On a late Wednesday morning I just tried two previous laundromats, Sudz on Rancho/Cheyenne and Laundry Lounge on Rancho/Craig, and they were all packed with non-existent customer service. I walked into this one, my 3rd attempt, and it was blissfully not crowded. I was warmly greeted by Annie, a nice elderly Asian lady, who showed me around and broke my $20 for the change machine. She also kindly gave me a cart to use and told me how many quarters I would need for my load size for the dryer (it takes 7 quarters to totally dry a huge load, btw). She was so nice. Also, unlike the Laundry Lounge on Craig/Rancho who only gives you 5 minutes of drying time per quarter, this place gives you 7 minutes. So that's a better deal. And since it took 7 quarters for my huge loads, it worked out as $1.75 for 49 minutes. The $5 washing machines also handled my huge loads. Though I might use a bigger one for my bedding next time. So to sum it up, this place is clean, friendly, and the best laundromat I've been to thus far. They don't just have tiny washing machines, but machines of all sizes and a decent number of them. Lucky for me this place is also close to my house. This happy customer will definitely be making this my regular laundromat. They do dry cleaning here too. And to top it off, there are multiple places within waking distance to grab a bite while you wait.

The washer and dryer at my new house went to sh:t, so i googled the area and found Big Bundles within walking distance. All the machines were clean and there are plenty of rolling baskets. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because its teeny tiny. There's no where to fold your stuff if you go when busy. The washer got my clothes clean, even though the small washers are a rip off. They moved the drum closer to the door for less capacity. The $5 washers take a full load and the dryers are awesome...75 cent to dry a load and my towels were $1. If I ever need to go to laundry mat I will definitely be going back here.

First time here. The couple that own it are very nice and helpful. The machines are very good. I needed to wash my down comforter and they had a washing machine big enough to accommodate me. Cost $ 3.75 to wash. $1.50 to dry. Better than $40.00 at the dry cleaners. Their washing machines are different sizes. Extra large $5.50 Triple load $3.75 this was my one Regular load $2.25 All dryers are 25 cents quarter every 7 minutes. To dry a regular load is about $1.50-$1.75 I'll go back one day. I guess.

Worst dry cleaners ever, dropped off 6 suits and picked up 4 1/2 , literally!! Went back to ask for my things, they said I lost them!! Not my problem, the "Boss Lady" is an idiot!! Refused to do anything about it! Not only that the quality of services was sub par. My wife likes to support small business, this is exactly why I don't!! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Beware,, they just lost my business for sure, I will gladly go further to get quality service.

There dryers are not that good. The machine are good but the dryers don't dried your clothes and your stuff. Compare to others laundromat in the area when you put clothes, sheets in for 1.00 for 28 minutes it dried. Your not feeding the machine. When you wash your clothes and sheets and comforter. It's damp , the person owns it doesn't care he knows his machines doesn't get hot. All he care about the money he's making. If you can go some place else.

Has many bugs and roaches. Upon walking in looks like a regular laundromat. Attendant was very friendly. But While waiting for my load to wash, bugs were coming out of the walls. Small ones at first and then roaches started to crawl from out of the machines and a hole in the back wall. Noooope. I took my stuff out of the washer wet and took off. I'll dry elsewhere. Won't return here ever.

There were a lot of machines of various sizes to do your laundry. The owner/operator was very friendly and helping me to operate the machines. Unlike some laundromats big bundles had a restroom you could use. There of utility cards to roll your laundry around. The laundromat even had slot machines you could play. The only thing I wish exactly would open before 9:00 a.m.

Do not come here the owner is really rude.my first time coming here for dry cleaning and she lost my sweatshirt and she didn't pay me for new one she was trying to give me another sweatshirt that was not even mine.she started calling me names and said that my people are greedy and that I just want it money.....DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

I was looking for a place to wash my king size comforter and a place that was safe and clean. Owners are very nice and helpful! They have a change machine, soap dispenser machine and they offer full service as well. The machines are very nice but most of all the owners are a great help. . I will be back for all my large loads.

It's small but has plenty of both washers and dryers. We just dropped in last minute on our way back to AZ. Most of the machines were working and the bill changer was full of quarters. Floor was dirty and the ceiling looked like it was about to give way. But it served a purpose.

Had to come here because my dryer broke on me. Pretty simple laundromat. The small washers are VERY tiny, so be prepared to use the standard sized ones for $5/load. Didn't really have issues with the dryers. As long as you don't overload them, 30-45 min is good enough.

Management is on site and taking care of all the equipment if there is any problem. I even saw them to tell someone that the machine he was going to use was more machine then he needed to use and help ed him move to a smaller machine even though it cost less.

Machines are different sizes and prices, lady who runs the place is always trying to help and clean the place up. TV and seating and parking is limited a few folding tables. Its small size is the reason it gets a low rating otherwise its a descent place.

Been going here for over a year now. These reviews that are saying they are rude, are fake. Every single time I'm there, the owner is always helpful and respectful to everyone, not just me. Also, they are not expensive. I've been to 4 other

Small laundry mat but it has what you need. Coin machines, laundry soap machine, sink and they even do dry cleaning. Hispanic lady was nice and informative about washer run time.

I went there for the first time today to complete 2 Poplin orders. They had a good selection of washers, plenty of dryers, and the attendant was friendly and helpful.

Comfortable setting, people who work there seem genuinely nice. Nothing unexpected from looking it up online to the experience I got out of it, including prices.

FOR REALS SO HORRIBLE THAT PLACE THEY DON'T HAVE BIG ROOM AND JUST HAVE LIKE 20 DRYERS WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR DRY THE CLOSE I DON'T RECOMEND THAT PLACE

We've been doing our laundry there since we moved to Las Vegas last year. Always clean and the owner is very nice, she always says hi and good bye.

It's an older facility, but the lady working there keeps it tidy. The machines worked well enough, I was pleased with my experience.
