Its been just under an year since I moved to QLD. Within the first 3 months I was faced with a raft of legal issues. I searched for help and chanced on Beavon Lawyers. Its a harrowing experience to be faced with dealing with the state justice systems ( QLD Police and prosecution) who are inept to deal with ethnics as opposed to other states due to either lack of experience or the inability to understand or even try to understand individual circumstances. Investigations are sub-standard (abysmal) and all they do is look for a quick win! Anyone who doesn't have the resources for representation becomes a very easy target. I had to find someone who could help me and was ethnic friendly. Reading reviews on Beavon Lawyers - I made a choice. Best choice!!! Brendan Beavon is a class act. Level of his own - he operates rather independently - very intelligent, conscientious, works in the background - very strategic. I learnt something very important from him - Its all about timing - don't reveal all your cards at once! Its been 7 months since we engaged - all charges brought against me were dismissed in a colourful fashion.
