Afspraak gemaakt met Marcia omdat er goede recensies over de eigenaresse stonden. Bij aankomst hielp iemand anders mij een kwartier later dan gepland. Kan gebeuren. Aangegeven dat ik een afspraak had gemaakt voor Marcia, maar zij was plots erg druk en kon niet. Ik gaf deze andere mevrouw een kans, maar bij 5 x opnieuw mijn oksel waxen waren er nog steeds haartjes. Zij trok erg soft waardoor het steeds opnieuw moest. Deze mevrouw zei dat het prima was, en dat ze zelf niks zag. Gevraagd of toch Marcia mij kon helpen aangezien ik een afspraak met haar had. Mevrouw gaf aan dat ik dan maar een andere keer moet terugkomen. Uiteindelijk heeft ze toch Marcia gehaald. Zij reageerde ronduit onbeschoft, ongeduldig en onprofessioneel waarbij zij meerdere keren zuchtte en aangaf mij zelf niet te kunnen/willen helpen. Ik vertelde haar dat ik een afspraak had gemaakt bij haar en het netjes had gevonden als zij mij een mail had gestuurd om aan te geven dat zij mij zelf niet kon helpen. Hier kon zij zich niet in vinden. Na mijn ongenoegen uit te spreken over het waxen van de andere mevrouw, heeft ze mij met pijn, moeite en behoorlijk wat zuchten zelf geholpen. Zij vertelde mij dat ik niet mocht praten, waarop ze mij vervolgens als een raket heeft gewaxt. Oksels en full brazilian. Geen hartelijk gevoel en zeer ongemakkelijk. Toen zij klaar was verliet ze de kamer zonder wat te zeggen. Het waxen zelf is vakkundig gedaan. Maar door de nare ervaring kom ik hier niet meer terug.

I had to write this review ASAP. I just left from my appointment. Neide is not only a beautiful woman. She is wonderful in her work ethic. Neide takes her time with you. Looks over her work with patience. I will be seeing Neide next week. I’m sure the rest of the ladies are just as wonderful. If it was possible to rate this location ten stars I would. Never have I been this relaxed in my life. Especially after getting waxed. I recommended this place for both men and women in a heartbeat. Each room has outside lighting. This salon definitely has a technique for the least painful Brazilian wax I’ve ever had. I’ve been going there for a few years now and can definitely recommend. All the specialists over this time were definitely very skilled at what they do. Today I had an especially amazing experience with Bruna. I was switching from shaving back to waxing(I know, shaving is always a bad decision but you always have those last minute dates ;) ), and so I went in bracing myself expecting a painful experience, but thanks to Bruna’s amazing technique I can absolutely say that I experienced no pain whatsoever. I’m really amazed. Thank you Bruna.

Al jaren geleden kwam ik heel regelmatig bij eigenaresse Marcia voor brazilian wax. Na een verhuizing zocht ik salons in mijn omgeving, maar werd keer op keer teleurgesteld: afgebroken haren, ingegroeide haren, haastklussen, verbrande huid, haren laten zitten.... Ik was dat niet gewend!! Dus na vele pogingen ben ik weer terug bij Marcia. Ik rijd er speciaal voor naar Amsterdam. Zij is super vriendelijk, professioneel, pijnloos, alle haren zijn écht weg. De salon is heel fijn, ontspannen sfeer en ook de andere medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en professioneel. Ik wil nooit meer wat anders.

A truly strange experience. The therapist told me she couldn't do my leg wax and kept saying "sorry no" because I had put moisturiser on in the morning. I've been waxing for years and usually the therapist would wipe my legs with a damp cloth if needed. After convincing her to do just that she reluctantly tried, and it worked. Then she proceeded with the wax but the wax was so hot it was burning me, something I've never experienced before. The wax wasn't done everywhere, but rather in patches. The whole experience was strange. I'm not sure what else to say...

Dont bother to go. I started seeing how unprofessional they are when i was being charged differently for the same services; even to the point where the lady asked me how much I payed the previous time. Last time i went I left without getting the service I booked by phone. Got there 10/15 minutes before and the lady told me they did not have any appointments left and that it was my fault for not double checking by calling them. Their bad administration is definitely not the customer’s problem.

I have been going to Bella Brasil for a while now (4,5 years) and I was really happy with the service and the profesionalism of Marcia’s team, but lately the staff is really not trained and during a facial treatment today, they have performed a vacuum(!!!) treatment which severley bruised my skin. I feel this is absolutely unacceptable from a beauty salon. I would highly hope this incident is taken seriously, it’a really a disgrace.

Atendimento super rude! Comunicação péssima! Tentei entrar em contato várias vezes, não obtive resposta, assumi que o salão estava fechado, assim como estava mostrando no google. Moro em outra cidade e não ia pagar super caro por uma passagem de trem para ir e sem saber se o salão estava aberto ou não. Me responderam no momento do meu horário, ainda disseram que era minha culpa e falta de responsabilidade por não ter comparecido.

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SALLON! I witnessed the owner being rude and aggressive towards the employees. She was shouting and being extremely unprofessional. One of the ladies couldn’t do the service because the owner was refusing to pay her salary. It was a humiliating and very upsetting situation to witness. Do not support this type of business. I am sure you can find a better and more deserving place to get a service done.

Bella Brasil is by far the best beauty salon in Amsterdam in my opinion! I love the fact that I can get my hair, nails and wax all done all in one place. They can get very busy at times but that just proves their competence and the quality in their service, so it is worth it. Brazilians are famous for their customer service excellence and their dedication to beauty - I am happy that Bella Brasil represents that very well.

Great service! It was my first time there and my original appointment for brazilian wax was with Marcia, but she was still busy with another client she asked Jo to replace her. She was great! Super professional, experienced, nice and communicatieve. She did a great job, almost no pain. Although the replacement was possible, worries me a bit that they struggle with time. Definitely is a recommendation!

Ik kom al vanaf het begin (locatie Amsterdam Noord) bij Marcia en ben nooit meer bij een ander geweest. Buiten dat Marcia echt een professional en expert is op gebied van waxing, is ze ook super vriendelijk, betrouwbaar en flexibel. Ze weet altijd wel een plekje voor je vrij te maken. Nooit ongemakkelijk gevoeld en ben altijd zeer tevreden!

ive had numerous Brazilians in numerous different countries. this was the worst one I've ever had. there was leftover wax and even when I said the wax was super hot they didnt change anything. was the longest 30 minutes of my entire life. dont go here

This place is always running late. Every time I have to wait at least 15 minutes. This happened for 4 bookings. When I asked what time my appointment would be because I don’t have time to wait longer, I was told to leave. Extremely poor service.
