I would seriously like to know if Bexar County Public Works is going to write me a check for a new suspension on my truck? Every single rd in this town is like driving on a recently cooled lava field, absolute trash. The pothole patches are so terrible you would think they just dunked a bag of concrete in a barrel of water and threw it in the hole. To top it off you decide to widen every lane in the city at the exact same time paying absolutely no attention to quality. Instead trying to create a motocross track down EVERY rd why don’t you just fix one or two? Or offer free suspension replacements for ruined expensive vehicles. The city planner should be FIRED. An absolutely blatant mismanagement of tax dollars and mismanagement of quality control.

The receptionist and Health Department staff are very helpful and courteous. The lobby is really nice. It has a great view and lots of natural light comes in. The building is kept clean, and there's visitor parking. Overall a great first impression!

Terrible waste of tax payer money. They are denying permits because something may eventually stop working. How does that make any sense? That means they would deny every single permit because "it may stop working in the future".

Johnny Luna with Bexar County Public Works, Traffic Safety Coordinator, responds timely and gives me up to date information. I have always had a great experience with Bexar County Works, never had a hard time.

Why does it take years to finish your roads? I come into San Antonio and see road construction and years later they are still working on the same road and looks far from completion.

We came in for a renewal, everyone was helpful and cheerful. Thanks for answering all of our questions and making the process painless. Remember checks only to make payments!
