Facial service was good, but the reception lady was horribly rude, unprofessional and full of sarcasm. I received good service from Sindy but ended up ruining my whole day by reception desk's terrible service and verbal abuse. If you are the business owner, my advice is to find a better reception desk who does at least a little bit customer service instead of pushing customers away. So here's more detail: I've never seen such an unprofessional reception desk, precisely, a female with short hair. I was told 3 totally different versions of membership packages (1. prepay six-facial-package and get 10% off, 2. “no we do not sell service package”, 3. deposit $500 and get roughly 10% off). Sounds like she randomly made 3 decisions just a second ago. Since I triple checked, she eventually confirmed the most expensive version. They also add burden on their members to carry a member card. I was given a card and informed it has to be present during my every visit. Then I questioned this requirement as most salons only ask about phone number and it is unfair to put responsibility on customers to keep an additional card or memorize the lengthy card number. Since then, I suffered endless verbal abuse from the reception desk until I requested to refund my package deposit and ran away. The lady with short hair even dropped a sentence “well, I don't know what I did wrong”. Here's my reply to this lady: Adding 'thank you' and 'ok?' at the end to every single sentence does NOT make you a polite person and it does NOT change the fact that your endless verbal abuse was mocking and surly. It was sarcastic that you stopped my every sentence by your 'thank you' and 'ok?'. Ladies and gents, if you have to choose this salon, please bear in mind that do not try to question their reception desk else they will 'gently' ridicule you in the next few minutes and you won't even have a chance to speak out (as they won't let you do). If you have to purchase a service package for some reason, please be aware that you may have to please the fussy reception desk to get a little discount. Again as a reminder, there are TONS of salons nearby and this place does NOT stand out.

I called and was told that a deep tissue massage for 60-minute was $40. When I got there, I was pushed to get the 70-minute essential oil massage for $70. I told her that I’m not sure about the essential oil because I may be allergic and maybe I should do the deep tissue massage but she kept pushing the essential oil massage, so I ended up getting it. Although she was very friendly, I did not like being pushed sales. Instructions to prep for the massage isn’t very clear. I was kind of confused and was trying to make out the charades. Here are the instructions based on my experience for an essential oils massage: 1) Take off shoes and change into slippers by the door (shoes will be stored for you) 2) You’ll receive a locker key and a set of clothes to change into in the locker room 3) Lock up your belongings and leave locker room 4) Masseuse will guide you to your massage room 5) Masseuse will leave the room for you to take off the top you were given to wear 6) Get on the table face down with the blanket covering your body The massage was okay and honestly very painful. The masseuse was quite rough and I felt like he was just slapping things (blanket, towel, etc) around. I personally would not go back. The place seems pretty clean. As soon as you walk through the door, they ask you to change into slippers and leave your shoes by the door. Everyone working there had masks on as well.

First time here, after reading good reviews I decided to get here and give it a try. As I walked in, I was greeted by a receptionist, I chose a 1hr deep body massage. The massuese was a women named "EVA". She walked me into the massage room and made me feel very comfortable. The place is sparkling clean, and very quiet there is no chatting or whispering, extremely professional. ☆ EVA☆ was amazing, she preformed a fantastic massage and with care. I was blessed to have her for my time at Best Spa. I will recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Specially EVA. On the way out I was greeted by the Owner Jimmy, and he thanked me for giving a try at his place. I told him that it was a fantastic experience and I will be returning back. This is a place where you can get a professional massage. Nothing like the other massage places where thay only oil your body. If you do go here, must ask for EVA!!! P.S. keep up the great work BEST SPA, you deserve more than 5 Stars.

