I went to drop off my Apple product at this location because Apple Support created an appointment for me and told me to replace the battery it is $99. I get to the store and they are not compliant with the lifting of the state mask mandate and they have chosen to not allow citizens to choose to wear, or not wear a mask. I am told to wait outside in my car and someone will come get my Apple product from me and I wait and wait. I finally call to tell them I am outside and they say it is policy that I have to bring in my product to the Geek Squad counter in person, so I said they wouldn't allow me in the store, so how do they want to get my product. They said again that they will send someone to get it from my car. 20 minutes go on and I leave. The manager of Geek Squad calls me and says I'm sorry were you waiting outside for someone? I said I was, but I waited for 20 minutes and no one came so I left. She said that I waited because she couldn't find anyone who was comfortable working with a 'mask less" customer and she said she was willing to help me. I told her over the phone what happened and she said I would have to pay $300 for a fix that Apple told me would be $99. She said I don't know why they told you that. It is $300 for that service. I said why would someone pay $300 when they could get a whole new one for $100 more? So, I said I will take it somewhere else. I understand there are those who feel more comfortable wearing a mask even though the CDC says they do not help protect anyone from anything, but last time I checked, I was born in a free country where I am not required to wear a useless mask, so for a company to have such a huge ego that they think they can control me and all of the other free people out there is astonishing. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to shop at Best Buy in any location for as long as you are taking people's freedom to choose away. Also, I called Apple Support and told them that you are charging $300 for a battery replacement and they said they have never hear of that before and all locations they have listed in their system says $99. So, I assume from that conversation that you are also scamming people's money. Sickening. Just purely sickening. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I personally like this store. I go here ALL THE TIME. I in-store pickup A LOT. However, today was the last day for me to use their in-store pickup function. The past 5 times I have had different poor experiences with in-store pickup and I'm just done with having anxiety before going into the store. Between them changing their pickup policy every week and not getting service promptly, I'd rather just look to see if they have it online and physically go find it in the store myself. Case and point: Today I ordered a couple iPhone charging cables - ready in like 15 minutes. GREAT! I head to the store to pickup. 1 person working the entire customer support area. 5 people in line for service. 1 dude taking up the service rep I guess looking for a better price. I don't know - it doesn't really matter. All that matters is that they have employees twiddling their thumbs on the floor because they are not busy and they have 1 service rep. So what do I do? Go find the items I was looking for myself, walk to a register (which received backup once the line got a few people in it) and buy it. All before the dude and the single service rep have finished whatever they were working on. I will note a service rep did walk up once I went to the regular line, but still. This has been my experience most of the time with in-store pickup. It is faster for me to just go pick it up myself and go to a register. This points out another problem - if you need to return something or exchange, you might only have 1 person serving the line. Will it ever change? Probably not. But it does make me think twice about ordering/buying something from Best Buy because either A) Amazon has the same thing and returns through there are generally simple, or B) Amazon can ship it to me same day so I don't have to bother going to a store to pick it up. It's something I think about every time I need to purchase something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Arrived to the store to find 2 games for my daughter and I. Combed through the entire PS5 selection, walked across the store, walked back (doubting myself). I finally gave into asking an associate - which were all busy (and understaffed on purpose if you know what’s going on w/ the Econ), so I ask the Manager of the store - short hair black and white beard (standing at the front of the store). He tells me he’ll page someone to help me. 15 minutes go by, no one. I decide placing an online order would be faster- in store pick up. THAT worked. All this for my kid, and I. It’s her birthday today, I was late for her birthday, arriving 30 minutes late. I figured this would be a quick in-out. I was completely wrong. The store’s employees’ lack of empathy and urgency was crazy. I know how things are these days, but I just needed a quick hand for help. None of them came. You know who did? An order picker. She finally told me that my online order/store pick up was ready to go. Problem solved, however I WAS LATE TO MY KID’S BIRTHDAY. The party location was 5 minutes away from the Best Buy. I COULD have planned better, but to think I’d need 45 minutes to and hour to FIND 2 games!? Nah, chief. The store manager is bad. When I finally told him, he said “thanks, bud.” What??? What? Nah chief. I have already told myself I’ll keep my money in my pocket, stop spending, and make companies hurt. Best Buy is added to the list. Don’t come here if you really need something fast. Also, this isn’t the he ‘Best’ buy for you money. Wild location, terrible employees. Except for the young lady who was picking orders. She is a small Hispanic/asian woman who was amazing. Work on your team.

