This is one of the fuel station where frauds and scams are pretty common regarding filling of the fuel. For example, you ask them to fill petrol worth 500 Rs. And they will fill approx 101 and stop and when you ask him again that you have asked for 500 and not 100 he diverts you by asking for a 1 Rs. Change and when you get distracted he continues filling petrol. And fills it till 400 and says that previously filled 100 and then 400 which equals to 500 Rs. But then the actual petrol filled is 400 rs only. Personally I have encountered this 4 times. During the recent incident which happened today I asked them to call the manager but they were very afraid and hesitant and didn't give any details about the manager. So I'll be lodging a complaint with the petroleum company to see if they can take any action regarding this.

People are good, nice place even the quality of the oil is also good. If washroom facilities can be given it will be even more better. Credit Card people can be find there at any point of time. Might be it is a good place for them to get new clients. It looks good when other petrol pumps are refilling air / nitrogen with some cost these people are providing it for free. But some time the person who is attending the refilling station do ask money. People mostly give them some money with generosity but sometime these people consider as their right. Where the management need to be careful. Either they can remove the "FREE" and put some charge board like it can found in Tarnaka Petrol Pump. But if they really wanted to give it for free then take care of the person who is attending the refilling station

This is a couple of my bad experiences with the staff while I am with family members. Please avoid this pump to save the valuable time. As I have observed that It is located on the main road to a s Rao Nagar, they are not bothering about the public and not giving proper response. I am recommending this as my bad experiences may be also considered my luck. I always recommend that if the customer is not treated in a nice manner what is the value of the business. I tried to meet with the manager, but no one was available. Based on my experience i request management to take appropriate action and make sure things will get resolved.

My heart skipped a few beats because when I refilled my 2 wheeler and gave my debit card - the payment was denied for wrong password. I gave my credit card - the payment was declined for wrong password. But, when I used my cards later, in the day - both were working. This clearly means, they are just taking our card details because, he asked me for password too. Even after giving password - their machine being faulty - payment got declined. It happened with another lady too - they asked her the password. Same story. The management might be good - but, if people are bad - the reputation goes down.

There is payment scam Paid 8000 for 4000 diesel Don't pay through gpay phonepe or anything when going to this place the staff uses wrong means to get double payment and they won't respond after a few days, no one registers complaints against them so they are not scared of police and consumer protection hopefully if this message gets to other ppl out there. Lost a lot of time and when we ask back the money they act high and mighty as if they earned it with hardwork.

It's my 3rd time experience every time.. the Labour at Air Filling point looting customers.. stating that it's a very hard work to do.. and for a small punchar work they r charging Rs.300/- .. making the customer helpless.. the I thing everybody knows this but no proper supervision.. may be they r sharing this looting money at the end of the day.. just a smart and innocent drama is going on.. this is not right.. I will never go there again in my life time..

This is having a lot rush, The management team should see that all the two wheelers for petrol, some proper line, Make two lines for card payment modes, two for cash and two UPI, in busy hours, this will ease for better customers care, second thing, At AIR NO TIPS IS WRITTEN, BUT they are asking ,many are giving, fyi, no problem but bit means they not following Management team instructions. Spacious fuel filling station for such a busy location. However, the reason why I've rated just 2 stars is because there's fraud going on here. For example, when you say (clearly) that you want 120/- fuel to be put in your gas tank, the fuel guy inserts 1st 100/- then after that, he puts in 20/-. Be alert. There's really something fishy going on here! It has happened to many. Better go for another station.

They ask you to check the reading and it shows perfect,but when you go and check it after refuelling you find you get only 75% of petrol compared to what you paid for. And this is not the first time but I have personally faced it many times. But since It is the only refuelling centre in this area, you see it crowdy all the time.

Scam: Stopped to fill air in the car but was asked to move a but forward and backward to align the wheel. I was then notified by the attendant that there is a nail in the back tire and he wanted 120 to patch it up. Not sure if the same thing happened with anyone else but seems like a way to make a quick buck by deception.