My friend and I had a 1-hour session here and our experience was so bad. This place is definitely not on the cheap side in Flushing, but the massage is just okay. We both have a lot of experiences in massage and we both felt it's just okay, at most. We are typically pretty generous in tipping but for their service we decided to tip 17%. Surprisingly the manager refused our tips and demanded a "minimum of 30% tips". If you come during off-peak hours that amount would be almost 40% of the price you pay. Also after our session we were rushed out of the room within 3 minutes (including dressing) because they needed to make room for the next guests. Isn't that rude? This place is very busy. This is often a good sign. But for the price and services there are much better choices in Flushing. 按摩比较一般啦,跟外州的按摩店差不多。价格在法拉盛绝对不算便宜。我们其实是愿意多付钱找按摩好的地方,但是这个地方让我们失望了。法拉盛这么多家好店,不值这个价。

I love this place! It's become a favorite for my boyfriend and myself. First of all they are very clean. You leave your shoes by the door and they have slippers with disposable liners waiting for you. They check your temperature and even took their own to show us. They sanitizer your hands (even gave us each a handy size bottle of sanitizer once to keep) and give you a uniform. You are walked to a locker that is sprayed with alcohol right before your eyes. Once you're done undressing if there is a wait time they have a couch they again sanitize before you sit. Nice fish tank to keep you occupied while waiting. I have always been asked where I primarily want the focus of the massage to be and then I'm led into a clean, relaxing room for an hour of heaven! Hands down for the location and price, this is the top spa!

While the massage was decent there is nothing about this place that is relaxing or serene. Each "room" is only separated by curtains from the walkway and the next door client. There is an ongoing commotion and you can hear everything all the time. My male masseuse did not speak any English and it was impossible to convey what I wanted or where to focus on. At the end as I was checking out I wanted my shoes back which they took as I walked in and they had a hard time locating. While I was nervous looking for my shoes the receptionist kept telling me I needed to tip. I asked her to wait a min so I find my shoes and put them on. She then came next to me and kept asking me to pay a tip immediately. I always intended to tip but their aggression made me uncomfortable. Will not be going back

They were super clean. They were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend the place. It’s on the second floor when you get out of the elevator, the sandals are waiting for you. They have lockers for you to change your clothes into their cute little outfits. They have washer and dryers there so they wash on premise. They gave us keys to the locker and we changed our clothes. We then went into the back room to get massages. We got the oil massages. We paid $70 each. They were perfect with the amount of strength that they used. They took out knots in places I didn’t even know about. They rub my feet and I felt tickled. lol They wore masks throughout. They take credit cards. They are usually busy on Saturdays and Sundays, but we were able to get an appointment.

This place is a solid Chinese deep tissue massage place. This isn’t for you if you’re looking for special services. It’s a no frills generally clean place where you can have a masseuse beat you up for a while and make you feel pain in places you didn’t know hurt. But after it’s all said and done you’ll feel sore but your body will feel much looser and unstressed. Foot massages are the same thing. Both are worth the time and money. Just don’t forget to tip. For an hour massage anything less than 15$ is an insult. These people work hard so you can feel better don’t be cheap when showing your appreciation. They speak English, Chinese, and Korean I know this place will be around for a long time because the boss cares and you’ll often see him around.

  • Kay Dave

The service was nice people but the massages was horrible , walked in fine and walked out hurt . Me and my husband both were in pain right after our massages which they claim was an hour but felt like 35 minutes . Both ladies thumbs was mega hulk strong and when you tell them medium they still go hard, you tell them soft and they go harder like they don’t understand. I felt like she almost burst an organ with the strength of the thumb they had . My husband have shoulder pain now which he didn’t have before . Felt suffocated with all the sheets on me over my head with mask. Never will come back because even after bad service we left and they call for tip. Who does that!

Clean and well kept spot for body and foot massages. Been there a couple times and it seems like they take extra care to keep the place clean and sanitary. They have slippers with disposable inserts as you enter. The place looks like they clean it everyday, it feels sanitary. The workers are mild mannered from the cashier to the masseuse. I've been to places where the music they play is not relaxing and where the person doing the massage is on the phone or worse talking over the wall with the other masseuse. Here they are careful not to disturb you. If they speak to each other, its minimal and in whispers. A good spot. Glad I found it on google. Will go again.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I always satisfied at the professionalism, cleanliness and communication here. If you been to other massage places in Flushing you know it can be hit or miss and some suddenly close. I’ve only received the full body and foot massages and they are always great. Unlike other places I don’t bother to get names because they all seem to do a great job. The only thing is I wish they spent more time on legs but I guess I have to specifically request that. My advice is to get here early before your appointment time because parking is very scarce with all the restaurants now having outside seating.