I just had the pleasure to have Brian Reed and Tony Yurkunas respond to my service appointment. Not only was the work done as promised, but they were both very professional, showed a legitimate concern for my equipment and most importantly, they valued my time! Everything lost can be found again except for time wasted! These gentlemen called me, kept me well updated on the status of the appointment and did everything they could to ensure that I was treated as a valued customer! I’ve always admired how the Best Buy management team kept the company going strong in the era of ecommerce, media streaming and the ever falling prices of television sets. However, Brian Reed and Tommy Yurkunas are the reason for their success and they are true assets to the Best Buy organization! It is easier to retain an existing customer than to obtain a new one! Both Brian and Tommy know that and know it well. They are shining examples of what it truly takes to meet a customer’s expectations and I can’t thank them enough for their help!

I had a wonderful experience at this Best Buy. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they did not pressure me to buy anything. I was looking for a new laptop and I decided to go for the Surface Pro 9, which is a versatile device that can work as a tablet or a laptop. The staff answered all my questions about the features and specifications of the Surface Pro 9, and they also gave me some great suggestions on how to use it for my personal and professional needs. They showed me how to set up the device, how to use the accessories like the keyboard and the pen, and how to access the Microsoft apps and services. They also helped me compare the different models and prices, and they offered me a good deal on the warranty and the accessories. I was very impressed by their professionalism and expertise, and I felt confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend this Best Buy to anyone who is looking for quality products and excellent service.

I purchased a range online 10 days ago, they were supposed to deliver last week and they delivered to wrong house. They then told me they would reschedule me for Saturday and nothing g. I called back Saturday they assured me my appt was Monday, mind you I have taken off work all these days to have them deliver. Today is Monday they have no delivery scheduled for me. My family is coming in from out of town to visit and now the only available delivery is Saturday after Thanksgiving. So now we need to move ights around just because of the unprofessional business practices done with Best buy.I asked one of the agents for his name because he was being really rude and he said no he would not give me his name or any info and if I wanted to speak to someone else I can just drive to the store if I don't want to call or if I want to speak to someone else. Do better best buy

  • Michael M

Needed a new battery in an iPhone. Made an appointment online. The only question asked was what type of iPhone. “Chris” called to confirm the reservation and did not ask any other questions. When I got there, they said they could not replace the battery because instead of being at 79% battery life it was at 81%. They said I needed to go to a third-party store. (Clue: Best Buy is a third-party store). I told him I had driven 45 minutes to get there. I can’t pay to have the battery in my own phone replaced without Apple‘s approval? Why did they allow me to make an appointment if they couldn’t replace the battery? —Blank stare—. I asked why when Chris called he hadn’t asked about the battery if that was an issue. —Blank stare—. I later spoke with Apple on the phone. There’s no reason Best Buy could not replace my battery.

  • Zach Phillips

Bunch of liers. Was told they had an item I stock. Tried purchasing the item over the phone was told they were having computer issues and the item would be pulled and set aside. I drive an hour to this location since that is the only one that has the item. When 8 get there I'm told you don't actually talk to anyone at the store it's a call center and nothing happens they just say they do as show apparently which is was told by multiple employees as they giggled and cracked jokes at me. I hope best buy goes the way of radio shack and circuit city. Apparently common courtesy and a job actually being done is no longer something a company requires. I highly recommend shopping at the dump because at least then you expect to be treated like a piece of trash, probably will actually get a better product there as well

  • Scott Deluke

This is a pretty good Best Buy. The staff is nice and knowledgeable which is a cool change. I do wonder if they have a lot of theft here as the amount of touch points from blue shirts lol. We took our kids(5 and 1) here just to get out and pretty much walked the entire store. No matter the section we went to, the staff was well trained in their departments and could answer pretty much any question thrown at them. If your looking for high end stuff...they have a smaller Magnolia section so go look at it somewhere else and then come back here and buy it . Will definitely be back and appreciate the positive experience that we had. Would have given 5 stars but with the smaller location...they didn't stock what we were searching for in store. Keep up the great work!!!

  • Oscar C

Amazing Experience at this location. Staff was super friendly, accommodating and engaging. Everyone was in great spirits, fun to talk to and bent over backwards to help us find what we were looking for. Definitely got great value for our purchase! I read the previous reviews regarding Geek Squad-- I empathize with everyone on their thoughts. If you get crappy service from Geek Squad escalate to the store manager or corporate (Call Corporate while you're in the store and ask for their names) promise they'll back track. My experience with the store Manager for this location was great. It wasn't a 22 yr old punk as mentioned by one of the reviews. He was in his late 30's and a bigger guy. Look for him-- he actually cares about the customer experience.

