Earls was prompt, professional and kept me in the loop with part of this major repair. We had a complication that required several days of job and was extensive. We were updated regularly and given options. I felt like we were given the honest, best solutions and prices were quotes each step. I appreciated the dedication to the project as the crew worked in 111fh degree weather. I would highly recommend Earls and, even though I hope we do not need them soon, I definitely call them if we ever need plumbing help again.

This is not a real plumbing company. They answered the phone and asked if I am needing service. They are advertising as a plumbing company and then selling customer's information to other plumbing companies. This is a SCAM! They don't have a Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners Master License listed on the advertisement either, which is a big red flag.

They were professional and essential on the phone, and even got a repairman to us 4 hours earlier than their quoted time (called and requested first). Quentin was knowledgeable, quick, helpful, and walked me through the fix steps, and kept me updated when the issue turned out to be more than expected.