  • Miss K R

It was a fairly nice experience. The receptionist was polite, and the place was clean. However, I'm subtracting points because: •The masseuse was rough to the point of causing me pain at certain points (and it was a little difficult to communicate) •They were very friendly when I came in, but after the massage was finished, they seemed like they were in a hurry to kick me out I'm not sure I would book an appointment with them again. I have to think about it. Edit: I'm updating this review to lower it from three to two stars. The massage was rough to the point of painful, and I left feeling worse than when I came in, if anything.

  • Meiling Han

I dont know how they got this good review. I asked on the phone if deep tissue therapeutic massage is available, they said yes and when i went there i’ve also said that we really have bad pain so we need strong massage and the manager said they only do strong massage. In fact, what we got for $35/each massage is just touching the skin, put some lotion on it, spent time like this for 1 hour. The pain didnt relieved AT ALL. The hot stones even didnt go along with meridian. I just dumped my $70+ tip. Very unprofessional and money wasting. I was very curious if they really know how to to massage and if they have license or not...

  • Cynthia Marino-Sicat

We very much enjoyed our spa sessions at Best Spa. The husband got a full body massage that included hot stone session and he very much enjoyed it. I got the Korean Aqua Peel Microdermabrasion + LED treatment and I absolutely loved it. Even after 2 days my skin looks refreshed, smooth and younger. This treatment included a message. I felt very much like a Super Star. Like many other reviews, the spa is very clean and everyone is friendly. During COVID time all staff had face masks on. We felt comfortable in spending more than 1 hour in the Spa. We will certain come again!!!!

  • Yvette Andino

Amazing spa! My first time on my own to get a body massage ‍♀️ and it was perfect! I went during the happy hour special from 10:30 am (it finished at 1:30 pm). I got the essential oil massage for 70 mins! The massage therapist (I should have gotten her name) was so good! She even did hot stone massage at times. It was a nice surprise. I paid $70 (if I had cash it would have been $65 like the happy hour price) plus $15 tip since I had debit card and not cash (recommend bringing cash). I feel like a brand new woman ❤️ thank you best spa - you really are the best.

  • Will Kan

I agreed with other post and attest to the cleanliness of this spa, main reason I try them. Their setup is great, disposable liner for the flip flop they provide you, off the the changing room with keyed lockers, then to the massage room. Everything clean and well kept. Ask for a deep stong massage, my masseuse did her best, but still not as strong as I like it. But, I will definitely return to see if I can find masseuse that better fits my needs. All and all a good visit and I would say a must try. Although parking can be a bit challenging around this location.

  • Michelle Liu

I've been consistently coming here for years, and the owner has always been incredibly flexible, always finding space and time for us (even when he is at capacity). The venue feels very clean and they give you your own spa wear to change in and out of. The massueses are very professional, and they make a point of asking where your trouble spots are. Sometimes you may get someone who doesn't meet your needs (i.e. too week, too strong, gender, etc.), But it hasn't stopped me from coming back. Very relaxing and nice place. I usually come for the happy hour.

  • Kelina Zhu

$35 for a full body massage that gets to the root of the problem and I always leave feeling like jello. I love how I get a random masseuse every time and they all have different styles and techniques which make it interesting and helps me relax different parts of my body. It's cheaper if you get a membership and put money into your account which is what I do. The full body for 1 hour is $32 with an account. I am addicting to coming here once a week. I don't know how I lived before getting massages here.

  • Cindy W.

5-star worth massage place. They are located on the second floor and upon entering, you will remove your shoe, select the massage style, and guided to the locker room to remove your clothes and change into their cloth. We came as a couple and were given a couples room. The massage was well executed, and the lady focused on my needs (neck and shoulder). They also did a great job of giving us the full 70 mins ($70) rather than stopping early like certain massage places. Will definitely be back.

  • Alli

This spa is very clean and professional. The owner will greet you as you come in. You leave your shoes at the door and slip into clean sandals that they provide. I have gotten several foot massages that were 5 star. I have been else where but this spa was the best. I have had the full body and she got out the knots I had. They provide you with a free locker to put your belongings. They let you sleep after the massage of you would like. Their prices are very good and I will keep coming back.