The employees doesn't speak politely with customers. I have asked is their scan so that I can pay via paytm and phonepe. He told that only cards. I told him that I forgot to bring card. He rudely told that before you can tell na I would t have given the petrol. After wards he gave phonepe scan. He rudely spoke with me.

On the left when driving from Sainikpuri towards Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar. Very well placed. Most of the time this pump is flocked with vehicles. 2 wheelers take anywhere from 2-10minutes to refuel(depends on the rush)...4 wheelers 3-10 minutes... Tyre Inflating (Air filling) takes lot of time. Nitrogen filling also available.

Cheaters...... This is the third time i got cheated up. They have filled absolute zero petrol into the car. Be careful when you fill here, they will try all the tricks in the world to cheat you. Do give a complaint to BPCL. Dont mind or step back, hope one day this fellow will be caught.

The PayTM option nearly always doesnt work The Phone pe wallet option doesnt give points. As staff doesnt understand english or basic understanding it makes it hard. Petrol Pump staff forces you to NOT pay on Paytm when its the best way for most people who use cashless or wallet.

Ok. But the boys/men removed or Stopped the guns immediately/ so quickly , when the meter was stopped... I can't assure whether they supplied the quantity & quality of fuel. Free air facility is available, but the boys asking for tips as a right.

This is a good petrol bunk and my experience shows measurement of petrol dispensed is accurate. Also they have got free air facility which I use to inflate my car tyres to the correct pressure. The attendants are courteous and service is superb!

Be wary of cheating...get down from your vehicle and keep an eye on the meter till your order is completely filled..if attendants try to divert your attention when filling is going on you just ignore them..make payment only after filling is over

Always packed. Staff doesn't care if u are waiting. They are busy in their talks. I waited for 15 minutes with my tank lid open. They were in front of me busy talking and moving here and there. I left and got fuel from other bunk.

Good Service except FreeTyre Air pressure Maintenance worker demands,threatens the customers with his dangerous looks and silent comments to give more than 10rs per each car.He won't satisfies with less than 10rs per each car.

This is a fuel fraud place, they don't show zero before starting, upon asking they say the staff are working double shift, silly excuse, upon veryfing the fuel it's very less then what I've ordered for...complete fraud...

Best for having fule to cars because majority of the places they are mixing water or some other fules which makes our bikes or cars or van spoil but hear it purely naturally and best with no mixture of other fules

A decent petrol bunk in the vicinity. They accept phonepe with credit card too. The attendants don't much care about you. Be cautious as the attendants try to trick you otherwise. Filling air is a nightmare here.

The place is overcrowded as it is the only one petrol bunk in AS Rao Nagar either way from ECIL X Roads or from Neredmet X Roads and also from Sainikpuri. Supermarket is available here. The staff is friendly.

All good but if we ask change for 500rupees, thy are crying to give... And also about AIR for Vehicles... We have to wait for longtime.. Make separate for two & four wheelers. And also increase man power.

Very rude workers. This place was once my regular filling station but due to the attitude of the workers I stopped going there. They don't fill the correct amount of 2t oil for your two stroke bike.

The customers and at times the staff manning the pump are talking over phone, within the petrol bunk, which is hazardous. To desist from such issues for safety of the petrol pump and the users

Very old customer almost 10 years. From past 4 months I have started testing the petrolbis not as per the measurement. A huge difference in petrol. Pls be careful while u filing the petrol.

Wish they hire someone for air filling for bikes. Most of the time we have to wait for 15-20 minutes to get air by paying bribe to the person even when we have filled tank full of petrol

Location is prime and convenient, has a small super market. Has puncher and air filling for vehicle tyres. My experience with was overall average, depends on which guy you interact with.

Centrally located station and fast service. There was fraud earlier but after complaining, looks like it has been contained. Still, customers have to be attentive and monitor carefully.

This people do not fill properly as there filling pipe is leaking or they do not close the cap of the car tank properly. Be aware of this filling station . And check ur self.

I think these guys occupied the road... this is not a convenient place to buy fuel... most people who buys fuel here take a wrong turn and break traffic rule.
