Absolutely terrible experience. Booked for one-by-one lash extensions and a three week refill. After the service (she gave me volume lashes instead of one-by-one without telling) I went home where my lashes started hurting a lot, even when blinking. Upon inspection there were lashed glued to my eyelid instead of my lash, a very poor job. I thought after removing those, immediately leaving gaps on the day of service, the pain would go away. This wasn’t the case. I was still left with painful big, hard clumps of glue that were so irritating and painful that this morning I decided I really needed to get the extensions removed. By this time loads of my own lashes had fallen out way faster than normal and my eyelids were sore and swollen. I texted Silvia I wanted them removed cause I really didn’t trust the glue she used. This afternoon I have been in the chair with her colleague for 75 minutes (!!!) to try and get them removed, but I got sent home with still some extensions on my lashes because she couldn’t get them off?! That is in no case normal. The removal of lash extensions is normally very easy and painless, done within minutes. 75 minutes and not succeeding is ridiculous and confirmed for me the fact that there is something wrong with the glue. The colleague told me I should text Silvia to resolve the problems so I did. I got the most absurd, unfriendly voice note to my complaints. She basically told me she didn’t see any problems and wished me a good afternoon. Even informed me that I (!) walked out with the extensions that couldn’t be removed still on my eyes so I shouldn’t complain and also informing me I should’ve payed for it. Apart from being shocked by her reaction I asked her several times to inform me what products she used and at least acknowledge the fact that all of this is is abnormal, which she won’t answer to at all. I find the fact she doesn’t want to say what glue she uses very alarming. She isn’t compassionate nor wants to find a solution for any problems caused. I’m left with still extensions on my eyelashes, extremely painful, swollen eyelids praying the products aren’t AliExpress and possibly not safe. Don’t go here!!!!!!

*after I posted this review, I received several private texts from Silvia. Saying that I'm a stupid bitvh, that she would make sure that I wouldn't get my money back. That she's keeping my details and she sent me a picture of my WhatsApp photo saying she's gonna take further steps. She is literally threatening me because I wrote the truth. Also, I came for a eyelash lift not extensions that would take an hour according to Silvia. She's on vacation now, so I wish her the best cause she needs it I booked an appointment 1.5 months ago, because I know this is a busy time and I'm going on vacation. I arrived in time and the girl told me to wait 30 min. I told her that I had an appointment later and that I couldn't wait. Also I made an appointment at 13 and not 13 30. Of course you can run late, but not 30 min without letting me know beforehand. Silvia was not in the salon, but I spoke to her on the phone. First she told me that the girls that are working are not good with the agenda without her. Then she sent me a voice message saying that she lost her phone in Curaçao and with the time difference she wasn't able correct mistakes. This is very unprofessional. If this is a busy time and your staff can't handle it, then don't go on vacation this time. Also, don't give me two different stories. Besides me, there were two other ladies waiting, they also got their appointment at 13. I don't know if they got their appointment, because my appointment was canceled because I couldn't wait half an hour. Would NOT recommend

Ik heb hier een behandeling gehad die goed was. Daarom besloot ik terug te komen. De tweede keer dat ik er naar toe ging voor wimper extensions was er niemand aanwezig. Na een half uur hebben gewacht en proberen contact op te nemen werd ik gebeld dat zeeën fout had gemaakt en dat ze de afspraak voor de dag erna er in had gezet. Vervelend maar kan gebeuren. Ze bood me een volgende behandeling met een gereduceerd tarief aan. Erg vriendelijk. De dag erna was ik er weer en had ik mijn afspraak om 11 uur. 5 over 11 gingen de gordijnen open en liep iemand anders naar binnen. Ik gaf aan dat ik een afspraak had om 11 uur maar ze zeiden dat ik om 13 uur terug kon komen. Ik had de afspraak vroeger gemaakt omdat ik kinderen heb die ik van school moest halen. Maar daar werd niets mee gedaan. Er werd zelfs gezegd dat het niet hun probleem was en dat als ik wou klagen maar de baas moest bellen. Deze reageerde alleen met de klant voor je was te laat dus daarom gaat die nu. Dus de fout van een ander komt op mijn bord. Qua klantenservice heel erg slecht. Ook slecht te bereiken. Onwijs jammer

Had a really bad experience today. I went there without appointment asking if was possible to remove my acrylic nails, the lady couldn’t speak english so i had to explain by phone call what I needed to a colleague, i guess. then the lady at the shop “started” with removing my nails… was clearly visible she didn’t know how to do it, after more than 20 minutes she removed like 4 nails, with a “tool” and after she broke my real nails, giving me pain while doing it, i asked her to stop and i gave her a tip only because she tried, at least. But i will not recommend this center for sure. Please, don’t play with this things, of you can’t offer a professional service don’t try only for money. Luckily i’m a really empathic person and i tried to understand without complaints.

Wimpers waren goed. Edoch ik heb vandaag afgezegd vanwege een overlijden. Ik begrijp dat dit vervelend is en 3 kwartier van tevoren. Edoch de behandeling was al betaald en ik ging er ook vanuit dat ik de volgende keer dan zou betalen. Ik kreeg een heel onaardig voicebericht over dat ik steeds verzet. Idd ik heb 1x een week vantevoren verzet en de laatste keer 3 dagen van tevoren omdat ik geopereerd moest worden. Dan verwacht ik geen tirade over verzetten. Vervolgens vroeg ik om excuus en daarop kreeg ik te horen dat ik niet meer hoefde te komen. Alsof ik nog wil komen na deze onempathische behandeling van deze mevrouw. Doe er je voordeel mee als je dit leest. Maar deze mevrouw heeft veel te leren over klantenbinding en correct reageren.

