Really disappointed. Outrageous. All the people speak aloud, use their phones and nobody asks for silence. I don't understand what kind of library is this. I can understand that at the children area there is noise, but in the other areas not. Even the workers speak so loud. They presumably have two silent rooms, which many times are occupied by lessons. If they are empty, teenagers go there to eat and nobody says anything. Besides, they charge for taking books home. So, why do we pay taxes? But again, in conclusion, it is incredible how come so much noise is allowed. Definitely, not a place to go.

Ik kom hier om te studeren (thesis schrijven), dat lukt hier prima. Er zijn aparte studieplekken en studieplekken in het algemene gedeelte van de bibliotheek daarnaast kan je hier eenvoudig printen via een aangesloten desktop computer (tegen leden of niet-ledentarief, als niet-lid kun je een bonnetje bij het Paystation halen en zo toegang tot de computers krijgen). WC is gratis. Hele fijne kleine vestiging voor mensen uit de buurt. Tot snel weer! Edit: evenals onderstaande recensies kan ik het zeer kundige personeel onderschrijven. Vriendelijke mensen die iedereen helpen.

It could be a nice place, but is full of uneducated people. It is unbelievable how even the workers don't do anything but chat loud with no respect for people that need a quite place to study or read. Unfortunately it is just another place occupied by a minority that is always loud and doesn't have respect for the rest.

Great library. I come here often to work and they always have a spot. They even have two silent sections that are actual silent. Friendly staff and they organize a lot of activities such as: computer courses, Dutch lessons, lessons about how to prepare for job interviews and book reading for children.

The staff is super friendly and this library is great for little children. Our daughter loves the computer, the toys and the books.
