I have seen this place that has lots of great comments so that's why I booked this place at rosebud for our massage during our weekend trip. Therapist was friendly and did a great job, however it was so annoying that she needed to come out to talk to the customers at reception many times whilst she was doing my treatment as no one manned the counter. I found this so unprofessional and this should not be happened. I wish I could be advised at the time of booking so I don't come as I won't feel enjoyable on this situation. I don't know how other people feel if your therapist is doing your massage on and off and in and out because she needs to serve other customers at the counter due to shortage of staff. For me, I wasn't really happy of this.

Today my partner and I both had massages at Big Thumb Massage Rosebud. I had a very painful shoulder issue and he also has shoulder problems. To say that this had to be the best massage we have ever had is an understatement. Gigi was incredible. Her expertise and knowledge on how to treat problematic muscular issues really showed in the way she treated me. My partners masseur was a very tall male with a ponytail (sorry we didn't catch his name). He was amazing, my partner walked in broken but walked out feeling like a new man. We are so grateful for making us feel so much better. We highly highly recommend you visit Big Thumb if you would like to an amazing massage, best you will ever have.

Lovely people but average service. We were in Rosebud for the weekend and booked in for a one hour massage for my partner and myself. I called 3 hours ahead. We arrived and we're told that one of us would have to wait 15mins for the other masseuse to arrive. Once my masseuse finally arrived she was apologetic and my massage was ok. However my partners masseuse had to leave half way through to go to the bathroom and came back after 10mins. She also tried to use chiropractic techniques and put my partners neck out. So all and all,definitely not $180 worth. I will not be going back there again.

I had the therapist mary Beautiful lady , doesn't know much English so we translated alot through her phone translation which gave us both a giggle . The massage itself was pretty darn good , being a massage therapist myself I was happy with the pressure. However I found she went to deep with forearm pressure in the wrong spots sometimes ( eg back of the knee and back of the arm ) and did not get into my shoulders and scapula very well which is what I really wanted. Overall a good firm massage just missed some little details perhaps lost in translation.

I’ve had an ongoing sciatica issue for months. Months. I’ve had dry needling, physio - everything. I’m at the point of looking for surgery as a solution. Yesterday my wife and I booked a massage while we’re up here visiting. John there was my masseuse and he’s the best massage I’ve had in a VERY VERY long time. This morning my lower back and flute are as good as they’ve been in months. It’s nice to get. A break from the pain. I’ll be back for regular treatment because so far his massage is the only thing that’s helped

Great massages! Queenie helped my sciatic pain a lot! I got a tui na massage with no oil and she was great at finding all the sore spots, stretching my muscles and being all round lovely. I had another general massage the day before with oil. Perfect pressure for a general massage. My only advice is to be clear what you want before you start as the default is oil massage which is more expensive. All in all, great massage place and reasonably priced . I wish I lived in rosebud to come more often!

One of the best massages I have ever had with Dora. I was down here on business and had a headache for about 4 days. Dora is an extremely intuitive therapist. She fixed my headache but also worked on my feet - I have had issues all my life. My body had never felt better in years. I am just so sorry I can't see her all the time. I would make an effort to see her next time I am here.

Had a massage with John today. With my issues, I require a very firm massage, he was able to go as firm as I needed and hit all the right spots. It’s so hard to find a masseuse that can do the right pressure and get all your sore spots. Thanks John, a great massage. I received a one hour, remedial massage. My masseuse Sam, was very professional, he found all my problematic spots and helped relieve my tight muscles. The premise was clean, peaceful and welcoming. This is definitely the place to go within the area. I have had many massages in my lifetime and this was one of the best. I highly recommend, Sam.

I have been to Big Thumb many times and it’s always amazing, whomever my masseuse is on the day. My most recent experience was with Julie and it was the best massage I have ever had. I sent my partner to her the following day and he agreed with me! Can’t wait to book in again!

Good massages, decent sized tables, decent oil. Bit over priced, but they do have a couple people there that are certainly worth the extra! However it is noisy, and is a plaza massage joint, a nice one, but still, ya know? The limitations of that are certainly there.

Recently I was in Rosebud and had back issues, so had a 60 min back, neck and shoulders deep tissue massage from Sunny. And WOW! Sunny gave me an absolutely fantastic massage. I was seriously impressed. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending her and BTM.

Quite honestly, the WORST massage I have ever had. The staff member was rude, slapped me repeatedly to lay down, had little to no technique, and was extremely dodgy. They took my private heath card from me and processed a claim before my massage! Don’t go here.
