To whom it may concern William D. Balas son of Martha J. Howard and William Joseph Balas. William D Balas was a special child of their's. David was a spell locked American Dreamer this contract was offered in the late seventies spiritually through the American government first thing is he was spell locked unable to be enlightened no matter what. He would not understand also being a federal recorder so if anybody touched they would be seen and circumcision at Birth. Martha J. Howard never had William David Balas anointed or baptized in the Catholic Church. March 31st 2018 the Episcopal Church of St Paul in Midtown Detroit under Bishop Gibbs and Dean Hunter of the cathedral baptized William D Balas while still spell locked he was still under the veil of the dream and unable to understand spirituality and the second birth. August 29th 2020 is when the veil was broken and William was spiritually able to understand he has been awake for 3 years now and in that time they have continued do you spiritual manipulation on him preventing him from growing. While William D Balas was living the dream via the dream spell he was implemented into a Muslim house then he was implemented into a Russian house and many more before he arrived at the Cathedral Church of St Paul while being spell locked. Why would they do this it all started back in the '90s when they used World War II memorabilia from William Joseph balas' mom's Betty Ford oldest brother would have been William Joseph Balas's second great uncle they use this World War II memorabilia to put Martha J Howard spiritually in the red. Martha J Howard was a Jewish German descent of German aristocrat. When they asked William Joseph Balas wear this World War II memorabilia came from he told them they began conspiring to hide what they had done making David an orphan everything can be verified as William is a federal recorder everything can be viewed spiritually now that William is awake he needs to understand what that contract was and was supposed to be now that he is awake and the veil has been broken he to be educated as this was a an American Jewish contract and it was very limited spiritually. William needs to know how to live his life now that he is awake and not defile himself. The Secret Service under the star of Obama for that eagle our responsible for everything even Martha J Howard being spiritually put in the red the whole thing!!

My son had a warrant for an expired license plate. Metro court said $100 to get warrant off and get him a new court date. Well when you are waiting to talk to Metro Court it says you have an option to pay online. Sooo I paid it online, well guess what, you CANNOT PAY A WARRANT ONLINE (but it took my money anyway) , which no one tells you, you have to go to the Metro Court and pay the bond in person. They refuse to refund my money so that i can go in to Metro Court and pay them in person and take care of the bond, they are keeping my money and want me to pay an additional $100 !!! This such a racket ! I would put a no star at all but in order for this review to be seen i have to put at least 1 star. It is terrible that our system kicks people when they are down, I get it that he should be responsible and had gone to court, but as hard as it is on people to stay above water, this is absolutely heartless!!!!!!!

So apparently this court is getting everyone financially and they are blaming covid. I tried to change the address on my license and found out that it was suspended so I looked up what the problem was and there was no info. A few months ago, I got a traffic ticket and was in there virtual court room. They told me that someone would call me shortly after the court hearing to take my payment of court fees over the phone. They never did and I never got any letters in the mail. They also said I missed a court hearing on May 12th, which I also never got a letter for. Now they are charging me $400. They also did the same thing to my fiance. He had a traffic ticket and they never called him after court to pay his court fees and they charged him $177. Be careful and pay attention guys because they will blame everything on covid and because its all been "virtual".

This state has the worst courts and judges and cops. Why is that drunks and druggy people get basically a slap on the wrist there still driving but when someone fallows the law and make a mistake for something stupid a cop does a illegal you turn and stops me. Than go to court they changed the court and the job I have I can't leave post for the day of court call them and they say this and that basically saying if your not here by this time a bench warrant will be out. It's a dam shame when people try to work with the court but these courts don't care but yet they let all thses drunk drivers out of jail still let them drive this is a crappy state hope I move out of here

It was okay as far as a public Courthouse goes in trying to do any kind of business there. Because of covid-19 you are asked a series of about 12 questions pertaining to covid-19 before they will allow you to enter the second phase of the courthouse otherwise you are kept in the very front of the entryway before you are allowed to pass with a little red ticket that you give to security then they scan you for a possible fever before they'll let you enter any further. The courthouse is okay it's just this whole covid-19 stuff has gotten on everybody's nerves and it's just a bummer.

Talk about a rigged system. Got my truck broken into, filed a police report, and then (because I couldnt move my truck) I got a parking citation. I tried calling to talk to someone to possibly get the ticket redacted but neither the police nor the court wanted to help. I was told I have to come in and I dont have the use of my truck anymore so I'd have to walk if I want to undo their unjust citation. So guess who's just paying the ticket? Absolutely ridiculous. I've been here for two weeks and already hate it. Its not like I don't already have to pay over $600.

I'm ashamed to live in a state who can let off a drunk driver 10 times or let people free and Rome our community who have been to jail 5 times for the same offense and violent ones at that but I wake up late for court because I'm sick and have a sick baby at home who is a single mom and i don't have a record pay my taxes go to work and follow the rules but yet get a warrant for my arrest because I was late one hour. Thanks for making me pay the price but other who are a danger get off free ya that makes sense.

  • Emiley Davis

I called the office to get the number I was supposed to call for court, the lady gives me the wrong pin code to enter the call, so I had to call back and get the right pin number. Because I was given the wrong pin number for the call, I was late to appear in the court call and now am facing a bench warrant. Are you serious? Get yourselves together! That wasn't any error of mine, but now I'm supposed to be responsible for it? How can I file a motion to the judge?