  • Dennis Sanabia

90 minute massage for $58, and it was gooooood! Nice place, very clean and staff was pleasant. I was a massage therapist for 10 years, so I can say this wasn't just a fluff and buff massage. Lisa had solid pressure and focused on the problem areas I mentioned (shoulder girdle, low back, upper legs and hamstrings). Well done all and all. Also, there are 3 or 4 different KoreanBBQ spots just steps from Best Spa, so next time will plan for dinner afterwards.

  • Shania Harry

Went for a couples facial. About 1 hr. $78 each. Owner demanded 10 tip for each of the ladies that worked on us. She said "no no 10 tip each thats to small. 2 ladies have to get $10 tip each." I'm sorry miss but a tip is a courtesy! Would not recommend to anyone! Plus the products the lady used had my face burning I told her and she said no no this is for sensative skin cant burn. But im literally telling you it burns. Now under my eye has a burn/bruise

  • A C

The foot scrub and massage by Leo? OUT of this WORLD. It starts with a quick back and shoulder massage while you soak your feet in warm water in a massage bottom bin. Then into a big arm chair and then the bliss of getting your feet scrubbed and exfoliated, then massaged. My legs were massaged and my feet and ankles and I felt SUPER relaxed afterwards and like a NEW PERSON!!! The secret is OUT, Leo or Leon, SIR - you are excellent!

  • Thiago Chaves

Massage was good. Staff needs to learn English. Reception is not too well organized with direction when there's multiple clients coming in. Elevator available(business is on 2nd floor); I chose to take the stairs and it felt like walking up stairs in a building with too much asian families; shoes on almost EVERY STEP! Scooters blocking staircase(fire hazard!). Price should be slightly lower, but as stated above...massage was good.

  • Naila S

So it was my first time ever getting a full body massage and facial with my husband.. we had such an amazing experience, I can only say great things about this place. I’ve also never left a review for nothing in my life, but this is how outstanding everything was. I can’t recommend it enough! It’s a bit on the pricey side, but every penny was worth it. You come out feeling AND looking brand new!

  • Alex maisonet

Best kept secret in Flushing! Had a wonderful experience with a friend on Friday, called in for a same day appointment and was promptly scheduled. Facilities are extremely, extremely clean and they are incredibly friendly too. I asked for Leo for my friend as he was recommended online and I myself was assigned to Anna; both were superb and highly skilled. Will definitely be coming back!

  • Susan Zhu

They call it the right name. Definitely best full body massage I've ever gotten. I always walk out like jelly (my whole body is relaxed). They really put a lot of work into the massage and some parts do hurt. They mostly speak Mandarin and a little bit of English. The staff are proud of what they do and it's very clean. They rush in to clean my room after I got out of it to leave.

  • Shreya Mandal

I only write reviews for businesses that I feel deserve 5 stars. Best Spa is one of them. They have skilled and accommodating massage therapists. The people who run the spa are warm and welcoming. Five stars also for maintaining cleanliness and excellent hygiene practices in this establishment. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage. A nice haven in the neighborhood.

  • Jeanette Grace Bocobo

Best Spa so far we've visited in Flushing. We visit this place 4-6 times a month. We have the best masseuse here and the most pristine place. We are treated properly and their Hot stone is the Best! 90 mins feels like being rejuvenated for a day. We also tried their gold facial and it's also a very pleasant experience. The live up to the name Best Spa! They are Awesome!

  • Bhoj Adin

Easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was able to explain the differences and on the day of the appointment even remembered that we spoke on the phone. Place is amazingly clean and you change into flip flops and robe prior to the massage. The therapist was a bit rough and didn’t speak much English so couldn’t communicate much. They did ask for tip at the end.

  • Decontee Kaye

I normally don't do reviews, but this was the BEST DEEP TISSUE massage I've gotten in a long time. I have an athletic body so I prefer men because of stronger hands. But he was so respectful, he kept asking if it was okay, I had to tell him to get in there because I was having muscle spasms and really needed it worked out.He really did an amazing job for 70 mins.