  • Todd McCann

Geek Squad services have changed drastically. Their one year plan no longer covers multiple devices you already own. Only the device you are having serviced and NEW devices you buy at Best Buy only in the next 12 months. Also, their software they use to image/mirror old hard drives to new hard drives is 8 years old. They do not have any laptop RAM in stock and can only use their own. I had to buy my RAM on Amazon and have overnight delivery to take to them. They have one tech and he has 40 computers to work on at any given time. Turn around time is not quick. I don't blame the people working there, they are friendly and are doing the best they can. But the upper management who makes these decisions and policies is beyond horrendous.

Went in to the Alliance location shopping for a sound bar. Wanted to compare the Samsung Q Series with the Sonos Arc. Both expensive systems. I couldn’t hear the Q Series on display because music was being blasted by the speakers beside it. The employee who helped me initially did not want to turn the music down. I asked again and he did. Then I asked if I could please hear the sound bar with some different content. That was met with “no”, “this is it”, “it’s just the display content”. The sound bar is connected to a smart TV mind you. If you are a customer trying to evaluate premium audio visual equipment this is not the place. You cannot even get a demo for a 1500$ sound bar. Imagine trying to evaluate 4000$ OLED TVs.

Your basic Best Buy with a nice selection of TV, home audio, car, and computer wares. The addition of the wireless center (ATT, Verizon, Sprint) and the Apple section make this a one stop shop for all your electronic needs. Add a knowledgeable staff and a Magnolia section for A/V buffs and you’ll be pleased with the selection and service. You pay for all of this in two areas: first, the actual price. The items here are competitive but slightly above average of you include online shopping. Second, the traffic. This is in Alliance Town Center, which is a traffic nightmare. All in all, worth the dual prices you pay in my opinion.

  • Leslie Campbell

Horrible! They have you sign up for their program and then can’t deliver. We have ATTEMPTED, I say ATTEMPTED to purchase several appliances. Every time without fail, they ALWAYS reschedule. As I write this review, they have rescheduled my delivery AGAIN! No regards for peoples time or the value of good customer service. Don’t purchase anything with the hopes of it being on time. Completely disappointed, again and won’t continue to make the same mistake. Update: 15 minutes into a five minute hold with 2 phones and no one can address a call. Unbelievable! Customer service doesn’t seem to be Best Buy’s strong suit

I went to Gleek squad to have my iphone fixed and the worker that had ignored me and continued to work with other customers after it was 10 minutes since my appointment there started. Then they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t help me and told me to go to an Apple Store because I “didn’t have apple care” and “Apple won’t touch iPhones that have had third party repairs” when I obviously have apple care and I’ve never had any iPhone repairs and I told him that. The worker helping me was just insanely uneducated and didn’t even know how to hard reset an iPhone. Overall horrible experience.

Hi everyone I am sharing my worst experience about Best Buy I never had hilarious experience entire of my life! I am a regular customer of Best Buy and I bought all appliances for my house from their which is more that 15000.00, today which is 03/24/2022 I was there to buy a I phone pro I didn’t get help after waiting 30 min I was told “no body is willing to help me “that makes me so upset. Simply I walkout form the store and going to Apple store to buy a phone . I will never back this location and and I am requesting everyone please be aware with the employee as wells as location.

  • Gutsy

The WORST customer service. First off, I asked which Adobe I should get for starting out editing and photo editing. I told them I wanted to use it to gain revenue and build my skills. They give me the student and teacher one which I didn’t know till later you cannot use your makings for sale with this bundle! It’s almost like half the time the employees have no clue what they are talking about, yet they are recommending purchases. Second off, I had to go back and exchange this purchase and the customer service and front treated me like I was beneath them and a waste of their time.

  • Tanika Jordan

Horrible service at this location. Went in to "buy" a TV, And no one would help, even though there were like 15 associates that keep working around us, and all they could say was that you are next in the que! What the what! After how many associates walked by us. They told us they we work in the warehouse, but you still have on a blue Best Buy shirt but you could not help your customer that was willing to buy! This was the worst experience I have experienced at this location...never again! Please fix your customer service and tea h them to take care of their customers!

