If you like street art, this place is for you. However, if you are not passionate about graffiti and you will accompany such a person, then know that there are some nice bars in on the neighboring streets. As for the graffiti - I was there during the week, shortly before sunset. There were no crowds, but still a lot of people who took pictures at each painting. In addition to Batman Alley itself, it is worth taking a walk in the many neighboring streets, because the phenomenon of painting walls here is very widespread. I took a walk, and then on the way back I drove by Uber through some 1-2 othets streets with cool paintings that I didnt see walking. Generally, I felt safe after dark, but if you are concerned, go during the day. In the evening on Batman Alley in the small central gallery there is a meeting point and former Cosplayers.

The place is a must visit in São Paulo for sure. Amazing art work on the walls. It is a small alley but worth a visit. Take an Uber to this place, that’s the fastest way to reach. Start walking from one end to another and ensure you have charge on your phone for a lot of photos.. No tickets needed. It’s an alley open to all.

A block and half of graffiti covered walls, street vendors and cute cafes all around. We were there on Monday afternoon and it was kinda dead. The alley is full of graffiti, the main one being the batman wall(hence the name). We went to see the sunset after, at a nearby sunset point. We took a cab but you could walk too.

Very cool place! Very different to the rest of Sao Paulo, quite a relaxed place with good opportunities to buy trinkets which are different to the local stuff aimed at tourists in the rest of Brazil. Lots of places to escape the heat and grab a beer! Great to see graffiti that isn't just mindless tags.

I really enjoyed walking through the markets and checking out all the art. Both being sold and in the surrounding walls. There are plenty of bars to stop and chill in as well. You well probably end up buying a piece to take home like we did!
