This review does not belong to any of the technicians. Its for both the African and Egyptian receptionists working in Delma Branch. I am a client since almost 10 years, they treated me in a very disrespectful manner, gel manicure removal and application took 4 HOURS! Since they did not manage the technician’s time properly. And they did not even do anything to compensate this disgusting behavior. I would suggest to replace them with more professional staff. My appointment was at 2pm, I reached on time, the technician assigned to me started at 2:40pm. And ended up doing 1 hand only since she started late, she had another client after me and was told to do half a service for me by them. The receptionists made me wait until another technician was free!!! I waited for 4 hours for this to be done, for 1 service only! It usually takes 1.5-2 hours only to finish this service. And on top of that, the gel polish was not done properly. I want to complain about these 2 receptionists and escalate it as well to teach them how to treat loyal clients with respect and more professionalism.

Unfortunately, the customer service in the Al Nahyan branch is not great and disappointing I booked my appointment for 6, and was cancelled and given to another customer without contacting me, and i was booked for nail art with pinky . The girl at reception, Richelda, didn’t even care or show any attention To my concern and ignored me totally. even that the work quality is good and am always happy with the results I now choose to stop visiting and spend my money somewhere they appreciate loyalty and show respect to their clients As am travelling and had no option other than do my nails with other girl and unfortunately she doesn't know how to Do nail art. I hope the management there read and listen to customers feedback

Majour downhill since Covid- highly not recommended to do gel. Bedashing have been opening a lot of branches however they never restock the current branches. I had gel literally come off by itself in 48 hrs because they mixed up two brands together all the work are patchy . I complained to the management they said someone will contact me and they didn’t. The staff are good just the management and the way they patch up different products are horrible ( use basecoat from one brand top coat from another brand therefore gel doesn’t last. Don’t waste your money for the same price or even less you can get better nails-avoid all the franchise as all the branches have issues restocking

i have been a regular customer to this branch from almost 8-9 years now and i blow dry my hair 3 times a week. Every time i make sure i schedule my appointment and confirm it on my schedule its over booked and i have to wait 30 minutes for my blow dry to be done with the staff. My last experience with bedashing Dalma branch after all the good staff are moved to different branches is it’s either over booked with my appointment or the staff is very rude. i have made an appointment with one of the staff for blow dry and on my arrival she had a customer and sent another staff to blow dry my hair. currently, this is one of my least favorite branches.

I’m a regular client in Bedashing. Today I went to bedashing, the Delma st branch. I requested two technicians Irish and Elvira. However, A wonderful technician did my nails. Her name is Elvira, and she was amazing! She did both my manicure and pedicure, and her hands are as soft as a butterfly. Her work was excellent. I would really appreciate it if you kept her in bedashing Delma for a bit longer!

The best be dashing dalma brunch since first they are the best ever , service hospitality and Mrs.Hadeer always showing full cooperation to keep us relax and come back to the brunch she found the solitons if the staff busy and we keep wating with pleasure . Cherry is the best nail staff too, the time of her service will hit every senior I love you be dashing dalma .

My favourite salon for years, I cannot do my nails elsewhere!!! I love the service and the technicians; everything and everyone is so professional. Mary Ann and Maya have been taking very good care of me. They are very welcoming, kind, and professional at their work. Even during this pandemic, I still feel very safe coming to the salon.

من اسوء التجارب اللي مريت عليها في هذا الفرع قصيت شعري عند وحده عربية الجنسية ماكان عندها اسلوووب ابداً كانت تكلم المساعده باسلوب مش حلو اللي كانت تساعدها في قص شعري من الجنسية الأفريقيه ونفس الشي معايا وقعدت تتكلم بصيغة استهزاء على لون وقصة شعري القديمه آخر زيارة لي في هذا الفرع وكلامها اثر فيني جد

I usually like Bedashing but this branch was less impressive than the rest. Not very welcoming staff and to be honest i didnt feel welcome. I am also surprised that they charge mani/padi for kids same price as adults which is weird because its not the same service we adults get.

Worst branch ever they dont have drying stations and i went for color only the lady said ill clean and they chargede for full manicure and i didnt ask for it!! She also put color and told me its dry you can leave and 5 minutes later i see it all ruined nothing was dry

Professional and attentive service, in all respects. I had my hair done by Bouthayna and she is truly an expert with colour. I also had mani and pedi and the service is perfect. There is valet parking available. Thanks to everyone there at my new favourite salon!

Mani/ pedi is not professional at all, I did it once never again. Hair services is ok but extremely overpriced for nothing special honestly. And the price list increases illogically every time I visit! Never the same price