  • Ned Brown

BEST BUY CLOSES MY CARD DUE TO NO ACTIVITY. DIDNT SEND ONE EMAIL REGARDING THIS. COMING INTO CHRISTMAS TIME AND CLOSES THE ACCOUNT TO SOMEONE WHO PAYS THEIR CARDS… UNBELIEVABLE! AT LEAST WAIT TILL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS AND SEE IF I USE IT. NOW YOU LOST THE CHANCE OF SELLING SOMEONE EITHER ON THE CARD OR CASH. ALSO THEY BOMBARD YOU EVERYDAY WITH ADS AND IT BECOMES WHITE NOISE. SLOW YOUR ADS DOWN AND MAYBE PEOPLE WILL LOOK AT THEM. *This might be partially why your stock is down over 44 percent in the last 12 months. Bad customer service.

  • Dmytro Rombayev

Not a good place. I ordered all my PC build parts through Best Buy and it has been 2 weeks and I have not gotten anything and they won’t tell me why or when. My GPU was lost and iam out of a lot of money because of their trash service. I hope this gets resolved, either way never shopping here again and will recommend anyone else to stay away as well. Update- I tried to call many times to get this figured and no one would reply, so I had to go to the store on a 4th wasted trip just to get no resolution at all.

  • Kimberly Flores

Good experience overall in the store but I DO NOT RECOMMEND calling the number provided on here for billing information. Marie from billing could not find me under my full name, phone number and zip code. She kept asking me for my social security number and my credit card info in order to find me in their system. If you have any questions about billing or anything, I would definitely go in person to a store. I refuse to give anyone my social security number and/or credit card information over the phone.

  • Imran Bhaiyat

I had reached out to the customer service online for a price match and the rep said we won't price match Samsung because it was a limited deal, not sure what the hell he means by that. Either way I walked into the store to return something and I asked the guy at customer service to do the same and without any excuses he started checking on it, showed him the Samsung website price and he was able to price match it. Just wanted to share this here as the customer service guy was really nice and helpful.

  • Eli Shearer

The registers were closed, so I had to go through the customer service. Okay, I get to customer service, two guys working on one return, another guy working on another that just walked up, and a 4th that stopped to talk about boots with the two employees helping one person. After about 5 minutes of me waiting, another customer walks in and gets addressed and brought to the counter immediately. Absolutely ridiculously bad customer service. Should have just spit at me and got it over with.

  • Bartosz Jusinski

We usually have a good experience here. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Last time I was there I was even given valuable advice about purchasing an item at a different store which will keep me coming back. The biggest issue I’ve had is getting help with Apple products. There have been a couple of times with 5 customers looking for help and only 1 associate there to help which led to a 30 minute wait when purchasing a MacBook. Overall the prices are fair and it’s always clean.

  • Wayne Smith

I remember why I really don't shop here anymore. Walk in and greeted by the greeter that is on her cell phone, pausing her call for every customer who walks in. Grab the single item I went in for and go to pay. Well the registers are closed and you have to pay at customer service, but the only person at customer service is on the phone assisting someone on the line. Line full of people and no one to help. Still waiting for Amazon to put you out of business with zero customer service.

  • Bailey Pollack

Usually this store is always great to me, but when I walked in I felt ignored by the two staff members there. I decided not to think so much of it since it is still the holidays. I come up again later to worker, forgot to check his name badge, and asked a question. It felt as if he was rushing me and didn’t care to help me. He blew me off and was kind of rude to me. He was bald and a little taller than me. I understand if it’s busy but no need to be rude to customers who need help.

  • Tamra Wilson

The cashier's up front and the guy on the door were great. Other than that, the TV guys were too busy chatting with one another to see if we needed help. In the computer area apparently it take two cashier's to assist one customer, so when it was my turn to check out it was suggested it would be faster up front. The fellow who made the suggestion stepped away from a customer he was helping for a couple seconds to interact with us because the two cashier's couldn't be troubled.

  • clark hardy

This place has almost everything you want from an electronics store, minus small component parts for electronic repair and even then they have some minor things. The prices are practically universal when compared to other stores. The staff is agreeable and they don't try to push things on you. The only downside is that the place is packed and the aisles are cramped, like really cramped. Overall though? I go here often enough and I never have an issue.

  • Michael Martins

Love best buy! These folks are awesome I feel like there are a lot of new hires but don't worry they are super attentive to helping even if they don't know the answer they do their best to learn with you Update: I am keeping the rating however I was very disappointed by the absence of a charger within my apple watch series 8 open box with only a $20 discount. I'm gonna take the watch back to either get something closer to a $40 discount or a return.

  • Daniil Dolbnya

Spent a whole 2 hours buying a TV with one of their employees. Got the dates for installation for wall mount and times and extra parts. Just to end up waiting because the employee apparently hadn't put in anything into the system or didn't save idk because I can't get a hold of anyone at Best Buy to explain to me what happened. I'm home early from work waiting on my supposed appointment for the installation...Keep calling and nobody answering...

