I had a really nice treatment here. And no kidding, their customer service is top-notch! I did my facials - this took a while but it was perfectly done. I had a very nice massage - which lasted for almost 2 hours. It was very relaxing and soothing. I also did my manicure and pedicure - yeah all on the same day. This was the first time I did this, but it was a really enjoyable experience. My fingers are still shining lol. The part i enjoyed the most, which is exactly why I’m taking my time to write this review, is where the owner stayed till around 12am and worked hard to ensure I had a very enjoyable experience. I got there around 5pm which is their closing time on Sundays so you can imagine. I did just 4 stuffs and it took almost 6 hours. Mad mad! Stop overthinking it and just book a session with them. Let’s see if you won’t also write a review. Lol Btw, they have almost all skincare services you can think of, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Come here if you can. It’s worth it for real!

Came in to do my manicure and pedicure. I'd called shortly for an appointment and was told to come by thesame day. The place was neat and clean. Staff was super nice. The madam listened to every detail and asked questions for pedicure. (If I was diabetic) which I found really professional. Anyways she's trained abroad. Little wonder. I was offered chocolates biscuits and she did my manicure. Neatly too I must say. She showed me around the spa area even though i came in just for manicure and pedicure...place looked really cool with a beautiful ambience. if i must say, I was well attended to. A good place to be. This was way back in September. I just remembered I had to give a review. I mean why not if I got top notch service for my money.

From the airport, I made an impulsive decision to get a facial from Beauty Box spa based on reviews I saw online. I hardly give reviews, but I must say that my expectations were surpassed. The ambiance is awesome and very welcoming, the warm reception is exceptional. Coming to the facials proper, I had dermaplanning, acne and jelly facials (3-in-1) and this is the best I have had not even in PH my city. My face came back to life and was transformed in about an hour. She is extremely good at what she does and very polite and courteous. Not your regular Nigerian spa. It was worth every penny and I’ll definitely make it a regular. Please note that this is not a review induced by any form of incentives, this is my honest experience and opinion.

Customer relations on phone is very poor. With all this review am seeing I don't think the are correct. I call now she talk as if am doing the facial or pedicure for free. I saw a review to book ahead. Which I called and she received telling me everyone is just asking about the price for pedicure and that she's busy doing waxing. Madam if you are busy u supposed give ur receptionist or some of your staff to explain. Because I feel disappointed. After all I need to make enquiry before coming.

All the way from Imo State, What amazing spa day with Beauty Box Spa. Great ambiance. I had aromatherapy massage , acne facial/ derma planning , ear candling, pedicure, steam bath , spa manicure with hand mitten, Brazilian wax, body scrub. I also got my American skin care products from them. I had a top notch skin care routine with them….I recommend them for your overall skin care routine.They are the best ❤️

I just called their customer service to make findings, a man picked up, I was trying to explain myself, asking if they offered a sensual massage package, he asked if it was for me, a woman, laughed and ended the call, claiming to call back. I’ve never felt so embarrassed before. They should work on their customer service and he couldn’t even speak well. That was an embarrassing experience for me.

This has to be the best spa in Lagos state. We came during the holiday period and she had to work alone but she did magic. Every product used is not from Nigeria. She is who she says she is. I came in for a mani-pedi cure, I was really impressed with the service, I then decided to get a facial treatment, which I must say was fantastic, the place was very neat, good hospitality, I was also offered hot chocolate with biscuits and extra sweets to take home, such an amazing experience I must say, I will definitely visit again.

They came though for me. She’s actually well trained and good in the business. I got extreme value for my little money paid, slept off cos music was just cool to the nerves.Serene atmosphere, ambience screaming professionalism. I came here to get my wax done straight from New York and I must say she really did the job very well. My skin feels great and she made the process quick and fun. She is very friendly and funny as well. She offered some snacks and water on multiple occasions. Scenery looks great and welcoming!

Had my manicure, pedicure and facial done. It was a wonderful experience and might make this my permanent spa for every month. Store well equipped ; London equipments and the attendant is just fantastic she literally imported London treatments down to Nigeria

I had my Acrylic ombre nails done here but it's horrible. I love the fact that the place is clean, tidy and good customer service but they will take advantage of you with pricing. A SNS powder refill was done for 19k and coming off the second day.

She was really professional and patient with me. You all should drop by and check out her spot because it's the most intentional looking spa and her services are top notch. Price is a steal as well Will definitely visit again.

It was so super nice. Her hands were really amazing and professional. I had dermaplaning & anti aging facial treatment. The location itself was colorful. She offered refreshments, snacks, tea, chips etc I totally recommend.

Beauty box spa is the best salon in ajao I know !, I had a wonderful treatment and more attention,most especially I was served a tea and cookies as a refreshment,I recommend them for the best hair salon in ajao estate..

I had a good experience here. Though i didn't book ahead,the owner took time to do my facials and massage. So my advice is to book ahead,so you can have an amazing experience. Will be trying out their nail salon soon.
