La verdad que las chicas muy amable, pero el servicio nada profesional. Fui por un lifting de pestañas, cuando llegué lo primero que hice fue preguntar por sus redes y al entrar me di cuenta que no contaban con antes y después. Les comente que yo podría ser ese antes y después así podían subirlo a sus redes, realmente con la esperanza de que lo hagan bien, pero nada, pagué 60,000 COP por las puras solo 3 pestañas están ligeramente levantadas, la chica me comentó que era por falta de tinturado otra cuestión más, no tenían el proceso completo del lifting. Antes de ello, solicité la depilación de cejas y fue con cera, no pusieron nada pre cera (generalmente ponen talco y refrescante) aquí nada y la persona se llevó la mitad de la cola de ceja. Me fui realmente decepcionada sin ningún tipo de consejo de cómo cuidar el lifting.No lo recomiendo y ahora entiendo sus pocas publicaciones en redes sociales.

We found this salon on google and went in to book our appointment for a manicure and pedicure. But they do all sorts of treatments, including eyebrow waxing, lash lift, massages and other waxing. We confirmed our treatments and time via WhatsApp, which was so easy! I had Stephanie for my pedicure and manicure. She was so precise and my nails were so carefully done. I loved how relaxing my lash lift was too. My lashes have never looked so long! I paid $110mil for my manicure and pedicure and $90m for my lashes - absolutely worth it! I wish I could visit this salon again, but I’m off to a new city soon. If you’re in Cartagena and want a really luxurious experience, which is also really cheap, then visit the girls at Beauty Elite Salon. They take cash or card and speak English too! Plus there was an adorable puppy in the salon which kept us laughing throughout. Muchas gracias!

I wanted to thank Ely, (not sure if its Ellie or Ely), and her team for all that they did for me the other day. I had been growing my hair for almost two years and decided that it was time for a change. I searched the web and read at least 20 reviews before circling back to Beauty Elite Salon. I took a taxi from Crespo because of the salons great reviews. I was absolutely not let down. When I arrived they made me feel like a king. These three women pampered me. By the time I left, I had a cut and style, a manicure and a pedicure, and a deep cleansing facial. On top of that Ely spoke perfect English, and made a cool video because cutting my hair was a big event for me. To top it off the price was super affordable. I absolutely love the ladies in this Salon. Fellas, no need to be running around Cartagena with funky nails. The ladies will definitely notice that.

On our last day in Cartagena my sister, cousin and I wanted to get with our hair & nails to go home beautiful and fresh. We found Beauty Elite through Google and decided to book as reviews were good. The salon is small, clean and well equipped. The staff was extremely accommodating as there were 3 of us to make sure each of us was getting a service done so we were just not sitting there. The staff was very professional and nice. We are extremely happy with our hair. We got wash, blow outs and straighten iron. We got nails and pedicure done and are very happy with the results. Prices are very reasonable and in line with what we have paid while visiting Colombia prior. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to Cartagena and will be back next time we visit. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On my last night in Cartagena, I was walking by and saw the sign for massages and spa. It just so happens that the Owner Ely was preparing to leave and she told me and my friend that she’d be able to take care of us the next day. We showed up the next day and we were greeted with smiles by Ely. I can get by with my Spanish but it was definitely a plus that the employees also speak English. I got a pedicure and the 45 minute massage. It was the perfect way to end my short trip to Cartagena. I’m thankful that I got to chat with Ely during the services. I’m satisfied and definitely recommend Beauty Elite Salon and Spa to anyone in the area.

The service was amazing. I am a usa citizen living part time in Colombia. I needed a haircut and and I found this salon in the best part of Cartagena. I walked in and did as I also do "does anyone here speak English?" And immediately 3 people including the owner spoke up and said yes. I must tell you they treated me like royalty. It was the best service and experience I have had in Colombia. The owner was amazing and very a friendly. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. If I had a wife or girlfriend I would send her here every week.

Visiting Cartagena for a week Myself and wife needed a hair salon for cut and color found this little gem. Perfect for men and women! Elly the owner spoke English and was a pleasure, giving my wife many restaurant recommendations which were all amazing. After the cut, color and pedicure we left her salon feeling confident and well-groomed! I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a salon in this area. If I could give her six stars, I would. We can’t wait to go back next time for a massage and facials. Would definitely recommend.

I came here for my first salon experience in Colombia and it was superb! I reached out to Ely via Google. She responded right away and was able to accommodate me last minute. I got an amazing hair wash and blowout, acrylic French manicure, and French pedicure by Ely and her lovely staff. Everyone made me feel right at home. They are meticulous, dedicated to their craft, and so sweet too! I definitely recommend this salon and will return next time I’m in Cartagena ️

Just finished a traditional pedicure session here with my husband. They are very friendly, speak a level of English (we have basic Spanish) and were great! Many locals come here and we saw some tourists as well during our time . It’s not large, but from what we could see there were four ladies working between pedicures and hair wash and blowouts. Recommend if you’re in the area and need a pedicure or a break from the heat! They were all joking with each other and it was a lovely experience.

My friends and I went here while in Cartagena for a spring break trip. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful - she wrote a whole list of restaurants for us to visit during our stay - and they made our experience at the salon so enjoyable. Plus, they all did an amazing job with our nails! Some of the nicest nails I've ever done - I showed a photo of what I kind of wanted and she ran with it - even outdid the inspiration photo. Definitely recommend for your time in Cartagena.

Amazing hand work by Diana she did my nails. I wanted to do a fall theme before I headed back to the U.S. She was very kind. The owner as well. I couldn't speak as I just had dental surgery and the owner was so kind to help me pay and place my belongings back on me. Absolutely love this place great vibe very friendly and respectful. I came here without an appointment and was accommodated immediately. The prices were great and the service was even better. I was here for a while because I got a leg/armpit/Brazilian/eyebrow/lip wax + mani/pedi and the owner was super nice and pleasant. She spoke English as well which was a positive for me. I’m typing this review 9 days later and my mani hasn’t even chipped yet! Highly recommend :)

Really wonderful spa right in the heart of Bocagrande . The owner speaks English and takes bookings through chat which made it really easy to book my appointment.