  • Justin Bayoneto

Don’t overlook the minimalist front of this place, they’re designed like a professional spa! As soon as you walk in you’re already treated like a special guest, provided with house slippers and a private locker for your belongings. The rooms are spacious and the staff are remarkable. At such a low price, this is easily the most valuable massage I’ve ever had!

  • Danielle Thomas

My boyfriend and I got an AMAZING massage at Best Spa today. Jennifer and Eva did a great job. The spa is clean and neat. The manager Jimmy was friendly and professional. He gave us a lot of imformation about the art of massage that was beneficial and ended up being helpful. I will definitely be back! The price is affordable and there is ample street parking.

  • Kim G

I have been to many massage places, and this one is the best place so far. I always asked women masseuse, and they are great every time. They have a great combination of strength and touch to smooth out my knots and tension. I recommend this place. FYI, it's better to make an appointment so they are ready for you right when you walk in.

  • Zelmy Velastegui

Super nice/clean place, I have been coming here with my boyfriend for a couple of years now and I really don't have anything bad to say. They are super friendly they know us on a first name bases. We come at random days and hours... I am a little sensitive so if your like me just ask them to be soft and they will.

  • A.B.

Great place for the price!!! I went with my girlfriend and we both enjoyed it. (The pictures above are misleading and not of the actual facility except the one from the outside with the truck in front and the one of the waiting room with the fish tank and sofas.) Still highly recommend and best price in Queens.

  • Maria Pet

Great little gem hidden in busy flushing. Parking isnt impossible but may take a bit. Staff is fantastic. We booked a couple's massage for 90 minutes and have already been there twice. Relaxing music and ambiance. They give you slippers when you get there and a locker. Walk up the stairs or go to the elevator

  • Janice De Guia

The masseuse are great, but the receptionist is dishonest and will lied to you about the price since you’re a regular customer. The sad part about it was I was just there a week later and my mom too but they’re will jack up the price and lied to your face that the price was never the price I use to pay.

  • Nds Nancy

Definitely not satisfied. I went for full body and oil massage. Waste of time and money. She just spent 1 hrs just on back rubbing :( oil massage only on back. No massage on legs or no oil massage on legs or any other part of body. Never gonna come back still tipped her $10 …

  • Viviana Ocampo

It really honors its name, this is the best spa experience I have had. I have tried many places around NYC, and this is the only one that impressed my mother. We were both relaxed and glad to find this spa. The place is immaculate! The staff is friendly and professional. Definitely coming back soon.

  • Guang Li

I went for a deep cleaning facial and can’t stop touching my face ever since! Staff was extremely professional and understood my skin problems. Nice facial massage along with facial, definitely going back for facial and would try their massage as well. High recommend! Best facial spa in flushing.

  • Frankie W

Love this place. Nice staff, clean facilities with decent privacy. There are rooms that are private. Workers don't yap with each other so you can enjoy your massage in peace and quiet. Soothing music is looped. Most masseuses are very skilled. Never disappointed when I come here.

  • Amanda Moon

Enjoyed facial and body massage. Facial was awesome cuz they have a new machine that auctions impurities out of pores instead of squeeze them out with metal tool. So it wasn’t painful ! It was really nice. Now that my skin is cleaned and fresh, I don’t wear face make anymore

  • Queen Eunice King

Loved it! Masseuse went over and beyond during my session. Only asked for 1 hour and she did at least 1.5hr for only $40 for a full body plus hot oil. Great all around. Clean environment, straightforward prices, awesome service. Definitely need to come back soon!

  • Jessamine McKeever

My massage therapist was Cindy. She did an amazing job! It was very clean and comfortable. They made sure to sanitize, take temperatures of all customers and staff to ensure safety. The massage was great and you can’t beat the price. I will definitely be back.

  • Fiona Chen

The absolute best spa, hard working ladies who deserve the best tips! I usually love picking Lisa but today I had Sindy and she was absolutely amazing. Really worked through all my shoulder pain, I'm so thankful!! Hope this place stays in business forever

  • Crystal Cruz

Had a couples massage today. The two women who worked on us we're in deep conversation. My husband and I couldn't get any relaxation. Absolutely no quiet time. Another problem was the oil, I fell that they should have used more oil to moisturize the body.

