My cab was from Pune, driver was restricted to switch on the AC in traffic halts and also to they don't allow to go us to high altitudes. They say Everywhere there is traffic jam or road not good, so they try to avoid the route. If you book cab to specific place you are not allowed to any other place ,it is like if you book cab to lonavala you are supposed to go out of the route map, like you are not supposed to go to Ambey city. Initially they tell you can go around for 250 KM's per day, and they don't allow if you cross 150 KM's per day. Not at all sugestible. Be aware they are cheaters, cheat be by charging you more money, they may even call-off the trip in between to collect more money.

DO NOT USE. They are basically defrauding clients by charging 5 times normal taxi in the hope good cab and well behaved drivers will be sent. But thier business model is to secure advance before booking and then they pass on booking to any 3rd class agency and they have nothing to do with booking. They send hatchback when you book Sedan and then say no it is Sedan only. Book Ola Uber rental. Fully avoid this is a fraud business.

I booked a SUV for a long family trip and instantly regretted it within an hour as we started the trip. The driver was horribly rude and always arguing for every little thing. I were with elderly and children so it was very an uncomfortable trip. I even complained twice to their customer care executive but only to get no relief. They charge pretty good money and provide too bad a service!

Itinerary was perfectly done. You would have enough time in every stop to do what you want. Hotels and Recomended restaurants were great as well. Everything was spontaneous and fun during the trip. Our trip to Iceland was a memorable and unique experience.
