I haven’t been to many Big 5 but was looking for some specific items and they had them in stock. They have some pretty good deals/ prices in their store I will say that. Maybe a bit crowded with the products on the store floor but overall a pretty good selection of random things at great prices. That’s my kind of store haha! 4/5 stars!

Terrible, tried to use a coupon from retail me not and person at the register basically said it was fraud and wouldn't honor it. Kind of disappointing because I have used them several times before. They need to educate their employees or not have the coupon available on retail me not and save everyone the frustration.

I went into the Big Five location on Bell Road on 11/6 to exchange some shoes that just didn’t fit and Hosea helped me with a good pair because I have wide feet. Hosea was amazing and Mike the manager was really helpful with suggestions and delivery options but I was able to walk out with a new pair

If you looking for place get great camping gear, this is the place. They have lot supplied for your camping experience. Plus price on there shoes are not bad. The staff is very helpful. If you have time in your busy day, go check out cool stuff they have it worth the drive.

Bought 2 pairs of sneakers for my kid here. The tall guy employee was not helpful but kept staring at us. We needed to measure kid feet to get the correct size, I asked where the measurement device was and he pointed to a mat on the floor. The lady at the register was kind.

The 5 employees were all huddled around the front cashier area. I had to go hunt one down to get help with shoes. Once I did, they were very helpful and courteous. The store was very well stocked and clean. The cashier was very helpful and friendly to all the customers.

They were about 45 minutes late opening because their cashier didn't show up. I really didn't want to go over across the street to W??-M?? so I stuck in there. When I got in I really wanted some ideas on my idea, but they seemed a little busy to help.

They have a clearance section for their shoes. I wear a larger size and almost always can find shoes or boots that actually fit at a discounted price. Also, they carry pretty large sizes (15) that my son wears and the prices are reasonable.

The sales rep was fantastic.. she helped us find the perfect cleats for my son. You don't get genuine costumer service and just plain descent human interaction like that much these days. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Shop for over an hour for the correct walking shoe. However, after finding I'm purchasing the shoe. I noticed my left leg kept bending to the right. That's due to the shoe being defective.