Slechtste plek om je wimpers te laten doen. Een stagiaire heeft mijn wimpers laten zetten, na anderhalf uur was alleen de linkeroog af. De wimpers waren scheef gezet en sommige extensensions waren er half af. Ik wilde het er uiteraard eraf hebben, waarna de eigenaar het opnieuw gedaan heeft. Het resultaat leek totaal niet op wat ik wilde, terwijl ik een hele duidelijke foto heb meegenomen en er gezegd werd dat dat kon. Thuis aangekomen, had ik zo veel last van de klodders lijm die op de wimpers waren geplakt dat ik de nacht niet geslapen heb. De volgende dag ben ik gelijk teruggegaan om het eraf te laten halen. Na meer dan een uur (!) lukte het de eigenaar nog steeds niet om de lijm er volledig af te halen.

I booked and prepaid for eyelash extensions with a 3 week refill. When they were first put on, they were poorly glued on and almost all lashes fell out. When I came back for the refill I told them this right away. When the lady was almost done with the refill, she told me I have to pay extra, because it must be my fault that too many fell out after the first appointment. I told her that I was not okay with paying extra, and she should have told me this before even starting the refill. She was very rude and told me never to come back

Ik zou hier echt niet naar toe gaan. Onprofessioneel en onvriendelijk behandeld. Daar bovenop heb ik een lashlift waar je niks van ziet! 5 kwartier lang chemicaliën op je wimpers een vrouw die in totaal 15 min met je bezig is geweest en je ziet er niks van. Zonde van je geld en tijd. De vrouwen praten allemaal Spaans met elkaar, ik ook en heb bewust een slechte behandeling gekregen omdat ik “Indiaas er uit zie”. Echt schandalig hoop dat ze failliet gaan, zal wel niet met zo’n witwasserij salon

Ik ben vandaag langs geweest voor een wimperlifting. Bij aankomst kreeg ik te horen dat ik het niet nodig heb. Omdat mijn wimpers reeds zijn gekruld. Ik waardeerde het enorm dat zij eerlijk naar mij toe is geweest. Geweldig vond ik het. Wilde eigenlijk 10 sterren geven. Helaas is 5sterren mogelijk. In overleg heb ik microdermabressie behandeling gedaan. Ik voelde mij herboren. Fijne mensen. Zeker weer bezoeken voor diverse behandelingen, die geboden wordt. Top!

Afspraak gemaakt en voor de afgesproken tijd aanwezig, maar uiteindelijk 45 minuten lang moeten wachten. Na een medewerker te hebben gezocht, werd mij gevraagd of ik nog eens 10-15 minuten kon wachten omdat er toen niemand tijd had. Ik ben uiteindelijk weggegaan, vind dit echt belachelijk. Medewerkers spreken geen Nederlands en verstaan Engels slecht, dit maakte de communicatie lastig. De afspraak maken verliep ook wat vreemd, via spraakmemo's in whatsapp.

Result of eyelash lift looks good and the salon looks fine to me but the after effect of it is not good. My lashes still feel sticky after days and my eyes are watery. Hope it’ll be better soon. The treatment was not comfortable and my eyes were burning during it - something I haven’t experienced in a lash lift before either. It was also strange that the person told me to come back in 4 weeks, that’s way too soon. I can’t recommend the salon.

My friend got a a really bad eye infection from this salon. They used a very strong glue for the lashes extensions, took them 75min and they couldn’t even get it off her eyes. When she asked for a refund the owner told her to F off basically. Poor job done and not even a nice customer service. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to end up with bad lashes and an infection.

Unsanitary, they don't speak Dutch or English, they tried to charge me 25 euro more than we agreed upon earlier, they also did only half an hour massage though agreed on 1 hour. We left completely disappointed. Avoid this place at any costs!!! They're not honest about any of their services! Run away!!!

Heb bij deze lieve dames een wimperlift met semi permanente mascara laten doen. Ben heel tevreden met het resultaat. Zou wel als tip willen geven dat het prettig is om even uit te leggen wat de handelingen zijn. Vind ik zelf wel fijn maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk. Zeker een aanrader

I did not have the experience that other people had. I loved the relaxed vibe. No stress nothing, very happy with my one by one lashes, one week has passed and everything is still in place. Silvi was very nice and fast, i was ready within 30 min.

I had my eyelashes died and curled and it looks really great, I'm super happy with the results. The atmosphere in the salon is very nice, it's clean and modern, the staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back to this salon the next time.

This was the first time I did an eyelash lift and tint. I have really straight eyelashes, so I was a bit worried, but Silvia was so sweet and did a great job! The end result is so pretty, I will definitely come back again.

I just had an eyelash lift done yesterday and the result is really natural, yet beautiful. The environment is easy going and the location is quite central in Amsterdam.

Werd geholpen door Isa, heel fijn! Echt een aanrader om jezelf te verwennen met een gezichtsmassage. Je ligt in een aparte ruimte met muziek. Erg ontspannend.
