I bought a bike from Nathan and the team after not riding since I was a kid. Simon helped me and really took the time to explain everything about the bicycle I need after I said I want a cruiser. I waited a few days and knew I was not going to get better service or choice of elite model bike and in my price range. The after care has been excellent and the guys patiently deal with all my questions and concerns and make me feel valued. They are so friendly and kind. I highly recommend going to them. Plus they have all the coolest hottest bikes in ADL. I shopped around. No where compares. Settled on a Canadian Norco and I’m so in love with my ride.

Whilst these people may know about 2 wheeled bikes, they not only know very little about trikes and honest dealings with elderly people and disabled people who depend on trikes in order to get around. They sold a substandard trike to my 91 year old father and didn't bother to check that my sister who needed it was able to fit the bike or that the bike was in rideable condition - it was neither! On top of this, they would not refund the money and abused both customers!! This is a real shame, I have always tried to support local businesses but I will NOT return to Mitcham Cycles again...unless they have the decency to refund the money!!

Today at 2:45pm, 15 min before they close on Saturdays I dropped in the get a puncture fixed on my new EMTB. Within 8 min’s, the guys had found the fault, replaced my tube and had us back riding by 3:45pm in Blackwood. Unbelievable service, politeness and fantastic price too. Would highly recommend this shop for repairs and bikes at excellent prices with sensational service. We have looked at many many EMTBs and this shop has some great deals and rentals to boot. A sensational Bike Store with excellent service, products, prices and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very impressive guys!

Highly recommend this Bike Store.. After yesterday getting my front Touring Bike wheel caught in a track and terminally buckling it beyond repair, l managed to get to the Bicycle Centre Mitcham in the hope of seeing if a front rim was available in Adelaide as l was leaving for Perth next Monday. Not only did Simon and his Team have a complete front wheel in stock at the shop, they also removed the damaged wheel, replaced it including refitting the Disc break and Tyre inside 15mins....! Fantastic Service, Product Knowledge and Understanding...!!!

They forgot to service my bike, and only noticed at 5 pm when I called to ask when I could pick it up (the man who answered the phone said it had 'fallen off the radar'). They gave a half-hearted apology when I went to get it the next afternoon, saying that they'd been busy. Maybe they were, but I'd booked the service 3 weeks ago and arranged someone to drop me in to pick it up. If, like me, your bike is your main mode of transport, then get it serviced somewhere else. The service, when it happened the next day, was good ($95).

We recently bought a mountain bike plus some additional gear in this shop and I can’t say enough about the brilliant service we received. These guys know their stuff and are very friendly and helpful. If you’re after genuine and practical advice with a personal touch then look no further. They stock a good range of products suiting various budgets. We found everything we needed in this shop for a very good price and went home knowing that they’ll be there for us if we have any issues. Had a great experience here today. Went in to get a small job done, removing a freehub insert that I didn't have the tool for. The guys did it on the spot even though it was a busy Saturday morning and for next to nothing. I was then given a great deal on Fox Proframe RS. Last week I reviewed a well known branded shop in the city that was really lacking in customer service and has been on many occasions. It won't happen again, as I'll be going to BCM from now on. Purchased my merida eOne Sixty 700 from Riley in the store today, this being my first ebike I cannot say thank you enough as have stayed back after closing time so he could fully explain everything on the bike not once did I feel like it was rushed because it was getting late.. Will be highly recommended to all my trail rider friends and will be more than happy for them doing all my services on all my bikes from now on.. thanks again legends

Simply great service, my daughter used them a few months ago to repair her aging mountain bike and they did a great job. Today they are fixing a small adjustment on my power assist bike at late notice, not booked in and they’re good enough to take on the job and do it same day. I know where I will buy my next bike , these guys make you only want to shop local. Great job guys, thank you

I dont normally post reviews but the experience I had has motivated me. I'm from out of State and stumbled across this shop by chance. Its well stocked with good quality gear and best of all they had exactly what I needed for my mtb (after no luck when visiting several other places). They then went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Top marks for service.

Friendly knowledgeable staff , the guys really know their bikes and give good advice help you get the gear to suit your riding not what they they need to clear . Mechanical service and repairs are the best around. Check out the Norco bikes also stock merida , Lapierre, BMC and others have seen pivots as well .

Travelling through Adelaide in need of a full gravel bike front tyre replacement. Heading west and the general response was "5 to 7 days to get parts". Mitcham bike centre sourced 3 separate parts and got us back travelling inside one working day. All with a relaxed, can-do attitude. Great work.

Helped me with bike repairs after an accident, sorted out quotes and organised separate payments. Navigated some issues with finding parts for an older bike. Explained everthing and communicated really well every step of the way. Female and family friendly.

Just picked up everything I needed. Nathan was patient and extremely helpful, going above and beyond what previous bike shops have done. Quite reasonable prices and they ordered what wasn't in stock, even putting it together for free. Couldn't be happier.

Put my sons bike in yesterday with the rear derailer mangled into the wheel spokes. The boys had it repaired by the end of the day and so much cheaper than we thought it would be. We are reallt grateful. Excellent job. Great service. Highly recommended.

I got a flat while riding and I brought my bike into the store and because I had tubeless I only asked for a air pump up, they charged me $22 for air and “labour” and they gave me an attitude