  • Darin Reese

Garbage justice, per the norm of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Got a letter in the mail that I must appear as a witness. So I showed up. As did 2 other witnesses. Within 15 minutes cased dismissed and the perp set free to commit more crimes. Police officer never showed, bad guys let loose, good guys get screwed over, yup. Welcome to Albuquerque. Complete joke. This states system is worse than any other 3rd world countries. New Mexico. Land of Free Criminals.

Judge Frank A. Sedillo seems bias and doesnt care much for tenants defending themselves. When our case came up to defend ourselves against our landlord he didnt want to hear anything or acknowledge the pictures we presented. He dissmissed us not having heat or a working sink to do dishes in for months. Its better to stay home than try and defend yourself this judge wont listen. Disappointed that the little man cant stand up and be heard.

  • Sinbad G

This is one of the most unethical, dishonest, corrupt court systems in the country. The civil division routinely withholds information from the public who have active cases, and then when you don't allow them to silence you, they call security to silence you and run you off out the courthouse. This court will be reported to the Department of Justice as to the unethical practices held here. These people are pure evil.

  • Lee Owens

I had a experience from judge Gerald Leville in the district Court he dismissed a case that i won upon evidence then he took and applied false orders using dismissed case cause . took my kids using 6 false documents against me. i have all evidence showing proof on violating my constitutional rights in Due Processes and Double jeopardy and more . I seek justice from THE SUPREME COURT .

  • Danny Olivas

Judge Christine Rodriguez is a very bad judge! Today she let a violent offender who committed battery on police officers go on her own recognizance. This right after declaring her a flight risk.....huh? Talk about a bad judge, she's the worst! Voters beware, when these horrid judges come up for re-election lets vote them out, especially Christine Rodriguez!

With 30 & 3 day notices; court; sheriffs, it took 3 months to recover our townhouse. There is no coordination between the courts and sheriffs. Almost 7 thousand in losses. Each court operates independently.no consistentcy.. only corporate management can afford to absorb this level of losses. Small business doesn't have a chance.

  • M ArNaK

Backwards jury management, backwards state! Attn: parents of small children...NM is one of fewer than 5 states that does NOT have family friendly jury laws! They are NOT sympathetic to families! Call your senators & congress...get the laws changed. Until then good luck dealing with these bureaucrats!

  • Darryl Mail

The Judges in the state are a JOKE starting with the supreme court, what a bunch of liberal clowns , they put the safety of the public in danger at the expense of a their liberal views , SHAME ON YOU CLOWNS!, If you love the crime rate here , keep voting for liberal judges!!!

  • Josephine Gervais

Judge said she’d send me next court date. Took down my new address and then they sent it to the wrong address anyway so I ended up missing court date and had a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear. I’m very dissatisfied with Bernalillo metro court.

  • Amanda Perea

Very , very rude women working in the traffic department. I just called to get help and information on submitting documentation and this women was very rude immediately upon answering the phone. If you don’t know how to be polite and talk

  • CapeMation

  • José Hernández

very bad elitist judges and they are associated with lawyers making impossible a fair representation is manipulated the whole system and the law college knows them and they do not do anything that someone report this to a higher entity

  • Eden Eleogram

They do not record their calls. I received very wrong information and it’s my word against there’s. It’s not right. Comcast records their calls, you would think someone as important as the court house would record their calls as well.

  • Bernadette Calderon

4:50 and there phone lines are closed. I thought they were open til 5pm. What kind of customer service is this. Even if you don’t want to do business with these people you are forced against your will to HAVE to do busy with “our

Inaccessible to those traveling by bus, bike, or on foot because you have nowhere to put your phone to not take it into the building. There are no cubbies. Otherwise, customer service is fantastic. Short lines, helpful staff.

  • Fiona Brown

They don't answer the phone during the day because they are working their asses off. Leave a message and they will get back to you asap. I have used their help to evict a horrible renter and they were a big big help.

  • Courtney Wroubel

Tasha is very well informed. I missed a call from her, however the voicemail left by her was very detailed and helpful. This process can be confusing and overwhelming- I appreciate having someone so helpful.

  • arseface2k

the guy working the parking booth was incredibly rude. wouldn't let me go unless I had enough stickers. he got into a verbal altercation with some guy in a subaru ahead of me so I'm not the only one.

  • Lorettadawn

The judge is always taken to the property manager side they never listen to the tenant. They only give you 7 days to move out when you don't have no place to go. When will the tenants have rights

  • Ray Jan Saavedra (Jek)

I was harrased by a couple of DEA agents recently, but apparently Judge Papadoumian liked my lawyer's (Saul Goodman) suit that she got me a restraining order against them.

  • Canon Milligan

All the ladies I’ve spoken to over the phone with are extremely friendly and professional. I don’t think anyone wants to be calling the court, but the service was nice.

  • Daniel Chapman

Ive never had them answer one of my calls, and have waited on hold for hours on multiple occasions just waiting for a representative.

If nobody is gonna answer the phone, they should at least invest in a damn answering machine.

  • Jeffrey Arrington

Lousy service. Had a Kafkaesque experience trying to get my virtual traffic court hearing.

  • Jeremy Farnsworth

Adds fees on top of fees on top of fees and adds a processing fee for paying those fees.