  • Geneva Rodriguez

Came in to look at some tablets for my aunt but it took some time. However this was the location by North East mall. We had a 15 minute window and wanted 1 question answered, and after asking for help someone in customer service was going to call who could help us By the time some one came by our time was up. We were walking out. Granted we should have come with more time to spare but I didn't think it would take so long for someone to come out

  • Robin Ramos

I just got home from Best buy. Where I bought two 27-in curved screen monitors and the young man that helped me was so very helpful. I mean honestly he made shopping so easy he went above and beyond. Extremely polite and even grabbed a basket for me. I felt spoiled and he did it for no reason. They don't make commission (I that out when I was walking out the door and commented that this young man was so very nice) thank you best buy

  • Tracy Szantyr

Today we went to check out new cell phones, after going to the provider. Harrison saw us looking around and asked a few questions. We hemmed and hawed and asked some questions, Harrison is very informative, knew a lot about the brands, warranties and coverage. He was very thorough, when it came to the setting up process was very patient and explained everything very well. Best Buy has a fantastic employee in Harrison!

  • Henry Usaga

Purchased a Samsung Fridge at this location for my family. The delivery people REFUSED to leave the new appliance inside my home instead they left it OUTSIDE. What is the point of having appliance delivered if my family was going to have to do everything themselves. Forcing your customer to pay an "Installation" fee. Totally BS store with horrible delivery. To whoever read this DO NOT BUY anything at this location.

  • Michael Wood

After purchasing a television here about 2 years ago, we returned to find a second television. Last time, we received the information to facilitate an educated decision that meets our needs without overselling us. This time, the associate was a bit more pressing, and they were "out" of the model we wanted, so we purchased the next best deal (we think). More than we wanted to spend, but..... it's a great tv

  • Kim Gandy

I ordered a laptop online. It clearly said delivery would be NEXT DAY. I made my order and once everything was complete it changed from Next Day to no date available. I tried to change my order and was told I couldn't that it would arrive on Monday. Now Monday, it says the 7th. Over a week out. I have called and chatted repeatedly. They would rather lose my business than let me go pick up my laptop.

  • Dennis Watts

This is like a toy store for me. I always spend more than intended. Great store. My only issue is you need someone who knows their stuff (like TVs, which is what I bought). There are so many variables and you can Google till you pass out but someone who understands features, differences, etc. is a huge help. Sometimes you have wait for assistance but it's worth it to get a knowledgeable employee.

  • Dennis Gotcher

They had some big wigs in so I was ask by every associate if I needed help. That was nice compared to other Best Buy locations I've been to where they seem to avoid you. Only 1 cashier but it wasn't busy so I got in and out quickly. No real flow to the store, it seems like the company is trying to cram as much in there as they can. Overall no real complaints as it was not a memorable experience.

  • M T

Bought a house full of appliances. Employees were very knowledgeable and the process went quickly. After I purchased from Best Buy, I noticed my washer/ dryer and refrigerator went on sale, with competitors being slightly cheaper. Best Buy quickly issued refunds to my card (totaling $997.00!). The no hassle price match and easy return policy is what I like most about Best Buy.

  • Alfonso Rivera-Moctezuma Jr

Once you visited one Best buy you have visited all of them. The interior layout and staff is what makes any one of them stand out. Five stars for the interior layout and cleanliness including staff politeness and knowledge of products and services. Two of which specifically were kind enough to spend 45 minutes of my questions of various aspects related to one single topic.

  • Fred Jones

Awesome location, have been to quite a few Best Buy’s but this one takes the cake. Have been having an issue with my fusion vacuum and this store went over and beyond to make it ok. Highly recommend building a relationship with this location and going here for all your Best Buy needs. They care and will take great care of you. Awesome job Best Buy at Alliance town center!

  • Nicole Weaver

My bad experience is not with the products it is with Austin in customer service. I am uncertain why he is in customer service. He needs to learn what it is. He constantly cuts you off when you are talking, does not speak kindly, and is not good at explaining the process. I rate his customer service a 0. He is not like the other kind and helpful people on the floor.

  • Jaymz Cross

Staff were overly friendly. Asking if I needed help every couple minutes. I counted 13 times, being asked if I needed help during the 21 minutes I was in the store. It was almost too the point of badgering me. The shelves were lightly stocked. Maybe they're in between warehouse shipments? Store was clean but understocked and staff were constantly on top of me.

