It's weird for me to apply star rating to graveyards at all, but there's nothing wrong with that. I'm just writing my little review about this place. This city is magnificent. green, clean, cute. This cemetery is located in a very quiet, peaceful place of the city. It's quite large. So, it is located in the charming Užupis district. St. Bernardine Cemetery is a true tranquil haven steeped in history and beauty. Founded in 1810, this serene graveyard has served as the final resting place for many notable figures from Vilnius' cultural, social, and scientific spheres. Wander through the cemetery's meandering paths and discover the fascinating stories etched onto the tombstones. Come tutti i cimiteri monumentali è da visitare anche se non presenta strutture di straordinario rilievo. Alcune belle sculture sono cmq presenti e l'atmosfera che vi si respira è rilassante e da serenità. Facile arrivare da Uzupis a piedi oppure con bus 11. Da abbinare ad una visita al quartiere caratteristico di Uzupis.

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce z grobami z XIX w. Kawał historii. Zaniedbany bo ani Rosjanie ani Litwini nie byli zainteresowani utrzymaniem dowodów na obecność Polaków na tym terenie. Tym niemniej i tak jest w dużo lepszym stanie niż wiele np. niemieckich cmentarzy na ziemiach odzyskanych w Polsce.

Cmentarz niby nie działający...lecz ewidentnie widać ślady nowych pochówków. Kolumbarium częściowo otwarte...usuwane stare płyty i przygotowywane dla litewskich zmarlych...nie sądzę, aby to byli powinowaci tych poprzednich...nikt przecież przy zdrowych zmysłach nie zaciera śladów po przodkach...

This place is somewhat hidden and a short walk from the centre of Vilnius. But it is worth every effort! The graveyard is not used anymore for new funerals, and decay is progressive. It is quite nice to walk between the stones and statues and think of the past.

Byłem w 2014 roku . Groby profesorów , ludzi nauki i kultury , powstańców styczniowych ...widok i piękny i smutny zarazem bo miejsce(choć kilka minut od centrum) wyrażnie zapomniane i dość zaniedbane . Zniszczone groby i kolumbaria . Żal .

Urokliwe miejsce. Na cmentarzu w większości stare i bardzo stare nagrobki. i w większości o. Bernardynów. Piękne i zabytkowe grobowce wtulone między okazałe drzewa skłaniają do rozmyślań i pomagają wyciszyć się po dniu zwiedzania Wilna.

These days the cemetery is in full bloom of the siberian squill flower and it's really pretty and very photogenic - locals have obviously discovered it as well since there is many people people just walking around.

Старое польское кладбище. Сегодня стало "поломниченством" , люди приходят посмотреть на распустившиеся пролески. Нежный ковер из цветов мягко укутал могилы.

One of the most awesome cemeteries I have been to. Beautiful place and hard to explain the feeling but I definitely think it's worth the visit.

Vienos seniausių kapinių Vilniuje. Čia ilsisi labai daug Vilniui nusipelniusių žmonių, universiteto profesorių. Kapinės gražiai restauruotos.

Gražios kapinės. Jose palaidota daug Lietuvai nusipelniusių garsių žmonių, daug įspūdingų paminklų. Visai netoli mieso centras.

Средних размеров кладбище. Есть интересные надгробия, но много и разрушенных. Хорошее место, для любителей гулять по кладбищам.

Надзвичайне місце. Я знайшла могили свого роду. Дуже красиві надгробні фігури. Навіть у дощ у січні воно виглядає неймовірним

Labai senos kapinės. Įspūdingai atrodo pavasari ir rudenį per Vėlines. Būtinai reikia aplankyti.
