I seldom encounter such amazing customer service as I have had with Biggles. We had a fairly complex move from Jhb to CT with some storage required, a scooter needing to be transported, an extra move and two different drop-off addresses over a three month period. I cannot fault their service - the team on the ground were punctual, friendly and exceptionally careful with our possessions. Kephas handled both collections and was excellent in terms of calling me and telling me how the process would run. However, special mention should be made of Carla, who manages all the enquiries. She never once made me feel like my questions were silly; she solved every problem I had and was literally a breath of fresh air when it comes to service. She is the main reason for me recommending Biggles. The fact that there was not a single broken or damaged item after all the moving is another reason to use them! Five star service!

I highly highly recommend this company! I cannot thank this company enough for the absolutely fantastic service we received from them. I phoned furniture removal companies on a Thursday to try and find last minute help for the Saturday, 2 days later. Biggles was the only company that didn't see this as an opportunity to charge me a fortune. Their quote was Sooo reasonable for moving a small load from PTA north to Jhb Randburg. We received constant communication on the day of the move, and when their truck couldn't get pass the gate of the complex (unforeseen as the trees' branches were too low) they carried the furniture 300m down a very steep hill without even a murmur of complaint. This company is professional, efficient, friendly, and take care with furniture, the best furniture company I've ever used!

I had very high hopes when dealing with Biggles, as my initial engagement with them was professional and responsive. However, their service delivery on the day of the move was, in their own words "unfathomable". The truck arrived more than 4 hours late, the staff did not have blankets for our furniture, no hoisting ropes, and too few team members which resulted in our items ultimately being damaged. No accountability was taken for this after the fact, and although I received a refund, it was after disputing untruths about the series of events, more than two weeks of correspondence and waiting, only for a fraction of the fee I paid.

From the very first enquiry, responses are prompt and professional. Booking the removal is a quick and easy process. The removal team are friendly, professional and handle all goods with care, ensuring everything is properly secured in the truck. Our goods were delivered on time with the driver calling beforehand to provide an ETA. At delivery the team were quick, thorough, friendly and professional in offloading all the goods and placing it where directed. Biggles Removals have taken the stress out of the move and made the entire experience of a move quick and easy.

There is no better furniture removal service like them..Carla Marie was so responsive and kind and their service so efficient. She was extremely patient with me constantly having to change dates. And delivery was outstanding. With my table being damaged in a previous delivery made by Pickfords. I can honestly say what a breath of fresh air. The guys all wore uniform and the truck was clearly marked as belonging to Biggles. I didn't know I wanted this in a moving company but it provided so much peace of mind. The truck arrived earlier than initially agreed upon (which is a bonus to me) and they were allot quicker than expected. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They treated my family, myself and my home with utmost respect and that means the world. I am quite critical when it comes to service delivery and I SAY YES TO BIGGLES

We made a request at the late stage in the month and surprisingly they were able to assist us. The team arrived on time and they were very efficient. The only issue I have alis just that the team needs to take a bit more care. However they were willing to listen and rectify any issues I raised. Overall I am happy with the service we recieved form Biggles Furniture Removals. I will use them again if I need to move.

Absolutely brilliant service. The driver said he would be at my place at 8 and he arrived at 7:45. He then called to deliver and said he would do so at 7:30 and that is precisely what happened. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I also requested a desk and chair to be added at the last minute and I was not charged for this. Thanks to Carla who assisted me.

I received wonderful service from the company, from inquiry to delivery, the people were very friendly, patient with us and delivered quite sooner than I anticipated - they picked out stuff up on Thursday at Hermanus and Saturday they were ready for delivery at Johannesburg. Be sure that you get the correct quotation from the start. The volume of my move was completely miss-calculated but I believe that Biggles will improve this part of their process. The moving team worked fast and were friendly even though they were under severe time pressure to complete my move and fit another move in for the day.