  • linds S

The manager Jeremiah was very curt and rude. This can’t be the first time he has had negative interactions with customers. I wonder how they can afford to keep a manager like that. Left a MacBook Pro and a TV at the counter because of his lack of professionalism. He even stated he didn’t care they would make up the lost revenue eventually as I walked away.

  • Linda Potters

Jesse was so helpful and helped me pick out the perfect laptop for my needs. He was patient and kind, very knowledgeable, answered.all of my questions and knew what he was talking about, I'll be back tomorrow to buy it. Jesse is an asset to Best Buy, I will be a loyal customer because of him. Thank you Jesse. Please forgive any typos this keyboard is small

  • Tim Stull

Best Buy needs to change. They seem to care more about making a quick buck than helping people (customers) get what they want. What ever happened to helping your customers? I feel sorry for the employees that can't do anything to help but have to stand there and ask you if you found everything you were looking for. Sad. I am done ever shopping here again.

  • Darby DeLorenzo

Very helpful people on staff but not much selection in stock. Can order anything and gave it shipped quickly, always an option. Tried to sell me many things I wasn't interested in. Seem to be very well trained in trying to push items on customers. But was overall happy to purchase a laptop and leave. I can come back within 15days to get the warranty

  • Aniruddha Roy Choudhury

This was my first time at Best Buy. I bought a Samsung TU7000 56" TV. I got it delivered to my home. The experience was smooth and seamless. The delivery was smooth, on time as promised and hassle free. The product is awesome as well. At it's price, it's completely worth the price. This experience has made me a long term Best Buy customer.

  • Esther

It literally took me longer to park than to return the item I needed to return. Easy breezy lemon squeezy! Went again yesterday to buy a new washer and dryer that I had already picked out online. Garrett was super helpful getting me financed and ready to go. Very professional. Really knew his stuff. He's only 17 but you'd never guess it.

  • Kenneth Redic

Sales agent "Harrison" did an excellent job in helping me pick the best computer for my needs. He was very knowledgeable of all the products and even recommended a computer that wasn't out for display. I greatly appreciated his patience and attentiveness. I am completely happy with my purchase. He delivered service with a personal touch.

  • Brian Abraham

I couldn't get the app to work inorder to get my curbside delivery. My order was not what the salesman told me it would be. The store manager, "Ricky " was belittling and basically, in my opinion, a condescending prick. If not for my order being a Christmas gift, I would have left it with them and given my business to a different store.

  • Doug Perkerson

Geek squad visit. They were kind and polite as they always have been. Was unable to get my screen swapped in-store even though the online system had scheduled the appointment for that purpose. The manager was nice enough to reduce the price of a swap out to the price of a glass swap. I should have my new phone in a couple of days.

  • Jose Giron

Maybe one of the oakiest best buys in the area. It is in a rather busy area but the problem isn’t how crowded it is but that they never have popular items in stock. Some basic items like for example AirTags, that Walmart always has. Kind of come out disappointment specially if I need help with someone since it’s so crowded .

  • Thomas Batchelor

Best Buy corporate is wanting to charge each person who comes in 0.10 cents for a bag. Are you that hard up for money. Why not just close down your store. You probably get paid for recycled ♻️ bags and trash for waste diversion. You still ask if I'd like a bag so you can charge me for it. How rude and despicable can you get.

It's great to still have an electronics store nearby that you can pick something up today. This location has been great - they're not too pushy and have some guys working there that actually know a thing or two about what they're selling. If you want to be able to find electronics locally (not just online), support Best Buy!

  • Emily A

The staff is always friendly when there is someone available to assist you. It's usually pretty busy at this location. Be sure to check Sam's and Costco to see if they have a better price on the item you're looking for because we've recently found Sam's selling a web cam for half the price Best Buy was selling it for.

  • Kevin D

I have ordered online and they sent to store pick up. My order have been canceled. I called Best Buy and asked . They told me to go to store. When I go there and talk to customer service. They tell me they have nothing to do with online order. This I place is very Poor customer. Especially store manager is helpless.

  • Matthew Jaramillo

Honestly a 5star experience. We went to return a computer charger, buy a new laptop, and inquire about a new phone. All 3 people who helped us were more than helpful, friendly, and very insightful. It's been rare lately to receive good help and this was a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who helped us

  • Richard Johnson

Average best buy. We had to stand in line for 17 minutes to make a return. There were 6 people standing behind the counter and only 2 registers open. - ⭐. I wanted a new LED gaming keyboard and mouse. The gentleman in that area was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get what I needed with no problem.

