected, so I had to go the long way via my bank to dispute duplicate transactions. Bit of effort in supporting clients would go a long way I reckon. Happy to revisit my review when things improve.

Glad there's a car wash there, not too anxious in washing my car an paying for it although it's best to use wet wipes an get the tough grime off an run your car through twice with the cheapest deal. 1 expensive wash just won't do it. Unfortunately they've taken away the brushes mainly because there were many complaints about scratching the enamel on custimers cars, however car wash bay's really need to consider bringing in brushes not so harsh instead of all these colored droplets an a finishing wash. Or do it the old fashioned way...bucket, detergent sponge an hose it down.

They have a dog wash here with everything for $10. Took our pug there. They have shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick leave in conditioner and a two speed blow dryer. And the best part was that the water was a great temperature and the water pressure was perfect to get into her thick fur. She hasn't smelled this good in ages. Ten times better than washing her in the bath. Plus she has sensitive skin and dermatitis and she didn't have any adverse reactions to any of the products and her skin is much better than when we have used the expensive vet sold dog shampoos.

Used the new laserwash today for the first time, not happy with the results paid $10, very hard to reach the the pay machine through the car window hubby had to get out knocking the door against the machine denting the edge of the car door and once home the back of the car was still dirty, went back to complain to the attendant and he was nowhere to be found, tried calling the number on the receipt and it was not working, called the number on their web page and it was not answered.So our overall experrience was not good..

Newly renovated, this carwash puts other to shame. The use of hot water on the spray hoses makes a massive difference in the quality of the wash. I spent 8 minutes trying to get my car clean at a different wash, within 2 minutes here, my car was much cleaner and left spotless. The new splatter wax seems to do a fantastic job and leaves your car both spotless and shiny. The downside, you may have to wait in the queue because its the best around.

I rocked up with bank card thinking I could get some gold coins but that only works at the automatic car wash section. THE OWNER saved me the hassle from driving out to get coins somewhere else. Instead he gave me free car wash and also car air fresher. I didn't want to take freebies but he insisted on providing an excellent service. So thank you man. Great customer service and owner is a good man. Clean and tidy

Went through the auto wash and paid $17 for the ultimate wash. car was still dirty only 20% was cleaned what a waste of time and money never again went home and hand to rewash the whole car again. Tried to call the number listed on google it is disconnected. Dont waste your time and money through the auto wash. Cannot get in touch with anyone to complain.

I went there to car wash. I waited 30 minutes for the car wash and they asked me to download an app called Eeezy Wash AUS. They asked me for a lot of information including email and credit card. There’s no option to pay cash and they won’t clean my car without downloading the app. It is not easy process unlike the other car washes I’ve been to.

Horrible car wash. The car before me was rushed through so I could go through, and then I felt pressured to finish when the attendant lined up 2 cars behind me. I was left with a dirty car, the quality of the soup, the soup brush and the high pressure hose Is very poor quality. It's worth driving a few suburbs away for a much better experience.

Paid $14 for the automatic wash and was only in there for literally 3 minutes until the progress screen told me it was over and to leave, my car was still dirty and the wash clearly incomplete. Tried calling contact number multiple times and no one answered, left a voicemail and still no callback. Posting 1 star because I can’t choose less.

Best hand car wash. There is usually a wait to get in but that’s because this is one of the best places. They use good quality chemicals. The pre- wash chemical is so good that you don’t even need to use the brush most of time to blast off the dried mud marks. Highly recommend but wish if they had more wash bays to keep up with the demand.

Quite busy, and you can see why! The owner came over and helped me out, giving me a few tips on washing my car, even putting his own coins in to do it! Great that they have an attendant to direct you to the washing bays when they are empty, Love the convenience of the vaccuum bays as well, able to clean my car both inside & out!

Worst laser wash it has permanently damaged my car.. looks like its sprayed acid all over my car came home an tried hand polishing it but still hasn't fixed anything ive tried contacting the owner but no answer.. looks like ill be taking legal action.. Dont bother going there an spending $15bucks at the laser wash. RUBBISH..

