I was in this BevMo during the pandemic because I'm an Instacart shopper. An employee was assigned to me to help me choose the items. I was shopping for 3 people and one of the customers wanted to add an item. The employee wasn't maintaining 6-ft of social distance and was hovering over me as if I was going to steal something. Then once I got confirmation what the customer wanted the employee misinformed me by saying they had it. It was very annoying and insulting!

Great location with tons of varieties and good prices. Many discounts available depending on the time of the year. They had some great promo with wines and getting two for the price of the more expensive one. Parking is not bad here! Easy to find and get to. Really friendly staff always greets you with a smile. Snacks are overpriced, but let’s be real. We ain’t here for the food :p

Great service great selection! If you're looking for a good selection of alcohol this is your place. Staff is super nice and helpful, they really go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. I'm not the biggest wine connoisseur so being able to ask questions about different options is really helpful! Thank you for the help today guys really appreciate it!

This BevMo really has horrible customer service. I go here pretty regularly to purchase and rent kegs of beer. It’s the cheapest price for kegs, but the service is really bad. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone smile inside this store. The checkout reps are rarely happy, do the bare minimum, and never say please/thank you/have a good day or anything. It’s quite sad.

Love this store, never seems too busy. We enjoy the Friday night wine and beer tastings - usually bring something featured home with us. Friendly knowledgeable staff, happy to special order items. Recycle your wine corks here too! They took away the drop box, but you can give them to the Mgr on Duty. Told me students often come in for them for art projects etc.

It's a decent place to pick up wine and beer, but, besides the helpful staff, it's not much better than your local corner store. The liquor/liqueur selection is disappointingly limited and breathtakingly overpriced. Not the place for cocktail supplies! A 750ml bottle of Chartreuse will run you $70. The same bottle is $20 cheaper at K&L wines on Vine.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I was looking for an item that the app said was in stock, but I didn't see it on the shelf. At another store, they probably would have shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't have it, but these guys kept looking until we found it. I have my favorite beer in the fridge right now because of that, so thanks!

Not my favorite BevMo, that would be the Glendale or Pasadena location, but it still has a fine selection of wine and spirits including Buttershots which is a rare surprise. My main complaint was the look and order of the store which I found lacking. I also didn't find the staff particularly friendly which I find at other BevMo locations.

If you buy anything perishable please check the expiry date because apparently they don't keep track and will happily sell expired goods for full price Also they used to be pushy about trying to get people to sign up for their membership but I'm glad they aren't pushy with that anymore

Plenty of parking, the staff was nice and great selection. I would have given them 5 stars but They decided to stack Over a dozen crates of alcohol in front of the drinks I wanted to buy. I didn't mind the small workout, But when I go to bevmo I'm usually in a relaxing mood.

This wine shop is the best! They had a wide variety of fine wine collections. One thing I loved about this wine store, you could try the wine first before buying it. The staffs are going to help you pick a fine wine. They were very polite and welcoming. Highly suggested!

I was over charged 13$ for a bottle of makers mark whiskey 22 and a tall ginger beer 4.49 they charged me 41.25 $ I paid with 100 and received 58.75 back i was pre occupied cause I had my dog and I feel like I was taken advantage of cause i had my hands full

I'm a fan of the selection and the service from this location. The team remember me and my choices and go the extra step to try and assure that I get what I'm looking for. All staff are very knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

friendly staff and it's great that you can check online to make sure they have things in stock but even if they don't it's always the best time to buy if even they have buy one get one for $0.05 promotions along with a $10 off $75 purchase.

Bev Mo has a great selection and outstanding prices. The store is organized well and has efficient employees, available for questions and recommendations. There is plenty of parking, available on both sides of the store.

I was amazed by their selection! The employees were really friendly and helpful as well. I got a fifth of Bozal Ensamble, a fun little variety pack of St. George gin, half fifth of Carpano Antica, and some agave nectar.

Was told I would not get sales price unless I disclosed private information. They are about 25% higher even after the sale price the a Food 4 Less or a Vons. It's not worth getting Spammed all day just to by alcohol.

Needed to get a bottle of moonshine. Bevmo had it. Luckily. Bad luck they had no free parking. Took a bit longer than I'd like but they have curbside service now so fingers crossed for next time....

Staff were friendly and helpful when we were trying to buy some kegs for a party. They made lots of calls to make sure that our kegs were available and would be delivered on time.

Service isn't great. Girl behind the counter seemed to get irritated quickly off her own mistakes and the attitude transitioned over to the customer.

The manager (Amber I think) was so helpful. She made great recommendations. I left a satisfied customer. I would repurchase her suggestions again.
