I had a dental emergency just a few days before the end of the year. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a place that would be able to see me because I wanted to use my benefits before they expired on the 31st. I called Belle Meade Family Dentistry and the receptionist added me to the schedule the very next day. After I arrived to my appointment and saw the dentist, I was quoted a much higher out of pocket price than I anticipated. The receptionist on duty took a closer look at my insurance benefits and figured out I was quoted the wrong price. I was able to get the work done I needed after the pricing was adjusted to the correct amount, and now I have a shiny new crown in my mouth. I appreciated the receptionist taking the time and putting forth the effort to help me with my benefits to make sure my insurance was paying as much as possible. I saw Dr. Pace Jr. and he was amazing. I had virtually zero pain throughout the entire process. As long as I live in Nashville I will be a patient at Belle Meade Family Dentistry.

This was my intial visit. The office was referred to me by a co-worker. The office is very clean. I did not have to wait a long time for my appointment, they had me scheduled within 2 days! When I arrived to my appointment, I was seen within 10 minutes after arriving. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Pace and Dana were amazing! They explained everything they were doing prior to them doing it. Dr. Pace provided me with all of my treatment options. Dr. Pace and Dana bedside manners were superb! One of the best doctors by far than any of the other doctors I have seen in the past! I would highly recommend this office!

First visit with Dr Pace, Jr. Excellent visit. Very attentive to my dental needs and concerns. Dr. Pace talked me through everything he was doing which made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Loved the hygienist she talked me through everything she was doing which also provided comfort. Front desk staff were also great from check in to check out. After the visit, I received a follow up call regarding my dental care. Highly recommend this dental group!

As “always,” service was GREAT!!! Dr. Z. is SUCH the “PERFECT FIT” for BMFD!!! He is very knowledgeable, efficient, has such a gentle touch & a most kind spirit! Karen did her usual great job while engaging me in great conversation & the front desk staff was kind & always keeps you updated on insurance progress. They “all” do an AWESOME job!!! Belle Meade Dentistry‘s staff is skilled, professional, and friendly. I was especially impressed by James Pace Jr. DDS, who, after inspecting my teeth and gums thoroughly, told me I didn’t need any dental work (after being told by a different dentist I needed $4,000 of dental work!). The dentists here are honest and do not upsell. My hygienist today was also excellent. Highly recommend.

I REALLY appreciate them providing services to Veterans. They were all patient and polite with me and very easy to work with. I think all the staff here are top notch. They were very respectful of all my health concerns and requests and not condescending and all. It is awesome when good providers like this have chosen to be in network as a community provider for us Vets.

I am so happy with my first visit. Coming back in 6 months for another cleaning. From the time I walked in, to the time I left, I was treated with respect and friendly smiles. This was the best decision I could have made for my “teeth”. I have never been treated with as much respect and kindness at any other Dentist. This is my thank you for fabulous service.

It's unfortunate that in today's day and age we have people that don't know how to treat their patients and allow their own personal issues effect their work. I don't recommend coming to this Dental clinic. I was treated very poorly, yet I was polite, and the work they did was something I know will be a concern with a couple of days to weeks.

Love going to this dental practice. Every time I visit it's like visiting family. Dr. Pace and Dr. Pace Jr. Pay very close attention and treat me and my teeth always with great care. Highly highly recommend them! Implants and regular visits! I'm from California so if you are looking for a dentist, check them out! Doesn't get better than them!

I had a wonderful first experience visiting this dentist office. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Things moved a little slow, but I kind of liked the not rushed energy. My cleaning was great and didn't make me feel guilty or induce a lot of pain. It was just right! Very happy I found this Dentist and I highly recommend.
