I don’t understand why they have the the closing time on the door at 8 pm if a lot of times they close earlier than that. They can either take the closing time off the front door or start closing at the right time . I tried to get a hair cut today and called before seven thirty and they said they were already closed But they were still inside and only one of them had some one ... they usually cut my hair in 15 min and they know it but still didn’t want to cut my hair It’s time to look for another stylist I think.

I have to edit my review from 5 to 1 star. Reason is that not every stylist spend time like the one did when I first came here. Absolutely not recommended for babies. They have no clue how to cut baby's hair. After getting a haircut here my son is terrified of hair cut. Wish I have never planned to come here. Long waiting hours I means hours and hours you have to wait. Highly not recommended for ladies and babies.

Dont go there if you want to dye your hair. I waited 1 hour just to tell me they couldn’t dye my hair because they couldn’t do the color i wanted. So i went to another place near by called salon de belleza and they took me right away.

This one is The Real hair cut. I already tried too many place in south charlotte,but this one is best,they take time for each hair cut very carefully,not like proffesional,just for money They charge only 12 $,but works like 20 $,

I have going to this facility since they opened. My son also goes there for his haircut. The ladies do great work and are quite friendly. I am glad to have a location close to my place of business that is excellent.

So why I’m at this spot I nvr been to made me wait 30-45min then wash it and say we don’t do ya kind a hair (I’m black with soft hair) it’s gonna be 80$ Worst customer service that is not how you run a business !!

Charged me $70 for a blow and flat iron. Highway robbery and they couldn’t even was my hair correct. My hair is at my shoulders . Ridiculous

unfortunately we took my daughter there to cut her hair and they left it badly some tips bigger than others lack of professionalism
