I have a 2 year old that needed to use the restroom the 2 female associates and the store manager "April" , at the front counter refused to allow my child to use the restroom inside. This is ridiculous treatment of the employee and the company. This store is located at Claremont and San Mateo in Albuquerque.

Went in to find some comfy shoes for my new job as seasonal UPS driver helper. Found a pair of Goodyear (yes, like the tires. Who knew?) for a great price. The employee that helped me with sizing found my size quickly and courteously. Checkout was also quick. Good selection and great prices!

Terrible customer service. The guy employee with long hair was not helpful at all, extremely condescending, lazy, and impatient with our two young kids. He’s a total jerk and all other employees were not cordial. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It's a sporting goods store. It's usually empty. I think I was the only customer in the store, so that was kinda nice, and they have the best prices on shoes. I mean twenty five bucks for a pair of brand name running shoes, you just can't beat that.