  • Xuetai Jin

I try my best to get a massage once a month and this is by far the best place I have been to. I usually go for the 90 min session and they do a great job getting out all the tightness and knots. Highly recommended.

Best deep tissue massage ever! Especially if you are A bodybuilder. My body feels like A new born baby especially after they did my shoulders and back! Best feeling ever! If I could I would give A 10 out of 10!

  • Melinda Abraham

This place was amazing!! I definitely recommend. facial was refreshing full body massage was excellent I left feeling sooo relaxed an satisfied .they are very professional an prices are reasonable .

  • Ophelia Li

Good traditional technique. Not too much communication with pressure and the place is pretty cramped and busy. Not super relaxing atmosphere if that's what you're looking for, hence the star off.

  • Joyce Anderson

Staff was accommodating and friendly, great massage with hot stones. I will be back again! They have a 10a-3p early bird special for $28 so I’m already trying to figure out when I’ll go next.

  • Nico L

This place is amazing. The owner is a very kind man, and the workers there know what they're doing. Very good massages and worth it for the price. Extremely clean place and very relaxing.

  • F Squared

Jimmy is the best. He own’s the place and the service and the price are best in all of the 5 Burroughs. Take some time out of your day and treat yourself in this hidden gem in Queens.

  • Kristy M

Great service every time! I’ve been going here with my family for over 5 years now! The manager is amazing and always wants to make sure his customers are satisfied with their service

Really great place with professionals that know what they’re doing. Attentive and meticulous in relieving pain points and muscle aches. Each and every masseuse has been stellar!

  • Narae Lee

Never had a bad experience. The masseuse always seem to focus on where my body hurts. Everyone is very friendly. And I like how I can lock up my personal belongings in a locker.

  • Christian nieves

This is a legit spa I had back pain and in just two hours it was gone the woman there gave me a deep tissue massage with hot stones and cucumber very affective and affordable

  • Jiali Liang

Great price and excellent service. They are on 2nd floor and the setup is welcoming and great! They also did not force a tip on my service. I tipped 15 for an 1 hr service.

  • Wayne Cheng

Been here twice in a week. Fell asleep the second time woke up feeling so much looser and relaxed. Plenty of parking out front and some good eats as well. Love this place!

  • Andy

Nothing much to say except this place deserves 5 stars from my first visit. Massage was great, place was clean. They got lockers for your clothes, and very friendly staff.

  • Megan

Nice massage from respectful, nice people. Generally comfortable space. 2nd story. Sometimes a little difficult to understand as an English speaker but they are trying.

  • Sapan Patel

Therapist here truly knows their job quite well. I had massage here with even pressure for an hour. I couldn’t thank the therapist more, one of the best place in NYC.

  • Daniel Lee

Everything was great except the massage itself. Went with wife and both of us felt the massage was uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. I wanted the massage to end

  • Alexis Moss

This spa is so great everytime I come from GA I make an appointment they are clean professional and well trained in working out tension spots during your massage

  • renee regan

Well worth the drive out to Flushing. Got the foot and deep tissue massages. So relaxing and affordable. If I lived in NY I would definitely be going monthly.

  • Mh H

An absolute gem of a spa! The skilled professionals, soothing ambiance, and attention to client comfort make it deserving of its 5-star status

  • Vincent Yap

The interiors felt a little dirty and the service was not the greatest. The massage was decent as well for the price. Would not visit again.

Amazingly thorough and well worth the price... I hadn't felt so well relaxed in a loooongg time. They even walk on your back too …

Open, went there at 1pm, refused my business. Go somewhere else. No Happy hours. If your business is closed, but a sign on the first door.

Massage was good. Ambience and decor was poor. Needs updating for sure. It’s a little loud in there and the temperature was too hot

Worst service i've ever had. I don't think every staff has license. Wasted my money for 1 hour "oil putting". DON'T GO THIS PLACE.