Attendant was customer friendly, handing out coins for notes. Bit of a queue, waiting time 10 minutes. Attendant helped in selecting the best wash for the car. I suggest 2$ for hot soap wash and 2$ for rinse will get the car pretty clean and its touch free, the brush just moves the dirt around. 1$ gives you 1.5 minutes.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! Went in to the automatic bay, waited 20 mins to get through then car wash didn't work. Instead of coming to help, I had to get out to find the person, who told told me I have to go around and wait again because he's in the middle of something.

It’s a good car wash but they need to change the brushes. They are very worn out,so they don’t clothe car property and when you press down hard the get the dirt of there is a danger of scratching your car. Come on Mate! Your getting plenty of customers to afford news brushes

It has what you can expect for standard car wash. They have Coin vending machine in case you didn't bring. I'm satisfied with this. I was not happy with the automatic wash though, my car was still dirty after deluxe wash. So, I'd avoid automatic one.

Unorganised and the person who works there is lazy. He lines cars up behind full bays when it suits him other times he is just standing around watching incompetent people sitting at the entry blocking traffic rather than moving them behind the bays

You can pay with coins($1 or $2) or card on both self car wash & vacuum. Equipment is clean & I guess depending on what time you go, its usually staffed. Also depending on the time of day, it can be very busy but it's a fast turn around.

Use the auto car wash and select the ultimate package after that car was still dirty all the spots remain there waste the money $17 , try to call them on the number they mention on the receipt didn't working looks like wrong number.

$17 auto car wash car not even clean,the car only had light dust on it and after the wash still had water marks and spots all over it and windscreen not clean,this place is very busy waited 25minutes,better off just washing at home.

I use the DIY dog wash here. It's pretty good, the pricing is good however sometimes the water temperature isn't correct (one time it wouldn't heat up and stayed cold). It's extremely convenient and the dog is safely contained.

This car wash is really good for a quick wash close by, only somethings to point out.. like changing the brush to newer ones because it actually scratches the car and fixing one of the machine the does not accept card. Thanks

Cant be 5 stars..... it's an average car wash lol they have air hoses and there brushes aren't to messed up so feel free to use the brushes and only scratch your car a little instead of a lot. Other than that better than most

Very poor cleaning capabilities on the auto wash. Owner is very rude and arrogant when you raise a complaint about the outcome. So is the supervisor. The spot free rinse isn’t spot free after all. Highly not recommended.

Paid for a laser wash and for some reason only the left side of the car got washed right side all dirty also when it vacuum it to dry car all the windows were still dripping wet. Maybe something wrong with bay 2 today.

Single worst carwash bay Ive ever used.. I have better water pressure in my shower it was nuts. I had to spend 3x more than any other carwash Ive ever been to just to spray the foam off.. Only plus was the vacuum bay.

No chemicals in the spray or foam brush, just pink colouring. You can't clean the road grim off the car without some chemicals. Stop trying to save some money and provide some decent washing chemicals in the wash

Good quality car wash. Both self wash and auto wash bays with multiple options of wash, wax and clean along with vacuum bays. The price is reasonable compared to other car washes specially for self clean.

Manual wash needed two pre-soaks to actually clean the car which wasn’t even that dirty. Tried auto wash the next time and it left residual soap on car and did a terrible job. Don’t waste your money

Be careful of the change machine. I put $5 note, but it didn't give anything back. At the start, it didn't take it. After a few tries, it took it. I guess that was the sign that something was wrong.

Place is good. Four star because sometimes when you enter coins to get change the machine does not render the change and there is no way you can get your money back. Everything else if perfect.

Always a queue in both self wash and laser wash, and we used the laser carwash a few days ago and that didn't do a very good job we came home and washed it ourselves straight after.

Went through the automatic car wash this morning and paid $17 for the ultimate wash only for my car to look dirtier than before I went in and is now covered in white residue.

Very clean and well maintained car wash. Other places I've been have hard, small brushes, this places brushes are large and soft making the manuel cleaning my car much easier.

Tried laser wash $17 car looks only 20% clean from the parts which were already clean. It couldn’t even clean my windshield properly. Complete waste. Never going back here

Not value for money as they reduce the rinsing time. Amount of water they give for $2 is not sufficient to wash off soap on a sedan. I dont go to this place anymore .