  • Randy Keller

Needed a sound bar. Happened to see an open box unit that was labeled as condition-satisfactory. Said something to the salesman and he says, let's open it up and look. Unit was is perfect shape, just a really tore up box. Saved $140 on an $250 sound bar. Didn't get the salesman's name but he took care of me.

  • Kaleb Carr

Good selection of merchandise. Best buy employees are generally helpful without being overbearing. Prices are competitive with other tech and bug box retailers. The laptop section employees/representatives can be very overbearing asking if someone needs help multiple times in a row even after being told no.

  • Liza Figueroa (SunShineinfarrockaway)

Always great service in any state I go to a best buy, easy process ordering to have my two tvs to be mounted on the wall. The young man who came by, I think it was Zack, he himself mounted two 65-inch tvs and with a smile. Nice respectful young man. Excuse the mess in the video as I was still unpacking...

Which location? The Denton store was closed AGAIN at 7pm on a weeknight when Google said it was open until 8pm. Thankfully the store on Sage Meadow was open until 8pm like advertised or we would have been in a bind. They allowed us in at EXACTLY 8pm. Great experience all the way around AT SAGE MEADOW.

  • Blake Yang

10/10 speaking with Patrick in computer/monitors. Very rarely will have someone actively engage and seem interested to help out-he did! I’m a tech guy and he knew everything to the point but ALSO possessed great people and sales skills. Working in sales 10+ years I’d hire this guy in a heartbeat!

  • Randi Dultz

Best Buy has surprise fees of at least $200 extra dollars on appliance purchases and won’t haul off your old ones where Costco will. Costco you end up paying what they say. If you don’t have a Costco membership it’s worth it to go buy one and purchase appliances there. You will still save money.

  • Des

I went in today and Patrick from the geek squad was the one who assisted me and he was very friendly I feel like he went above and beyond with his service and even tho they were busy and seemed short staffed they did not try to rush me out of the store even tho they were closing thanks pat!

  • Christopher Fiore

Matt, who I believe is the GM or at least a manager here, was one of the most pleasant and genuine best buy employees I've encountered in over two decades of shopping at best buy! He was super helpful and professional, I will never forget the great experience I had with him serving me!

  • James Culberson

Extremely sleezy sales people in the appliance department… tried to sell us a “membership” that was $200 per year and sold it as being better than the extended warranty that was only about $150 for 5 years. We ended up just walking out and going to Lowes. They weren’t pushy whatsoever.

  • Fabio Junior Policeno

The guys destroyed my property when deliver and I am waiting for weeks and they didnt fix yet. Also They said I would receive 10% back because my first purchase with my best buy card which I never received! Horrible service Best Buy!!! Edit: after some months they paid for the damage.

  • John Lowder

Geek squad service is just a bunch of armature know nothings. Samsung directed me there for warranty and they told me they didn't have the parts, didnt know if they could get parts. I know they didn't pull the phone apart and troubleshoot the phone in the 5 minutes I was waiting. I

  • Essence Smith

Was in need of a new laptop. I wanted a Dell or a Lenovo. The employee that assisted me in that department was very knowledgeable on processors, RAM, and so much more. This made the purchase so much simpler, and he saved me some money. I purchased and recommend the Lenovo Yoga.

  • Eric Eanes

The tech that installed my wife's remote starter was a great guy. I was having issues getting the right one. And what I appreciated was him pausing what he was doing to make sure I got the right one , to helping me repurchase,to helping me make an appointment time that worked .

  • Rogers Kai

Very poor customer service..Best Buy used to be a good store I enjoyed going to but now it is a hassle to get any employees assistance ,The staff had to ask for help on the intercom with any problems and they still couldn't solve your problem even lousy manager!

  • Tony&Dees

Friendly service. I love places where the employees walk up and ask, "Is there anything I can help you with?" We were asked about five times from four different employees and we actually needed help three out of those five times. Thanks Best Buy, I'll be back!

  • J Walk

Was just a quick trip to get an iPad charger cable. Found what we needed without much trouble. Did a little browsing and found several things to add to a wish list. Check out was quick and not evenfull. This was an easy and quick retail shopping experience.

  • Dee to the Jay

Good bit of business. Went TV shopping and my journey ended here. Salesman let me browse before approaching and tailored his recommendations to my needs with a solid base of product knowledge. Got what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Well played!!!!

  • Warren Edwards

Another customer's return was mistakenly put on my Best Buy account. A manager named Dallas at the North Fort Worth store would not take the return off my account. I don't understand this. Looks like I'll have to call corporate to get this taken care of.

