Huge toy store. At one point I lost my wife and child there. Beautiful little entrance for children makes it nice. Cool train inside, few big figures from cartoons. Racing track (did not see it works). They have cafeteria there but it food viriaty there is very limited to few sandwiches and standard drinks. Looks like parody on Tim Horton's for me. But this is not what we are looking in a toy store. So, it is great store. We parked underground for $3 and guy refund us because we bought in a store for more than $25. We though that this is sort of attraction of the city but this is a store, nice, huge store, but a store.

A must see toy store in Quebec. It's on the order of FAO Schwartz but smaller and more intimate. Be sure to check out the back exit with it's child size door and the animation screen which takes pictures with the kids and emails it to you if you choose to give up your email address. They have a nice cafe with unusual furniture which is certain to make you want to sit at the tables. Visiting Benjo is definitely a great way to make the kids squeal with delight for an hour. Perfect for a rainy Quebec afternoon.

Medium sized shop with lots of nice toys. Limited English book collections though. Should have a blast if you go with kids. The store has two entrances. There is a cafe on one side so you can relax and have something to munch on. The other side has a video of benjo inviting kids as they walk in. There is a special small entrance for kids .

Large toy store; better selection than the big box store. Price can be high. Very good service. Children activities also offered for a fee. Parking is hard to find in this area, and would probably cost you money. The past restaurant they had in the store is no longer offering full meals..... what a bad decision!!!!!

Amazing store for kids (and parents) where you can find almost anything. As you will spend hours there, they have a cafeteria too and the kids can have a train ride. If you are a tourist in Qc City, this place worth a couple of hours of your time. You will probably find some cool presents to bring home too.

Great place for kids toys, games, and books. There's a lot of variety with knowledgable staff. Great book selection, lots of toy departments, a birthday party room and a fun cafe for hungry kiddos. There's a train ride available that goes through the store and lots of play tables for kids.

Nice selection of toys, however i wish they had more puzzles for adults. Very hard to find some in qc unless you order online. I added the 5th star just for the prompt answer to this. ( i don't easily give 5 stars.) Thanks again I will be back to check the new selection for sure.

Very nice store! Full of ALL SORTS of toys. Big big store with many sections for different aged kids. Board games, LEGO, playmobil, stuffed animals and so much more. I really recommend dropping by this store wether you have kids with you or not. It’s like a little wonderland.

Unique but expensive (not more expensive than the other places). Some toys that you find in Benjo are unique, with high quality material that make them expensive. So expensive compared to regular toys otherwise totaly worth the price .

Even the biggest toy store I’ve seen in recent years. They contain all the famous toys brands I know, especially some European brands. The largest Jellycat store I’ve ever met. Of course with a higher price than online.

Expensive for what it is but my daughter loved playing there and she had fun. The staff was nice enough to let her play although I am sure we were not the only ones just passing by and checking the toys before buying.

Toy store is awesome, as well as the candy store. For the restaurant part: Food is pretty good and the price is correct. Unfortunately, you have to wait quite a bit to be served, but for the place, it's pretty good.

I was a little disappointed. I was expecting something unique, but Benjo basically carries only big-name toys. Nothing handmade, retro, or otherwise unique. I could have spent my time just as well in a Toys R Us.

Really nice, big store for kids with cafe and play area. There are many toys which you can buy online, but if you have kids or want to buy the gift right the way - this is the best place in Quebec City!

It's my favorite store for kids, it brings me back childhood memories when I go back there, you could basically stay all day just looking at stuff its crazy and you have amazing service there :)

Love the store but Lego 8-14 choices becoming limited , maybe i just came in when the new stocks have not arrived yet , still purchesed 2 items and cant wait for new arrivals / classic arrivals

Wonderful selection and well organized - it's easy to forget how truly magical toy stores can be! I would highly recommend this place if you have children (merely for the experience).

Very nice store my little girl loved it. I'm a 30 year old man and I found some electronics for my hobby grade rc trucks in here. This store really bring back childhood memories.

It's like someone took all the best, parent-approved, good quality toys and housed them all under one roof. It's a highlight that we always head to when we're in the city.

This is any kids dream store! There is a train for kids to ride on through the store plus any kind of toy or book your child could want! Terrific bilingual staff as well.

Excellent selection of toys for all ages. I'm only sorry I didn't go on the weekend; they have an indoor train running laps around the store every Saturday and Sunday.

Tons of toys for kids of all ages. They have stations throughout where the kids can actually play with some of the toys. Prices were quite reasonable as well.

Everytime we visit Quebec City on vacation, we visit Benjo, even though our kids are getting older. They still love this unique toy store.
