Very ego and poor customer service. HIGHLY not recommended to this shop. Never reveal on the pricing when asked. Keep ask us to survey outside instead and get the price only come to them IF we are interested with them!! 1st time encounter this kind of terrible service. Are we customer or they are???Even we had informed up front we are surveying.
Excellent customer service from their manager Benny. Giving us plenty of time to test all the display sample. Able to answer all enquiry about the product. Did not push us to purchase. Can nego the price and during purchase we get free transportation charge. If you ask for free item, you might get it. Highly recommend this store.
