I recently went to this place due to the reviews ( WHICH ARE FAKE) and decided to purchase a 2016 Chrysler for $9k which later on increased to $13k without informing me After signing all documents. An hour passed and I received a call from the bank stating I had a $22k financing loan which the dealer didn't mention and completely denied. Once I told them I wasn't comfortable with my purchase and wanted a refund on my $1500 deposit they refused, and brushed me off and said it was non-refundable. ( which was never in their contract) . The day after I called the bank to cancel the process, returned the car, and called the police. After they finally gave me back my deposit they begged I didn't write a bad review lol just pathetic and disgusting. Frank, Jose, and the GM are big liars and evil con artists. The police also told me and my mom they go there often due to the same issue. Also, They didn't even allow me to test drive before purchasing because the car was getting cleaned. I had the car for only one day and was skipping on the highway with random alerts on the dashboard
