They get only two stars because I ordered online for pick up. Not only was my assigned pick up time two hours hence, when I arrived at the store, I still needed to wait in line, enter the store, wait for a rep to be free and then show her the order on my phone. She also needed to see ID or the credit card I ordered with. So, I go to the the trouble of ordering online (learning the app, making my order, inputting payment info), but when I arrive at the store, it takes me 50% longer than if I had just turned up, ordered and tapped my credit card. Bottom-line, ordering on line is a waste of time and you spend more time in the store, possibly exposed to COVID, than you would if you ordered when you arrived.

Great selection of beverage that make me feel like no problem in world or in life. Would get for friend maybe have social gathering if not COVID. Very nice Lady help me find beer. She said He'll Yeah her favourite. Very good beverage. Would get beer from nice lady who not shut up about her dog to coworkers again.

This was a pretty cool experience. Staff were very friendly and they had a huge variety. The downside was the electronic ordering stations were super slow, and the parking lot entry to the road was a bit rough. But I did get to buy lots of tasty beer to enjoy.

Filthy stores. Exterior looks sloppy. Inside windows dirty. Smells like bad body odour. Stains on walls. Why would anyone buy anything from this place. Mostly queens students and alcoholics. Lcbo has better beer selection anyway.

Really nice and helpful staff there : as Frenchies we didn’t know much about how the store worked and about what they had in stock. We now have some tasty stuff to drink around tonight’s fire pit :)

I think that the staff thinks they are better then us I feel like they look down on you never friendly and I try one young girl in there is nice .very rude staff