  • Johann Rodriguez

The store is clean. It is just hard to find someone to help. I would have to walk around to find someone and if I did, they would then say it's not their area and would have to call someone over. Some staff friendly others not engaging when checking out.

  • Jeff

This is the manager! I want to place an order for computers to ship to family in Delaware. Said it was out of service area. He asked me to only pick up in the store! He actually told me it couldn't be sent to Delaware! Remember this disgusting face! ! !

  • Joe Schweighofer

Selection of in-stock merchandise seems to be dwindling and not as much items in display. Still an ample amount to choose from, but not like years past. Still, Best Buy prices are good and the store is clean and people are friendly when you need them.

  • Malinda Gibson

We went in for new phones and needed some help wading through all the choices. In steps Harrison to the rescue! He was awesome, no hard sell, just the info we asked for. He's knowledgeable, didn't talk to us like we were idiots and he was nice.

  • Charles Boltas

Best Buy used to be great. Now, the building is empty and barely stocked with any items. Best Buy hopes that you order the item and have it delivered to the store within two days. What if you need it now? For example, my WiFi card went out

  • sarah anjuwon

I ordered an electric steam dryer in store. Everything was fine up until after the delivery and installation. I run my washer and 30 minutes later I hear gushing water. My entire laundry room is now flooded and the hose to the washer out

  • James Evans Sr

First time I have been to Best Buy. I was really impressed with the place and the prices. We bought our grandson a free stand virtual reality system that he was wanting for his birthday. I didn't know anything about them but the guy who

  • wallace perez

The staff at this location us always helpful. They answer your question if find someone who can. Good people. I almost bought a bigger and better processor and the gentlemen suggested more Ram and it is way less expensive to reconfigure

  • PAUL WILLS

Went in just to register for an appointment with Total Geek Support. Horrible customer service! Only had 2 service members. No one offered to simply set up an appointment at customer service. Imagine going to a car dealership with only

  • Doug McMurray

Very pleased with the top notch customer service. It all started with the moment I walked into the door with a friendly welcome and didn't end until I was loaded up. The sales team in the TV department was ready to help and started to

  • Ahmed Elwaei

I’m writing to thank you for the wonderful and amazing of services provided by Cecil he a really great service manager,He deserves thanks as he helped us today and I would like to give him 5 stars,He deserve all the words of thanks

  • Tim Evans

Nice mix of products from mobile phones and home media to personal care items like the Wahl shaver I just bought. Not quite the best buy of old days but good enough when you feel like doing something local. Love the toys here...

  • Nell Bednarz

Love my small "shelf" audio speakers. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I received enough information to make a clear choice and install them myself. Because of low stock, I had to return and buy on a second visit.

  • Rami Alkarkhi

I just buy phone from bestbuy and I return next day and charge me restocking fee $45 and I recommend donot buy anything from them and there are scam with restocking fee and if there are zero stars I will give them.

  • Tammy Weatherly

Eh, it's a Best Buy just like any other, nothing standout-ish, in fact to be honest it can be difficult to find an employee when you need one. But the store is clean and we can mostly find what we need on our own.

  • Faith Harriosn

Wesley helped me out today , he was amazing explaining the flexible financing options for the Best Buy Visa card , overall customer service was great very welcoming and very educated and helpful !!!:)

  • Brock Smith

Visited this store to troubleshoot the laptop I bought from them. Was out of there in less than 10 mins, and was completely satisfied. Employees were friendly and lenient. Overall great experience

  • Avantika Bhutani

Best Buy is our goto stuff for home appliances and electronic stuff. We love their 18-24 month financing. It's always crowded and parking is a bit messy so we park a little farther and walk.

  • Eddie Menard

came in here to buy a few things a few times, always had what i needed and answered all questions necessary. clean place with amazing staff! very much recommend for your technological needs

  • John Perez

Almost no service. took forever to actually pay for my item. both times had poor service. Tried to buy washer and dryer ended up canceling order and bought at Home Depit for 600 less.

  • hrtbrkn

0 customer service the rep who was consulting went somewhere and never came back. Employees have no idea where their products are. I guess nobody really gives a damn about customers.

  • Linda Warnock

Staff was very eager to help find what I was looking for. As busy as they were on the day after black Friday there were still adequate people to help. Check out was quick and easy.

  • Rae McManus

The employee thar helped us out was extremely knowledgeable on their products, didn't try to sell me any random thing. Instead he helped me find the perfect that best fit my needs
