Got a fish from here *second time buying this specific breed last one died in a couple weeks* and this one did not last a whole week. The other two fish are thriving(got them months ago along with the first one), growing and eating. This one came in, won't eat, and is now swimming sideways, followed all instructions set to me.

I love coming here for pet advice. They give you help as much as they can with tips and tricks and refer to a vet or other services when needed. They have a broad range of pet supplies and brands, with everything that you could ever need or ask for. They are honest and also have many treats for well behaved doggos :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they took the time to discuss my needs and concerns about which type of nail clippers I should purchase and gave me some tips on how to use the clippers correctly. I had my 13 year old dog with me and they showed her lots of attention, which was appreciated.

Very pet friendly. Vets at the back, and a brilliant range. Staff are absolutely lovely and really are all animal people who know their stuff. There's a puppy training class available here too. The range of Kong toys is brilliant, so we've always got something new to interest a bored Labrador.
